I pick at my cuticles and fingers because of an anxiety disorder and I sort of just decided to try to take care of my nails in an attempt to stop. I let Karen know this and she was so, so nice about it. She made sure I was comfortable when trimming my cuticles and checked in with me a few times to make sure that she wasn't hurting my hands. I have had a bad experience where they filed my nails way tooo much and my nails looked a mess. That wasn't the case here thankfully! They gave you a tiny hand massage at the end.. a couple places I have been to are a little better in that department but whatever I wasn't coming in for a massage anyway. So now my figures look fab and the total came to 35 plus tax. 5 was for the removal of my previous shellac and then 30 for the shellac manicure. The pricing is pretty on par with other salons in the area. I've been going here for months and I feel like I've known them for years. My nails last longer here than most places I've been, and they are always to my liking. They don't rush, and are great at what they do. I'm also a fan of online booking for my busy and last minute schedule. They care deeply about what they do and the service they offer. The BEST thing about this salon though, is the insanely large selection of colours and unique polishes. Every time I see someone with a unique colour, they always say it's from here. Staff is friendly, salon is clean, prices reasonable. I was accommodated as a walk-in within a few minutes. Had a regular pedi and shellac mani. Most shellac manicures I've had begin to peel (on the cuticle end) after ~2 weeks. As I'm writing this, my shellac manicure is 4 weeks old and pretty much intact except for small chips at the tips due to normal wear. I'm impressed! Would definitely come back.

I walked in on the fourth day which was today on a Tuesday asked them to fix my nails and they made me wait 10 minutes two fix two nails. As I finally got to sit down they gave an attitude towards me because I asked them to fix my second nail that was chipped. I paid them good on Friday and I always tip and they shouldn't have made me feel this way, guilty. I am not going to feel guilty for the job that was done poorly to my nails. I am a paying customer that should have been treated with respect and quality service. I love my nails now but the service isn't nice they don't tell you their name or ask customers how their day went... So I'm conclusion I would go back if they haven't given me an attitude and my nails wouldn't chip on the third day. Plus prices aren't that bad but they charge extra for some things that other places don't charge..
