I did my research prior to choosing this service.....i guest not too well. I chose this limo service because it assured me that the driver would be able to navigate from hotel to hotel in A/C.....that should have been the least of my wories. I rented out a 16 passenger party bus my specifications that it have an Ipod Connection, the lady on the phone assured me it did. Great! I call a day before the event to provide further information, and again i ask about the ipod connection, she assures me again. Wonderful! Bus comes At 1 Am as schedule first thing i do is go to the bus to connect the ipod....what do you know there is no ipod connection, ask the driver he says the 16 passengers don't have one, ok fine this is minor we can make due with CD's, a blast from the past! An hour into our trip the bus breaks down. The driver says a bus will be here in 1 1/2 hours......just perfect, it is now 2:30 in the morning and my reservations at Providence Tropicana have now been lost and i'm out $500 bucks. if you plan on calling this company for an adventure as to what will be done with our time and money then you will have a blast but if your looking to plan a wonderful evening go somewhere else. After multiple calls to talk to the owner his explanation was that these things happen and he did all he could by allowing us to stay an extra 1 1/2 .....p.s that was the time that i paid for, and he gave us a bigger bus with an ipod connection.....p.s thats what i asked for. He also went on by saying that he is loosing money because now he has to take the bus back to the mechanic and he is going to be charged more money......really don't care about your mechanic and obviously you don't care about your customer satisfaction. Dj you are not fit to run a business, and your customer service skills are horrible. read more

I recently used DJ's Limousine for my wedding in October and for my bachlorette party. I was provided with exceptional service and can not thank them enough for making my wedding day so wonderful. I reserved a limo and a party bus for my wedding day. Both limos arrived early and the drivers were both personable, curtious, and very professional. When i arrived at the church my driver even accompanied me into the church. He held my hands and guided my every step until i walked down the aisle because i couldn't see my feet under my dress. He also talked to me the whole way to keep me calm. Both limos were beautiful and were stocked with sodas, water, and champagne for my family and bridal party to enjoy. We had a blast on the party bus! Both limos arrived promptly at each location and my wedding day went off without a hitch. I also had the pleasure of using one of DJ'S limos for my bachlorette party a month before my wedding. Again my driver arrived promtly at my house to pick up me and my bridesmaids for a night in the city. It was a smooth ride in and our driver even suggested some great bars for us to go to. He got us all back home safely at the end of the night. I will definitely be using this company in the future and will reccomend them to all my friends. read more

I was a little hesitant in using DJ's limo for my wedding needs because of the previous comment posted but after a recommendation from a friend and talking to their polite staff, i had to check them out, needless to say Tara was a delight to work with and the cars were beautiful, not to mention the great deal i got on the limo (Rolls Royce Phantom!) I met the owner when i went to book the wedding and see the cars, very nice guy. So I highly recommend these guys, my wedding was perfect! My driver was excellant too,I felt like a movie star. I would highly recommend DJ's Limousine Company. We used DJ's Limo for a trip to a play in New York for our daughter's 16th birthday with friends and family. The stretch limo was pristine, inside and out. Our driver, Doug, was very professional and very personable. He arrived a few minutes early which gave the girls the opportunity to have pictures taken by the limo before we left. Even though the traffic was awful, Doug got us to the play safely and on time and he was outside the theater waiting for us when the play was over.
