Dr. Cohen is clearly very passionate about what he does. He is deeply educated in all matters of the eye and his ability to explain a wide array of questions were done with an eagerness to inform that is rarely seen today. I truly appreciate that he took his time making sure I was could see absolutely perfect. As for the staff, they are equally as impressive and some of the sweetest folks you will get to work with. I am considering corrective eye surgery in the future and look forward to working with Dr. Cohen and his wonderful staff again. It was either the wrong size, the tint and out of stock frames issues l had to deal with. Each issue involved waiting 2-3 wks before it was resolved. The personnel on the whole were courteous and professional. My main issues are with the frames/lenses production servicer they use. Much needed improvements with their company.

Then I had gone into the location, just for them to say my contacts were never ordered. This is the worst Visionworks, save yourself sometime go somewhere else.

Unbeknownst to me the Mall doesn't open until 11am now (as opposed to formerly opening at 9:30a). I parked outside JC Penney (which is the closest entrance now that SEARS is closed down. When the Mall opened and JC Penney opened their doors I entered. JC Penney didn't open their doors that lead into the Mall so I had to leave the store, drive to another entrance where I could enter the Mall. I arrived at the store at 11:12a and was told that I missed my 10 minute grace period because they were using a "remote optometrist" who was servicing this store as well as other stores simultaneously (I have no idea how I was going to do a remote eye exam but ...) and needed reschedule. I explained what happened with trying to enter the Mall and was told that's not their problem. I have been coming here every year for an annual exam since having my lasik surgery in 2010 and feel that ANY customer should be treated much better than this. The front desk guy was very condescending and when I told him I'd just make an appointment somewhere else his response was "That's fine. Have a nice day".
