OMG, I have 0 complaints about Partners Limos service. They were great! Very professional, detailed, and patient. The gentleman that assist me with my daughter's prom car service made sure before I got off the phone broke down the price for the service and confirmed the date. I received email notifications. The amiable driver arrived early and was patiently waiting with no extra fee. The best part is that they gave my daughter and her boyfriend an upgrade from a sedan to a Suburban at no additional cost. I've read some bad reviews on yelp, but with this personal experience they get two thumbs up!! read more

Not worth one star. Called and requested a NICE limo so my son and his siblings could experience their first limo ride. I never stated my price range but only stated that I needed a really nice limo. David said he had one and it cost me 600 for 5 hrs of a 1984 Lincoln stretch. Something out of an old Eddie Murphy cop film. I was so upset but had to continue with plans as my child was excited to be going put...HE HAD NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT THAT CAR. I would have done better getting g a Yellow cab!!!!!! No compassion for the fake limo and the fact that home boy came in his weekend attire. Embarrassed and ashamed. I ask you all to make these fake business close down. Beware of the bait and switch. We were quoted $640.12 for a 14-passenger van for 7 hours. I put in my credit card information on the website, booked it knowing all bookings were subject to review and approval by the office, and then received an approval and confirmation of the booking via email. Within a few hours, I received another email indicating that the original price was wrong and a new quote for $300 more. See attached photos for proof. read more

I asked for a total price of round trip transportation to the city. I was quoted a price plus tip and tolls and made a reservation. I received the reservation email, but it did not have a price. I sent a text to confirm and was told that the price I quoted was not round trip, but each way. I said I wanted to cancel and use Uber and the owner started to berate me through text. Said I don't care about the people in my party, I am cheap and so forth. Do not recommend. read more

Made a reservation for a prom on the 3rd of May, for a prom on the 24. Group plans fell through and I called to cancel because there was no logical reason for an 8 person limo with only 2 occupants. Called 7 days before, in good faith, explaining my situation and got mansplained, to start. 7 days, with enough time for anyone to recover, considering it was PROM season. Yes, the contract says 30 days but I didn't make the reservation 30 days from the event. Yes, the contract said 24 hours but kids, who were paying for it, didn't come through. Bottom line? This company has absolutely no bend for real life, real kids, and/or real human beings. My recommendatio: GET AN UBER read more

We had a very good experience with Partners Transportation Group despite a significant unforeseen. We had booked the white Hummer Stretch Limo for an adolescent birthday drive-around-town. Very, very pleased with all the communication up to this point, the responsiveness, the service. I received a text 15 minutes prior to the arranged pickup, the limo was there. Early! All good. Except, at the last minute, all our guests got loaded into a party bus, instead of the Hummer limo. Needless to say, the experience was not the same. However, I learned later that the Hummer had broken down, in fact, our guests saw it being hauled away on a flatbed. Afterwards, Oscar, who had been my contact throughout the booking, was very forthcoming. We received a prompt discount upon mutual agreement. I have to say, a mechanical failure is not an ideal situation, but Partners Transportation came through with the next best solution, and our party happened, on time, with excellent service, and everyone had a good time. Arrived at my house just early enough, got me there and back quickly, safely, and professionally. Awful and criminal. Reading the two reviews above, it's unfortunate that my experience with Oscar was not more positive, but here's the story: Some friends and I rented a limousine to drive us around the Central NJ area the night before thanksgiving, so we could all travel together and have fun. The night went off without a hitch. 12 days later I received a strange charge on my credit card in the amount of $170 from Partners Limousine. When I called Oscar to inquire, he became instantly agitated, stating that someone in my party had damaged a door handle on the interior of his vehicle. His proof that it had been us that had done the damage? " Well, you would have said something to me if it was damaged when you got in" He has photographs taken a day after. No phone call, no opportunity for me to view the damage,no invoice from a repair company, just kept my credit card information and charged me almost two weeks later. If it has been me or my friends that damaged the car, and I would have been able to view the damage, I would have GLADLY paid for the damage. However, I was given no such opportunity to do so. When I questioned Oscar about this, he simply yelled that we had been drinking on that night, and so we had no say in this (gleaned from the fact that he had taken us to a couple bars). The most frusterating part is that me and my guests examined the car before we got out, and saw no damage. I would NOT recommend using Oscar, and especially not recommend giving him your credit card information, lest you foot the bill for further repairs to his fleet. The most unfortunate part is my only option is to fight the charge with my credit card company, and if they are unsuccessful, to file a law suit over $170. So, in the end, there isn't much I can do. Pretty criminal. *** In response to Mr. Oscars comment below: I acknowledged renting the limousine in this post, so why would anyone want to hear our recorded calls? I was never presented with a user agreement (if I refused to sign it, why would he have driven me?) and as you can see he admits to charging me a random amount, having no basis. Lastly, you made no attempt to contact me when you found the damage, so how in the world can I know that I was party that caused it? Pictures taken of damage the next day does not prove that it was the limousine that I rented, and does not prove that the damage was not done subsequent from our departure. He gave me this speech over the phone, except while yelling. Thanks for making my point for me, Mr. Oscar. You have no proof of anything, except that I rented the limousine. read more

I used this service to book a 12 person limo for my wedding and it was by far the worst part of the day, let me walk you through what happened. I booked this limo for the time period 2:30-5:30. My bride-to-be and I were running late from doing first look photos at the hotel and ended up going outside at 2:45 to find the limo, but it was not there (which was very surprising since I did not receive a call saying it would be late). Naturally, I call the company, but they did not answer. I called three times with no answer. At this point I am panicked since I have not heard from them and its almost 3pm and the limo is not there (and as with any wedding there is a tight schedule to keep). Then we got a call from the company asking who we were and why we were calling. We explained who we were and after checking in on the limo, he informed us the limo was running late and would be there relatively soon. Since we had a tight schedule to keep and it was 3pm, I drove my bride-to-be and I to our first picture location. Since we were so late we rushed through the pictures and returned to the hotel at 3:50 to meet with the rest of the wedding party. Luckily the limo eventually arrived while we were gone. So our group went out to the limo including our things (flowers, drinks, etc). The driver packed up the trunk and then went to put some of the items in the front seat when THE DOOR FELL OFF THE LIMO. I was so embarrassed - it made me look like I had used the worst and cheapest service possible. The driver shoved the door back in place and then we lined up to get in. He couldn't open one of the back doors, so we all piled in the other. Once we were all in we realized the limo did not fit 12 people (unless the 12 count perhaps includes the front of the limo, which would be absurd). OK fine, lets just move on, pour some drinks and get on with the pictures and wedding. Nope, sorry all the glasses in the limo are disgusting and filthy (at least we had some solo cups). Oh yeh, the radio didn't work either so if you are using this service be sure to bring an iPod and a connecting wire. Obviously really dissatisfied with the service I contacted the owner after the wedding. Two days later he responded that there was an accident on the highway the hotel was on (false - it was normal congestion that should have been anticipated - I know because I drove in it) and offered me a small discount (less than 20% - when I only even got 50% of the contracted usage, and that usage was terrible). He then told me he can't control traffic. I am disputing a part of the charge via my credit card company currently due to the incredibly poor grade of service. This is the first time I've had such a terrible experience with anything that I just had to leave a Yelp review. This is also the first time I've had to dispute a charge on my credit card. You could think about chalking this up to a one-time terrible sequence for this company but the fact that such a paltry discount was offered leads me to think this kind of thing is not uncommon. read more
