We had used Dluxe Construction to remodle large parts of our home. They were to put on a new roof with a valley and cricket, paint the interion and some exterior, replace our floors, and add appliances such as fans , sinks, toilets ect. We spent a lot of money. Roughly one year after we had all the work done the roof had a terrible leak that was more like a flood. We paid Nearly $3000 extra to have the valley and cricket replaced. They took the money but failed to redo the valley and cricket. When we had the flood they denied not doing the valley and cricket and wanted to charge us another ( nearly ) $4000 to repair the problem they had already been paid paid nearly $3000 to replace. This was an ugly arguement. They eventually paid another roofer to correct their roofing errors. That company did a good job. . We have had nearly $30,000 DAMAGES, REPAIRS, RESTORATION COSTS AND MOVING FEES, to get the house restored. Walls, ceilings and floors had major damages. We were partially misplaced from the master bedroom and kitchen-dining room for several weeks. Thankfully we have a good Homeowners insurance with Country Financial. They helped us greatly. We expect they will go through subrogation against Delux Construction to regain these large costs they helped us with. In my opinion this is the worst job a construction company could have done. I would suggest never using this company. As seniors, we have suffered considerably from what we feel was very poor workmanship and ethic. I would award a 0 review for this company if possible. We had Portland Construction Solutions make all the needed repairs and they did an excellent job! They repaired all the damages done by the poor job of the other company. read more

We used this business. They remodled, put down new floors, painted inside, new carpeting and a new roof. We paid extra for the roof as we are attached to another building. The first major rain came and we had a flood come through the roof. They did not prepare the extra device need that we paid ove $3000 to received. We had over $33,000.00 in damages. We needed all new walls in several parts of the house, new flooring, ceilings, repainting . It was a disaster. They denied all responsiblity, but finally corrected what they were paid extra to do after, trying to get another $3500. to do it. It took about 2 months to get repairs completed by a competent construction co. Our homeowners insurance went after them. They were the WORST CHOICE WE COULD HAVE USED in my opinion. In my opinion they had no ethics. I encourage you not to consider this business. If you do you may have the same regrets we have had. read more

I had a large, old shed on my property from the 1950s that was no longer safe to use. Anwar gave me a very reasonable estimate for the demo. His team under the guidance of Oscar did a wonderful job, even working through the rain. I also hired Dluxe for the required site prep for a replacement shed. Again, the work was top-notch, affordable and done in a timely manner. Anwar's attention to detail and excellent communication skills resulted in exactly what I needed. Bella & other office personnel were always polite and patient whenever I had a question. I would recommend Dluxe for anyone needing any type of construction work. read more

We have recently finished our ADU with Dluxe. It was a pleasure working with all of them on our project. they were able to schedule their crew on a timely manner. They did a professional work and worked pretty fast. Every remodeling job can have delays so we were prepared for the worst but honestly the worst never came. We bought a new house and called a few contractors for bids on things that needed fixed ASAP, three came out to price the project but Dluxe was the quickest response. Throughout the whole project we were able to get ahold of them and ask questions, it is very uncommon to get a response from a construction company. They went over and above and did such a great job on our house and really were personable and so nice to us too.
