I did a 6-week fitness challenge through DRL Fitness located at Track Fitness gym in Central Phoenix. I'm a beginner when it comes to working out, the trainers did an absolute great job at helping me navigate throughout the challenge. It was super easy having an app with me at all times to track my progress and schedule group sessions as well as having a meal plan. Miguel, Fanny and Fabian were all very welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the experience. Since ending the challenge, I've lost 12.8 pounds (4% fat loss). I did not think it possible to lose that much in such a short amount of time but sticking to your scheduled workouts and meal plan it made it easy. I don't recommend this challenge if you aren't willing to commit and do your best. One thing I would like to see improved is personalizing the meal plan to a specific persons likes, dislikes so it makes the challenge a bit easier to stick to. Overall, I had a very happy experience throughout this challenge and if I could do more money-wise I would! Thank you for this experience and your hard work, it does not go unnoticed! read more

DLR was the best thing to ever happen to me. The 6 week program is how I started and they accommodated me with a meal plan every single week and we're flexible to any dietary restrictions that I had. Besides, the food they pushed me to the limits that I have never thought I would reach and motivated me every single day that I was there and I felt like I was at home. I lost more than 5% body fat in less than five weeks and gained more muscle while losing weight! ( remember you have to put in the work in order to see the results) I felt like I made a new family and I am very blessed and grateful to have them in my life to anybody that struggling with fitness, diet, or motivation I recommend you check out the DLR fitness. My wife and I joined DLR Fitness in early January (cliché, I know) and 2 months later we feel like different people. Coach Miguel has expertly guided and motivated us to discover our potential. DLR provided an excellent weekly exercise routine, a diet plan, and 'round-the-clock support - answering questions and providing advice. My sleep has improved, my mood has improved, I've lost 6% body fat, I've gained confidence in my body and in myself. Quitting alcohol was essential to seeing results, and so I also feel that a fog has been lifted from my brain. I feel energetic and quicker-witted. And best of all, I feel my marriage has been strengthened through this experience. We eat out less and are saving money because of this. I have been working with DLR for a few months and can't recommend it enough, the trainers are friendly and approachable and they keep you motivated. I am not a good self-motivator when it comes to exercise, so I decided to give a personal trainer a try. I had a look at personal trainers in the area which led me to DLR Fitness. I was not sure what to expect when I started, but they put me at ease, and made me feel comfortable. I like the varied workout and customized approach each week, and they ensure that you are doing every exercise correctly and consistently, paying attention to your form so that you get the most out of them. If you are dedicated and really ready to give your all, then this is a great program! The trainers are knowledgeable, they work with you, and they are always checking in! I had amazing results! I already had gym knowledge prior to entering the 6-week challenge. I trained with Coach Stephanie and I really enjoyed it. The program came with a meal plan that I followed to the T. I stopped drinking for the 6 weeks and worked out the 6 days a week along with 30 minutes of cardio. I hike often, so instead of resting one my "rest day", I would take a hike. Just finished my 6 week challenge at DLR Fitness. Ended up losing 22lbs in the 6 weeks! They have different trainers each with different styles of coaching, so you can do what you feel works best for you.
