After we arrived at my new home, the movers could not get out fast enough and did a rushed, shoddy job of placing things. The owner threatened me because I did not send money fast enough. The movers had left less than an hour before and the owner was harassing me about sending the money. I would not recommend this company.

They were reasonably priced. They came with two movers. They accomplished my job quickly and safely: no dents in the walls, no damage to furniture, no dings on the items themselves. I couldn't be happier. I will be calling them back whenever I have things to move that are too big or too bulky for me and my wife.

The brought our Husky Tool chest up 17 stairs like it was nothing, light as air. Our sofas were wrapped up and lifted onto our 26 foot truck with such care. My things arrived broken, torn and just a mess (I have pictures). The packers/loaders did not secure the goods so they bounced around in the truck. They did not use packing paper for my TV so it was broken, chair was torn, etc. I contacted the owner and provided pictures, but he took no responsibility. I asked that he at least refund me the tip and he didn't even do that. I trusted this company and I'm telling you use them at your own risk. It was a freaking mess I wish there was a way to leave zero starts.

James dropped by to survey the apartment and provide an estimate. On the day of the move, the movers were well-prepared and arrived with a short ramp to expedite the process of moving items from the exit door to the truck. They were not the fastest, but they are meticulous with handling boxes and and wrapping furniture. They were responsive at all points of the move. I would use them again for another move.

When it came time to move part of our sectional into our new place, the front doorway was at a crazy small angle and it wouldn't work, so these guys took it downstairs, around the side of the building and hoisted it up to our balcony with ropes - no damage to the sectional, no damage to the balcony - no damage to any people! I head over to my storage unit and waited until 1:50 in the sweltering Atlanta sun. No call no movers no nothing. I call but no one answers! So I finally decided to leave around 1:55 and text to let them know if the movers are "truly" on the way to tell them to turn around because I am leaving. The lady finally calls me around 2:00 and acts surprised and asks if they ever showed up. I let her know at this point they are an hour late and I was never contacted by any "movers" if they even existed. I wasted my entire lunch break from work waiting for no one to even show up. Maybe they just need to stick to cleaning because moving isn't their priority. They waste peoples times and think people have time to wait around. Very unprofessional and distasteful. Shon's service responded quickly and with a fair price for what I needed done. I was shocked and relieved that she was available the same day I needed her. We arranged a time and she arrived at my house right on time. Shon was so professional she showed up in a uniform. She was very pleasant. We did a quick run through of what I needed done. She was kind enough to ask if she could use her own product or if I had some of my own to clean the floors (which were just re-done). She had all of her supplies and got to work. She was extremely thorough and tackled each room top to bottom. When she wrapped up she printed out a receipt for me which was extremely professional. She's on her game! My house smelled and looked so clean when she left that I didn't want to mess it up. Although I only needed a one-time job I think she will be our new cleaning service when we do our quarterly deep cleaning. Before she left I'd already referred her to two other people.
