Erik and his team (two guys) arrived at 7am the next day, and Erik quickly determined the problem and laid out my options: repair the AC, replace the AC, or replace the entire HVAC system (AC and furnace). He provided me with multiple quotes for AC-only replacement and HVAC replacement (at multiple price points). One thing that I appreciated was that Erik went out of his way not to upsell anything and made clear that it was my decision, but still answered all my questions and gave me his professional opinion. I ultimately decided to replace the entire HVAC system due to its age (around 15 years old). HVAC Buddies also offers payment plans through a third-party lender, so I was able to set up a payment plan with 0% interest for 36 months, which is always a welcome option for large expenses like this one. Erik and his team came back on Thursday morning with the new unit and worked all day to get the new HVAC system installed. By 8:30pm on Thursday, my AC was running again. All my questions about the installation (and other HVAC-related questions) were answered. Erik was very communicative throughout the entire process. I'll be using HVAC Buddies for future HVAC needs.

I called everywhere, and the demand was too great for most places. However, Bob picked up right away, and while he was on the move he scheduled an appointment with us the next day. Jessy and Carlos showed up to the appointment, and they were total pros. Immediately pinpointed the issue, and cleaned both our AC units on top of the repair to prevent any further issues. They were also friendly and cool the entire time, despite crazy temperatures and it being the end of no doubt a long day for them. Jessy offered some advice on another HVAC question I had, and Carlos even helped my neighbor out with a stuck door--what a guy. Businesses like Super Heat make our neighborhood great. We understand it's busy and we need their help because we aren't hvac technicians ourselves - but this isn't how to treat customers. Before installing the new machines, he pointed out some differences between the functioning of our old and new units, and how he was going to test the proper functioning of the new units after they were installed. He tested both machines after installation and made sure there were no leaks with the washer and that the air flow was good for the dryer. He said we should contact him if we noticed any issues.
