The guy who picks up the phone to make the reservations (also the dispatcher I believe) is always very friendly and follows up if he needs more info or if they need to change the pick up time (only happened once and it was a 15-min change). Every driver we have had has been really friendly (even at 4am!) and prompt. Even in the most frustrating 5pm pick-up at LGA, they are friendly and professional. I highly recommend for great customer service and reasonable prices. I like the peace of mind knowing they will pick me up and I don't have to worry about the uncertainty of Uber.
