The guy who picks up the phone to make the reservations (also the dispatcher I believe) is always very friendly and follows up if he needs more info or if they need to change the pick up time (only happened once and it was a 15-min change). Every driver we have had has been really friendly (even at 4am!) and prompt. Even in the most frustrating 5pm pick-up at LGA, they are friendly and professional. He took the kids to multiple stops for photos and waited patiently for them to finish. He even messaged me at the end of the night to let me know the kids were dropped off safely to the final stop. As a parent, this meant a lot to feel reassured your kids are safe. We ordered a Cadillac Escalade which was clean and in pristine condition. Highly recommended and will definitely use for future car service needs.
