As I near my one year anniversary with Track Club, I have to say this is one of the best gyms I…read morehave been to. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming me in without making ithe interaction of checking in awkward or forced. There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

The staff member was friendly and helpful, but when I mentioned I was visiting from out of state, she told me that the pass is only for Arizona residents. This small little detail is NOWHERE to be found on their website. If I had known, I wouldn't have come in the first place. This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

I asked for a tour and he seemed annoyed, barely walking me through and pointing out baby weights for me while making further gendered assumptions. He assigned a specific section of the gym as "bro" and pointed me towards machines, a specific corner and to the baby weights. Perhaps he should use those himself, when he attends the therapy session he so dearly needs. I was pretty set on making this my home gym, but thank god I went for a tour first. It's kind of dingy inside, the photos are much nicer. There's better gyms with a nicer ambiance for sure.

However, today I was disappointed, not because of Chris or his team, but because of some individuals who seem to have a poor, b!tchy attitude. Many of us long-time patrons consider this place our own, and we take pride in its cleanliness, quality equipment, and friendly atmosphere. So, if you're someone who complains a lot (we used to allow dogs until today, but due to a few complaints, I can't bring in the dog I'm training for a rescue), or if you don't know how to wipe down equipment or, for some reason, decide to put white chalk all over plates and machines (seriously, why chalk on a cable machine?), it might be better for you to find a different gym, maybe an Esporta (LA Fitness), which might be more suited to complainers and those who leave a mess. I really hope we don't lose the unique vibe and energy of this place. I am starting to feel like I'm being pushed out of MY gym. ‍ PS. We had an amazing, fun and friendly "therapy" dog that use to come with one of the trainers and now thanks to the Karen's, it is no more. I will miss those friendly eyes and zoomies.

Life Time Biltmore - This gym is totally oversold. Every single treadmill full at 9:15 on a Saturday. The air conditioning doesn't work either.

They offer so many things here if you're a member. When I visited for the baby shower it was such a beautiful day and the rooftop bar was open. The cabanas were a vibe, staff was attentive It was a beautiful baby shower When I visited as a guest I stayed all day, got a smoothie, did a weight lifting class which I loved the instructor was so good. Music in the class made me dance while I worked out it was such a vibe. I was sore in places I haven't been sore in years after taking this class, I def want to try the yoga and Pilates class next visit. After we worked out we hit the cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. Showers were amazing as they have Kiehl's products body wash/shampoo and conditioner. They have blow dryers and endless towels Bathrooms and locker rooms were clean. It was neat they also had a spot where we dried off our swimsuit after we hit the pool.

Our hosts held it by the rooftop pool. Did someone say rooftop pool! Why yes they did and they put it on top of the gym. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and very spacious it features plenty of seating a large swimming pool and beautiful views of the mountains. This location also features a café, full spa, hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and premium Locker rooms. They even have a daycare facility for the little ones. They too can some get some exercise and energy out while you get your workout in.. Then while they still have extra energy, you can relax and unwind in the spa or sauna. This was our first visit to lifetime Biltmore, but it won't be our last. Thank you so much for a wonderful event.
