Due to Covid, the international travel scenario is a lot more complicated with stricter rules to follow, so we wanted a taxi service we could trust. In the past, we had used Shreeji taxi services & we remember he showed up on time in a massive snow fall not disappointing us at all, & well so we clearly knew who to contact this time. We contacted Yogesh ji & explained everything , he immediately made us feel comfortable confirming he will check with Canadian border authorities & fulfill all the needed formalities to drive us. He also ensured all our belongings will fit in the van & yet we will comfortably be seated. Then he constantly was in touch with us exchanging information about him fulfilling the travel rules like covid testing , other reqd formalities etc. we contacted him several times to be sure & he always gave us confidence!! On the day of travel, we realized we had a lot more luggage than we thought, yet he arrived on time & ensured everything will be fitted, all our luggages were loaded with great care. He made us feel so comfortable in the journey stopping for coffee breaks or lunch breaks, offered us bottled water, keeping us entertained with interesting conversation & ofcourse he drives so cautiously & dropped us in our destination , unloaded everything & left with a big smile!! He definitely made a long 10 hour hectic journey a cake walk helping us as a family !! Close your eyes & book him because he is the best...he will ensure you & your needs are taken care of !!

After shopping online, I found My Empire Limousine. Extremely price competitive and Murtaza (driver) was courteous and communicated with me the minute I landed. Being their first review, I wanted to let everyone know of my positive experience with them.

The website's online order form doesn't allow information about which airline or flight, or even terminal, just "EWR Newark Airport"... doesn't provide an option to add "Meet and Greet" service, even though the website says they do it. How can I expect them to track my flight and adjust pickup time if they don't collect flight information? How can I order the Meet and Greet service? No problem, obviously the website struggles with this, I'll call them and make a reservation... phone rings, computer answers... plays music, a happy voice they want to help us... loop through this a number of times, eventually computer voice says to use the web site for reservations and hangs up. So no actual experience with them as a rider, but being unable to make a reservation is a poor sign. Guess I'll keep looking for a car service...
