Approx. one hour after her flight touched down, they contacted to me to say they were cancelling the pick up, as they'd been waiting too long!! The man on the phone was very rude, and seemed to have no understanding of how long it takes for a flight to taxi and for people to go through immigration and pick up bags from an international flight. I had to rush and luckily found another service who could pick her up quickly. Will never use Black Crown again.
