Our group included two families, and in the days before the concert I had to request a number of changes (pick-up/drop-off locations, number of passengers, etc.) Each request was cheerfully accommodated by Dominick. He could not have been nicer to work with! The concert was last night and the service was incredible! Our driver, Mike, arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. The vehicle itself was exactly as promised - clean and stocked with cold water and cups with ice and napkins. MISLEADING PRICING, HIGH-PRESSURE SALES TACTICS, AND UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER - AVOID! I had a very frustrating experience with DJ's Limousine Service and would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional and transparent service. I initially inquired about booking an Antique Rolls Royce for my wedding and was quoted $850 for a 3-hour package. Nowhere in that email was it stated that the quote was only valid for seven days. However the owner did not even honor his own policy and voided his quote an entire day early after taking my deposit already!!! What made this situation even worse was the high-pressure sales tactics used. I was repeatedly contacted and pushed to sign the contract quickly, even though I had communicated that I needed until the evening to properly review everything with my fiancé. I felt rushed and uncomfortable with the lack of transparency regarding the pricing and terms. However, when I followed up to try to amicably resolve this situation and try to continue with the booking within what should have still been the valid time frame, I was suddenly told the price had increased by $300--bringing the total to $1,150 for the same package! I was met with extreme unprofessionalism from the owner. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, he was dismissive, unwilling to take accountability, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. His attitude and handling of the situation were completely unacceptable for a business that claims to provide high-end luxury service. I strongly advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TREAT YOU VERY POORLY. If you are still considering DJ's Limousine Service I advise you to be cautious, ask for all terms in writing upfront, and be prepared for sudden price increases and an unprofessional attitude if you try to question them. First of all let me talk about my personal experience with DJ's Limousine. My best friend's wedding party decided to get the party bus to accommodate our large bridal party. The party bus was spacious, clean, they had auxiliary cords to hook up your phone, and there was even a bathroom on the bus?! Awesome! The drive to and from the venue was smooth too. In terms of service, they get 5 stars all around! Now here's here's the real reason why am also leaving this review: my girlfriend forgot her eyeglasses on the party bus. With some things getting shifted around by the party, her glasses fell out of her bag. At this point there's panic, not just because she lost her glasses and that she would have to buy another pair, but she also can't function without them. I looked up the phone number for DJ's Limousine and spoke with someone within five seconds! The man I spoke with on the phone was courteous, and I had mentioned that I was literally on the bus and that I may have forgotten something on the bus. He said, "was it a pair of glasses?" Which I replied with a very enthusiastic,"yes!" The person in the phone was able to make arrangements, and bring the glasses to our venue! I also spoke with Dominic on the phone and he made sure to keep a line of communication open throughout this whole ordeal! He drove back to our wedding venue to drop off the glasses. I wanted to give him a tip because he didn't have to go out of his way to do something like this - he could've easily have said come down to DJ's Limousine and get the glasses yourself, like a lot of other businesses and people would do, but he did not do that. He went above and beyond to make things right. Dominic politely refused to take my tip and replied," thank you, but instead of you giving me money, could you please leave a positive review on Google?" I said," how about I do both!" I shook his hand, gave him a tip, thanked him for everything, and promised him a review. I'm not just gonna leave the positive review on Google though, I'm also leaving it on any other review platforms such as Yelp, Trip Advisor, etc. So here we are! DJ's Limousine Service gets more than five stars in my book and besides the fact that you get a safe ride in a beautiful vehicle, but they make sure they go above and beyond for their customers! My wife and I were over the moon with their vehicle selection, drivers, and overall level of planning and service that went into our wedding day. The driver had us sitting in the back for 20 minutes in the DARK AND COLD, car not even on in 30 degree weather. To which we asked, what is going on? What is the hold up? Driver came out and said he was owed more money, and completely changed the agreement that was had. They were booked to drive us around NYC for 2 hours and drop us off at our next destination. They wanted $400 and said it was just for the drop off. Excuse me? A 20 minutes ride for $400? Beyond ridiculous, and completely ruined my night. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh - and STILL charged the card on file $150 for CANCELLING! The man didn't even put the stool back out for the group of ladies to step off of the bus. I've never in my life been treated so poorly by a business for a SERVICE that we were PAYING FOR. HORRIBLE !!!!! BEWARE of extra charges! My husband decided to celebrate me birthday reserving this big party bus. "PARTY BUS"!!!!!! What do you do in it you? You PARTY!!!!! So the driver was good, he arrived on time very polite guy. MY husband had a destination and asked if we could change it from NYC to Sea side NJ?? The driver said "Fine" so we went to Sea Side, the bus stopped the ppl got out and relax for almost 2 hours we got back in and the night was fun. Days after the husband noticed an extra charge of $ 300.00 to his credit card. He called the owner and he took all day to return his phone call. We put him on speaker and he said "this is a Party bus but you can't party in it all night, this bus had a weeding the next day and I took a long time cleaning it" -by the way no one threw up!! And he said everything was filmed in cameras, my husband tried to clean pick up picking up the jackets that were left behind and some party glow sticks after everyone left the bus and the owner admits that he saw my husband cleaning but he still claimed he took forever to clean the bus the next morning and that's why he charged us an extra $300.00!! Ok if you had a very important weeding the next day why would you rent it??? And what do you mean we can't party in it all night??? We PAID $1,800.00 USD for one night!!!!! And we tipped the driver as well out of pocket !!! And you don't even call and explain that the 300.00 charge will appear in your statement for the following reasons????? Rented the Mercedes Sprinter van and it was great. Clean and spacious with great sound system. Had 7 people in there and everyone was comfortable. I wish I had four thumbs to give this company four thumbs down. We decided it would be a great idea to get a limo for our friend's bachelorette party. It would take my friends from New Jersey to New York City (I was already in the city.) It would drop them off at the first location then when we would call the driver when we were ready for our next destination. He was fully aware of what we expected; we gave him a list of places we wanted to go to that evening. We had the limo from 10pm-3am. It NEVER came back to the first and only bar we went to. We waited outside to see if he was circling the block-no where to be found not even at 2:30am. We called his phone-nothing. We called the company phone, and it was only an answering service. Every time we called all we got was, 'we can only relay a message.' Relaying a message is not going to get us back to New Jersey. My friends lost their personal belongings (sweaters, shoes, and cell phones) and they had to take a train AND get cabs when they finally got back into NJ. Taking trains is not something that would be a problem, IF WE DIDN'T ALREADY PAY FOR A LIMO. If whoever is answering your phone after regular business hours can't send out another driver because your customers are stranded than what kind of business are you running. read more
