They agreed to do a bio gel removal and clean for that price, but the service felt incredibly rushed and half-assed. They did a poor job cleaning my nails, didnt do my cuticles or under my nails, and they actually filed my nails barely. When I pointed this out and asked the technician to clean it out the stuff under my nails, she refused and tried to pressure me into upgrading to a full manicure, completely ignoring the budget I had established when I walked in. Everything was dingy and old. They also had a really small selection of shellac colours. The man who prepped my nails was filing away at my skin several times and would tell me "No!" When I pulled my hand away or said ow.
