Because COVID is still active, they wore their masks the entire time without us needing to ask. I'll refer them to all friends and family in the area. As I was researching which company to hire, I was put off by the per hour pricing that seemed so standard across the industry. So when I came across Atlanta Reliable Movers and their per item pricing, I was sold. Scott and Laurie were super easy to work with. The team they sent out were incredibly professional and handled both my furniture and the respective properties with aplomb (they also showed up 15 minutes early). Though they came with a large, enclosed trailer instead of a box truck, my furniture fit in nicely with room to spare. They took care to wrap and secure the furniture even though I was only moving a mile down the street. I knew what to expect in terms of pricing so I was never under any stress about exceeding an "agreed upon" time estimate (and the insane fees that I had seen once work went past the "agreed upon" time). I paid my deposit via Paypal and the remainder of the cost the same way. There was no haggling over price or payment. It was easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Imagine trying to put it back together? Impossible. They ruined a $1000 crib. I call them to have them come and fix it, as it was in the same place they left it, lady (I think it's Laurie?) I spoke with said she'd call me back. Never did, I texted her.. no response. Such a shameful way of business. Other reviews must be fake or close friends of theirs. We paid about $600 for the service & we were very pleased with the price because movers are usually more than that. The items were placed in their correct areas and everything came in their condition it was before the move (so far, that I've seen). The movers were very friendly and had great communication. My husband did help with some items because he's particular about things but he didn't mind. I'd also like to note for everyone to remember that movers are still people and not machines. They deserve respect and care as well. I asked them if they wanted food (primarily my husband) and he offered to them as well and they took a break (off the clock) and then they were done shortly after that. Tony presented himself as a hardworking family man, accompanied by his young sons, which made me believe that I was supporting a respectable, small family business. However, the trust I placed in him was misplaced. Despite moving just three blocks, from 8th and Juniper to 5th and Juniper, the experience was a nightmare. The team Tony brought was inexperienced and careless, which resulted in the breakage and damage of belongings worth thousands of dollars. It was not just the monetary loss, but also the sentimental value of these items that added to the distress. Moreover, the team was inefficient and took significantly longer than promised, showing a lack of motivation and professionalism. This inefficiency was frustrating and resulted in additional stress and inconvenience. Adding to the dishonesty, Tony claimed to own two trucks, including one large enough for my entire apartment. However, he showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which was completely unprepared for the task at hand. In conclusion, I regret choosing CCE Express for my move, and I urge anyone considering this company to rethink their choice. In my opinion, CCE Express, under Tony's management, lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic competence. Tony promised to fix/replace all of the broken/damaged items. The move was August 31st. It is now November 14th and not a single item has been fixed or replaced. There was nothing 'professional' about this business, no uniforms, they don't have their own truck (or dollies apparently) and have no legitimate means of taking payment. They are probably not paying taxes or reporting anything. Even their 'business' is noncompliant with the Secretary of State (can't pay their bills). Everything about this company screams FLY BY NIGHT!

Even in the hospital, we have mechanical lifts to help us lift our heavy patients. These guys have to lift furniture and appliances above ground and into the high truck bed, and then do the same to get the things out of the truck. No hidden extra charges or fees. They were very considerate to let me know that they were running behind schedule due to traffic on that particular morning, and when they did arrive, they were courteous and gentlemanly and even when I realized I had an additional item, they moved it as well at no extra cost, complete with plastic wrap, blankets, etc for the move. Once we arrived at the delivery location, they place the item exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely use Faith Moving again, and I definitely recommend them.
