I decided to go with Floor Coverings International Northeast Atlanta because I could tell that Jennie was truly trying to understand my needs and help me solve my issue. I just moved out of Atlanta with my house was on the market, I needed to redo the floors so essentially this was being done from 400 miles away. Let me tell you I made the right decision, not only did Jennie help me and walk me through this whole process, but she would go to my house and FaceTime me and show me different stains and how the work was moving along. Although they were not the least expensive, nor were they the most expensive, I can tell you it was worth every single penny because she is a determined on making sure that the customer experience is excellent - all the way from the beginning to the very end. Not to mention that my floors looked beautiful. Once again, I couldn't be on site, so I had to trust her to help me through this process. He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

Peach Design responded quickly online and came the next day to give a quote in person. After agreeing to go with their company on Friday, they started the flooring the following Tuesday and finished it the next day (Wednesday). They communicated clearly, were responsive to our questions, and were very professional. The LVT they recommended was commercial grade which was much thicker and sturdier than what we previously had. The quote they gave was comparable to others but the reason we chose them was they noticed that there was a concern about our existing floor not being level which they planned to address during their install. They arrived promptly and were very friendly. They spent quite a bit of time taking videos and measurements. We tried to get an estimate or ballpark of the cost but they could not give us any numbers. We then spent another 30-40 mins taking videos of my bathroom area, still couldn't give us a price range. We were supposed to hear back within the following days....and no follow up, no call, no estimate. Now I am curious whatever happened to all those videos taken during the hr they spent at our home.

I bought a new Toro lawnmower from Building Liquidators on eBay; it stopped working properly after…read more4 or 5 uses. They told me to contact a non-existent eBay "comprehensive online portal", then stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. Based on the other Yelp reviews, it appears that this company's business involves selling reduced price bargains that may well have some type of damage. Local customers shopping at this store in person may know about Building Liquidator's "buyer beware" approach to discounted goods, but I bought the mower from them from hundreds of miles away on eBay; it was listed as "new, in the box" and I had no idea that it might have some kind of problem. When the box arrived, it had clearly been opened and resealed. I suspect now that the mower may have been a return from another customer, perhaps because of the same malfunction, and that Building Liquidators then passed it on to me. Their handling of this situation doesn't speak well for their company's customer service. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. Customers should be aware that their state's consumer protection laws or credit card company's policies may offer them additional protection, regardless of what any particular company's policies may state.
