awesome experience booking my trip to and from JFK airport from NJ! On time, friendly driver and he was very patient as I had luggage issues and had to wait a little bit longer to leave the airport coming back home. read more

The bus was scheduled to leave at midnight. Instead of abiding by the advertised schedule, they made us wait because they said management wants them to wait for more people. Of course they made us wait 20 minutes and no one else showed up. I will never use a company that makes up their own rules. read more

Our company used to use Broadway Elite for business trips. I took a trip from home to EWR. I exited the car and waited for the driver to get my bag out of the back. He must have accidentally hit the lock button (instead of unlock) with the driver side door open. He closes the door and we are both locked out of the vehicle (with my suitcase inside). He borrows my phone to call the company and they basically tell him that he is on his own. It took 45 MINUTES for the airport service people to get the car unlocked for us. No apologies, no refund, only crickets from them. Needless to say, I have never used them again read more

Thieves! Called to cancel service and was told I couldn't. Still charged my card and listed receipt as no show. Reporting to BBB. Will NEVER use or recommend this car service again! Phone staff are rude and just don't care! STAY AWAY! read more

Brian and the entire Broadway Elite team are absolute pros who will get you to and from your event with ease. I made one phone call about eight months prior to my wedding. The call lasted about five minutes, I told him what we would need, and that was it. From there, I received the perfect amount of communication confirming my needs and confirming our shuttle times, and on the day of the shuttles between my hotel and my wedding venue ran smooth as smooth can be. The team did all of the work and were super helpful with my father who has some mobility issues and needed help on-and-off the shuttles. This was my second experience working with Broadway Elite. The first was when I was a guest at a wedding that used their shuttles, and I found the shuttle-ride home to be one of the highlights of that entire evening. This time, as the one getting married, I felt at-ease knowing that my guests would be able to get to where they needed to go in a safe and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Broadway Elite for all of your chauffeuring and shuttling needs. read more

Great service again by Broadway Elite! Airport pick up was so easy. Manny was early for my return to the airport. Highly recommend.

Great staff, nice cars, on time. And best of all, they contacted me to let me know I left my cell phone on the car seat and then dropped it off at my house. read more

Honestly, Broadway Elite did a superb job as far as our shuttle service for our wedding day and I'm so grateful for Brian Wecksler and the team taking care of us. The shuttle was absolutely perfect, clean, upgraded, roomy, and modern. Out of all the stressful parts of the wedding day, hiring Broadway Elite to be our shuttle services was the absolute least stressful. For any potential brides & groom's, you really cannot go wrong with Broadway Elite, they will deliver 100%. read more

We used Broadway Elite for a few different wedding related trips and they were awesome!! Easy to contact with any changes. Easy payments. On time. Great drivers! And they even upgraded on our buses free of charge just to make us more comfortable. Really appreciated them and would definitely recommend! read more

The accounting service for Broadway Elite has to be the absolute rudest. Absolutes loved the drivers, just had a frustrating experience with their finances. Broadway Elite was the transportation service recommended for a convention in New Jersey. When I booked with their reservation department, they sent an email that laid out all the respective charges accordingly. I confirmed several times with the company that I was to pay as such. Each ride totaled $100 from EWR to Whippany. We even spoke on additional costs such as surcharges that are applied with pick ups before 6am. My arrival flight was at 11:59pm but the staff decided to charge that same surcharge of $20.00 extra. When I called them, they said this was their policy and the receipt shows as such. The invoice I received beforehand has the midnight flight WITHOUT a surcharge. It's not as if anything changed. Their accounting department insisted this has been the case for 30 years. I told them I'm a new customer, which makes it sort of hard to know their policy. In respect to said policy. I spoke to their reservation department three times to confirm the information beforehand. Instead of listening, it was obvious that he did not care. It came to a point where he was yelling asking what I'd like for him to do about it. He issued a credit and hung up angrily. This will never be a company I use again. read more

Our clients enjoy every experience we have with Broadway Elite. Their chauffeurs always arrive on time in very nice, clean cars. They provide our clients the utmost care and professionalism and remain our choice for transportation in the New Jersey and New York area. Highly recommend plus they are available 24/7 for reservations and dispatch. Donna in reservations is always a pleasure to work with on the phone too. read more

I was picked up at Newark Airport. Driver was on time, but got lost when trying to get back to the parking structure at UAL Terminal 3. We went to all 3 floors to find the way. He seemed reluctant to take my 22" roller. I am 70 years old. Also texted while driving in New Jersey rush hour traffic. Worst $98 limo ride ever. Use at your own risk. read more

Its Exactly the Same as any other Limo company. You pick the person up and bring them where they need to go. Im pretty certain no one in this organization is familiar with any shows on Broadway in NYC. And I cant say anything about them that is Elite. The owners care about the bottom line and some of the people in dispatch are respectful and some of them come off as a cocky attitude as if they are entitled. The drivers can be replaced in 3 minutes. They go in and out of the industry like a tennis ball bouncing back and forth. You can work there until you are 90 years old. Nobody would ever know the difference. Driving solo and in isolation. Its a terrible industry for meeting new people and these drivers are driving around the world all day with terrible nutrition. Its a Limo company like any other. Good Riddance. read more

They drove to the wrong wedding venue and 75 percent of our guests almost missed the entire ceremony. The driver also did not have a holder for his phone so he was looking at his phone the whole time to view directions which made the passengers feel unsafe because it was pouring rain out. read more

Incredible experience from making the reservation to pick up and drop off. Knowledgeable and friendly dispatchers and driver. Would highly recommend read more

We had a great experience with Broadway Elite from the booking to the drop off. Our tour group booked a bus to The airport and back. Both pick ups were punctual, drivers were friendly and helpful. The buses were clean, climate controlled and very comfortable. Price was excellent. Will use them again! read more

Boris Golbor drove me from Novartis to New York city this afternoon. He was on time, spotlessly dressed, and made the ride so pleasant. I usually get car sick in cars, but not today - he drove so well. There was water in the car, he played music I liked, and the whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend the company and him! read more

I think its extremely trashy that one of your drivers who lives at overlook apartments in flanders, NJ parks your companies party bus across 10 customer paid spots. Us residents have HAD ENOUGH. The next time it happens I'll call a towing company and have it impounded at your expense. read more

So far, the person representing this company in Newark, NJ, is doing a piss poor job. When I got to the baggage claim area, he's sitting on the phone, and when I approached and said who I was, he just looked me up and down like he didn't believe me. I go to the restroom before going to get my bag, and when I come back he's still just sitting there. I proceed to the baggage claim and he finally gets up, only to get on his cell phone and start a conversation with someone. When my bags arrive, I get them both off the carousel while he watches and he makes sure to grab the smaller of the two bags, while I carried the bigger bag, my backpack, and my briefcase. The car is parked in the very back of the lot. Last time I used a service like this, the driver brought the car around while I waited with my bags up front. But this driver, decided that I needed to walk I guess? So after walking to the back of the airport parking lot carrying my bags, he just kind of stood there for a second after putting the smaller bag in the trunk like he wanted me to put the larger bag in myself. I looked at him and he finally did it. The ride started off and he was texting someone, and as I am typing this review, he is taking off his tie and has his jacket flung over the seat. Unfortunately I'm booked with this company for my transportation back to the airport, hopefully they send someone better than who they sent today. read more

Broadway Elite - This is the used water bottle the driver had in the car for me...disgusting - Limos Near Me - East Hanover, New Jersey

Broadway Elite provided the transportation for our wedding on June 4, 2016 at the Oakeside Mansion in Bloomfield, NJ. They provided limousines for the bridal party and shuttle service for hotel guests. All of the drivers were on time and professional. Working with Broadway Elite was great and we would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation service. read more

My husband and I were very happy with the shuttle we booked for our wedding. The driver was very polite, the vehicle was clean and spacious, and our guests were treated very well. I highly recommend Broadway Elite. Brian is a pleasure to work with! read more

Both times that I have used this service for them to coordinate rides outside their NY NJ area, it has been a total failure. The most recent disaster happened on Friday Nov 27 , 2020 when they were supposed to transport 2 of us up for a trip to DCA from my home in NO VA to DCA. The driver was on time , however he said he could not accommodate our luggage and suggested leaving a piece behind. When I asked if we could put a larger piece in the front seat, he said "no it was leather". When I asked if he could get a larger vehicle here sooner to be able to transport us on time, he did not respond that he would try but rather walked away . It was clear that Now I would need to get there another way.. He did not unload my luggage from his trunk and just stood there and watched. The drive was indifferent,m rude and totally useless in trying to solve a problem. He blamed me for not telling the service how many bags-- isn't that something the service should ask with booking? Definitely would not use again and certainly not an elite service. read more

Completely unreliable. We use them for business trips and the driver is never there on time when I land. I've had to wait as long as 45 minutes and there's always an excuse. Today was my last time. Uber from now on. read more

We went to Broadway Elite after a friend recommended their services. We are thrilled that we followed their advice!! Broadway Elite was very easy to work with and reasonably priced for any budget. The planning process was very organized, detailed and EASY! The drivers were personable and incredibly thoughtful - assisting my bridesmaids in and out of the limo, entertaining my 2 yr old nephew, and even holding my dress and offering to put my veil on!!! If that's not exceptional service that what is... Honestly, I cannot wait to use Broadway Elite for airport transportation for our honeymoon and I will absolutely recommend their services to all my friends and family. Such a great team and a pleasure to work with!! Thank you!! read more

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY AND HAVE A VENDOR CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND MAKE UP BOGUS STORIES, THEN DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROVIDER. ARROGANT AND DECEITFUL. BRIAN L. WECKSLER IS ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET. My wedding hotel's go-to shuttle provider was Broadway Elite so I thought they would be professional and reliable. I was wrong. After pre-agreeing an EXACT dollar amt with Broadway and giving my credit card info to them, they decided that it was ok to charge me extra hours without my permission. Unbeknownst to me my day-of planner, who was just being nice, called the dispatcher and asked if the shuttle would come back for any stragglers. They said sure but no mention of costs or asking who the person calling was; they just tacked on the extra cost. It could have been santa-claus calling for all they knew. Post wedding, I called and politely asked what the extra charge on my card was. I was immediately forwarded to Brian who decided that the best first impression was to be hostile and use a lot of exclamation marks in his emails to me. I asked simply who had called and he boasted he could provide gps tracking of his vehicles. I asked nicely why he thought he had the right for anyone to call in and extend a reservation without asking the cardholder to which he responded that's not his problem. Really? It seems common sense you ask the card holder/payor first before authorizing an addl charge. Upon checking the gps records , Brian's shuttle randomly made 2 roundtrips to/from the hotel AFTER I was the last to leave the venue. He claims that a phantom girl was running around outside the venue begging to be picked up. He didn't even try to make up a good lie. Overall a horrible experience; Brian really needs to work on his manners. If it's a special celebration or event you'll be hosting and you need your guests to be taken care of and don't want to deal with headaches, DO NOT use this provider! read more
