Anytime I can start my day with a full body workout is a good day and today was no exception. This location has plenty of parking and good vibes all around. If you're looking for somewhere to go for a quick (45 min) workout, this is your place! It's a little further away from home for me compared to some other options, but I'm sure I'll be back to drop-in for more classes!

I was skeptical at first, given my experience with other gyms and the fact that it had been 20+ years since my last gym visit. The suck factor was off the charts my first few sessions, I was on the edge of rage quitting more than once, but I stuck with it out of sheer bloodymindedness and glad I did. Chris and all his coaches are next level. They remember all of their clients' progress and difficulties and work with us to keep us safe while still challenging us. They circulate during sessions, pointing out where we're doing great and where (and more importantly, HOW) we can improve. They're incredibly supportive and understanding. The equipment and facilities are maintained in top condition. I've yet to see anything broken or dirty. I wish they had a changing/locker room, but it's a small place so I can see why they don't. Bottom line: if you're looking a great group workout experience, GO TO BFT.

Loud music, fast-paced stations, coaches hyping you up--it's not your typical "wander around the gym and guess what to do" situation. Every class is structured, intentional, and somehow over before you even realize you just got completely wrecked (in the best way). Booking was also super easy since they're on ClassPass--huge win if you're popping in or trying new studios without committing. What really elevates this location though is the location itself. Park West is such a vibe--an outdoor shopping and social hub with tons of eateries, coffee spots, and things to do. It makes it so easy to turn your workout into a whole experience--grab a bite, meet friends, walk around... it's not just "go to the gym and leave." And this studio leans hard into community. They're not just running classes--they're building something. From run club meetups to HYROX-style training, there's always something extra going on that keeps people engaged beyond the 45-minute workout. You can tell it's more than just fitness here. Coaches are attentive, encouraging, and actually paying attention to form (which matters in a fast-paced setup like this). The space is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently even during busy classes. Huge perk: they offer a shower, which makes it super convenient if you're squeezing in a workout before work or heading out after. They also had some really cute, affordable location-specific swag--honestly regret not grabbing something while I was there. Only downside for me: I asked to try a loaner LionHeart monitor and they didn't have one available. That's kind of a missed opportunity because it's one of the best ways to get people hooked on the F45 experience. I had to skip the post-class group photo to make a nail appointment (priorities ), but I'll definitely be back to catch the next one. It looked similar to CrossFit to me. I'm so glad I pushed through that and gave it a shot. It ended up becoming my home gym and the place that fostered me regaining my strength and confidence. This place is always clean. The music is energizing. The workouts are programmed very well. Half the days are cardio, the other half resistance/weights. You get what you put in. But I can't get a better workout in 45 minutes anywhere else. Also, there is always a great stretch offered after class, which I don't recommend skipping! The coaches deserve their own very special acknowledgment. Management does a great job hiring qualified trainers, who also have great people skills. They always take the time to welcome you and do a great job explaining/offering a demo of the workout. And you can always count on them to keep an eye on your form and keep you motivated during the workout. This place is a gem in our community. I look forward to hitting 100 workouts! GET YOUR SWEAT ON AT F45!…read more F45 has a great mix of cardio and resistance workouts. Each workout is a different combination of 45 minute workouts. Sometimes it's 2 laps around the room, sometimes the workouts are broken into pods. Sometimes it's 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest and other times you'll do "supersets" of 60 seconds in a row. They have all the classic workouts: push ups, Romanian deadlifts, Russian twists, squats, crunches, dumbbell curls, box jumps, and so much more! I've been coming to F45 for over a year now and it has done wonders. I am so much stronger and can really see the gains. The music definitely helps you get pumped up. However, it can be a bit loud. They even have a live DJ perform at the Saturday morning classes. The coaches are extremely friendly and helpful. I've learned a lot about the correct form to get the best results from the coaches. 5 Star Team for sure!
