Ask for Gavin He's a perfectionist They have any colour, sparkle, stones, and design, etc Make an appt They run 10-15 min behind schedule but just grab a burrito next door while you wait read more

I walked in last Friday before family day and had an appt. My nails looked beautiful until they chipped on the third day, this is not what I was expecting. I walked in on the fourth day which was today on a Tuesday asked them to fix my nails and they made me wait 10 minutes two fix two nails. As I finally got to sit down they gave an attitude towards me because I asked them to fix my second nail that was chipped. I paid them good on Friday and I always tip and they shouldn't have made me feel this way, guilty. I am not going to feel guilty for the job that was done poorly to my nails. I am a paying customer that should have been treated with respect and quality service. I love my nails now but the service isn't nice they don't tell you their name or ask customers how their day went... So I'm conclusion I would go back if they haven't given me an attitude and my nails wouldn't chip on the third day. Plus prices aren't that bad but they charge extra for some things that other places don't charge.. read more

I absolutely love this place. I've been going for several months now and it's safe to say it is now my permanent salon. The staff is always kind and professional. They take their time and make sure it is to your standards. I have never been cut by them before which was an issue with other salons and no fungus as well. My nails always look perfect and I receive so many compliments. Highly recommend read more

This was my first time going to a nail spa, I got a shellac mani and pedi. The place was really nice, kinda hard to find considering the area it's in but still really nice. The seats for pedicures were comfortable, they had tvs everywhere and were playing pretty recent movies. For my pedicure, I had Yumi. She's really nice and was very aware of the fact that it was my first time so she tried to make it as comfortable as possible. For my manicure, I had Wenona with the help of Anna, for one of my designs and they were both incredibly attentive to what I wanted from the shape and style, down to the design and how I felt with them on. I absolutely love how they turned out and would recommend anyone to go, the price is fairly average and they do have specials going on (currently a Mani and pedi for $43) read more

Gavin never disappoints. I sit in the chair let him do his thing and always walk out a happy customer. I can't remember the last time I even chose my colour. He just knows. Book an appointment as it is difficult to get seated if you walk in. It is always busy! I love coming to Didadi nails - great nails and great movies read more

I've been going to this nails salon for a good few months. I found them through a friend of mine that had gotten her nails done from here. The salon is clean and has a few TVs for each wall. They always have a new movie running, which is good to keep yourself occupied for 45 mins or so by the time your nails are done. The staff are very sweet and patient. It is a busy salon, so you do have to book an appointment. Over the few months I have been going to this salon, I've noticed that they take there time to make sure the finishing product is perfect. The nails are made into perfection. There are a whole wall full of colors to choose from. I've gotten my nails done by Amy who is amazing at putting her client needs first. I've never left disappointed. read more

I was going to their Woodbridge location and thought why not try them out in Maple? I must say I was impressed. I got a pedicure done and again the same concept of each customer with their own bucket and personal bag of water- only this time my chair was a massage chair. Its not a good quality massage chair by any means but at least there's some massaging going on. They are so good at what they do. I received a much needed pampering and my feet looked amazing! If you need to find a good nail salon I suggest you give them a try! read more

Most consistent nail place ive been to, Ive been to several locations in the area and have unfortunately had to experience some horrible results before I found this gem. This place is clean, professional, big and beautiful. Ive been serviced by 5 different people and the results have been consistent. They ask to make sure everything is to your liking before proceeding and they do not settle for imperfections/ flaws as other places do. -The place has a seated waiting area. -netflix movies on rotation, I could stay here all day -they speak mandarin versus traditional vietnamese nail salons -they have a rewards program but dont actively promote it -they have packaged deals Have been going here for a little under a year and would definitely recommend it to all friends and family. read more

I was first introduced to Didadi by a friend who happened to drop by one day. She casually mentioned us getting our nails done together one day knowing that I am EXTREMELY picky with my nails because of my personal experience as a nail technician. NAILS: Gavin blew me away with his professionalism and more importantly perfectionism when it came to my nail shape and refill. I get UV gel + Shellac ($40) and at Didadi, no powder gels are used. The UV gel is actually a gel. Abundance of shellac colours, however I noticed their regular polish selection isn't as vast. Disclaimer: Gavin is the only one who's ever done my nails so I can't speak on the quality of the other techs but I do notice that all have equal amounts of regulars. ENVIRONMENT: Clean, bright salon with elegant interior design. Always a good movie on their TVs which is an added bonus. Their pedicure tubs are jet-less and look like barrels which are unique. My only feedback is that their time management isn't always the greatest so remember to book appointments if you're visiting on weekends and even then, prepare to wait a bit more. I've just learned to give myself some extra time if I have anything to do after. read more

First time going to them I love my nails the guy that works there did an amazing job on my design and he was careful to do the shape correctly and the French which made me live this place because me being a former nail Technician as well I'm super picky with my nails but he made sure to go above my expectations without me even asking or telling. He was also super nice about asking my opinion on how the nails look before proceeding to the next step with made me really happy. If anyone wants nice looking nails and friendly staff go here cus it's the best one yet. read more

I have been going to this nail salon regularly for about a year now. I went recently because I wanted pretty nails for New Year's Eve. The past few times I was not happy but this time was definitely the worst. The nails I received were splotchy and the shape of the nails were not consistent. Let's just say the shape and length on one hand does not match the other. I decided to go back to have them fixed because I really wasn't happy with them. Upon my return, they gave me a very hard time and initially were going to charge me another $10 to fix. I initially already paid $52 for a fill which was definitely not worth it plus tip. They tried to tell me that it wasn't their fault. Needless to say, I will never go back to this nail salon due to their lack of customer service and accountability. I think the pictures speak for themselves. read more

Amy never disappoints and my nails are always being complimented and on point. I've gone to other places but nothing comes close.

My nail tech here was amazing. I was on vacation and my old gel polish needed to be taken off and I wanted to get a new color on. I got an almond shape and great light blue shellac color. She did amazing on the shaping, I am getting so many compliments on them. I got them done over a week ago and they still look good. No chips or breaks. I was very happy with the service and next time I am in town I will for sure go there again. read more

I'm glad I've finally found a nail salon where I'm not being made to feel bad for not going all out with a mani-pedi combo and eyebrow wax. I understand that up selling is important, but damn! I've been searching forever for a place where I can just ask for a refill and that's the end of the conversation. I've found this at Didadi. Gavin, Amy and the rest of the staff are friendly, professional and so talented. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. They have the best selection of polishes, glitters, accessories, etc. The salon is clean, organized and there's always a new movie playing on the flatscreen, so you don't feel obligated to carry on a conversation if you don't want to. read more

Horrible experience. This is the third time I went to this salon and it was always okay, but this time I am extremely disappointed. I started getting a biogel refill with one girl who seemed to know what she was doing. This was the first time I've seen her and she didn't have a name tag, but I enjoyed the first 5 minutes with her. Then another customer sat down next to me and Wenona started working on her nails. The two employees were talking to each other and decided that because the customer sitting next to me was getting a design done, she should switch seats with me and get that done with the (obviously) more professional employee. I ended up having my fingers in so much pain from the way Wenona was handling them. She let the machine accidentally spin onto my finger twice and didn't apologize even though I was in obvious pain, and she cut my cuticle down to the point of blood and when I asked to use a solution to stop the bleeding, she insisted it was okay. I ended up staining a brand new dress after I left because I didn't realize I was still bleeding. By my definition, that is definitely not okay. I got these nails done for my birthday and I'm just upset. Don't go here if you expect to be treated with respect. read more

I am always impressed by this location. Spent $80 here on manicure (with shellac)/pedicure & eyebrow waxing. The staff were polite, but after completing my Mani/Pedi, they just didn't speak to me...I had informed staff 3 times that I wanted waxing as well (when making the appointment, upon arrival, and after my nails), but no one said a word. Finally, my friend fed up and asked again who would be helping me, they told us "a few more minutes".. The results: my eyebrows still had long stands after leaving (of course only noticed in the car mirror), and my shellac chipped & peeled within 3 days. In fact, the shellac peeled completely off within 10 days, no acetone needed. read more

One of the best nail salons I've been too. Went for the first time off a recommendation and was very happy with the service. I got a manicure with a simple nail design. The manicurist took her time making sure I liked the shape of nail and design before continuing. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. The prices are low compared to other places I've been. I will will return again. read more

Went to Didadi for the first time today for a biogel refill, and I will definitely be back! The staff is really nice, the place is clean enough, and they have TVs playing good movies to watch while you're getting nails done. I had Cindy do my nails, and I will definitely request her in the future, I love the result! She was really gentle with the machine and took her time shaping them how I wanted, with very clean polish lines. It's quite busy, they seem to have customer loyalty with regular returning guests, so make an appointment. Update: One nail hadn't dried properly, so it peeled off the same day. I went back the next day to get it fixed, and they were super nice and helpful. Within a minute of arriving, Cindy started to fix it with a smile and an apology, free of charge! Like I said, I will be back. read more

Really sad. Been customer for a very long time and got a very bad nail job done. The girl seemed to work the first shift in her life and did my nails for two hours ! I did not know what to do when I came home, I feel bad that she's new and if I come back she'll get in trouble ... tried to fix nails myself, still looks hideous !!! I don't know if I'll ever come back there . read more

Wow I had an appointment with them twice either not opened on time or someone scheduled the wrong day. Unbelievable services. Favourite nail spot! It's a little far from me, but I do make the occasional drive. I've had my fair share of bad nail experiences, but every time I've been to Didadi my nails always look and stay amazing! They do tend so spend a little more time than average on a gel refill, but it definitely shows in the quality. I've had my nails for over 3 weeks and other than the grow out they still look great. read more

4.5/5 stars I gave this place a 4.5 stars because: The place itself: very clean and organized.they have t.v.'s for entertainment. Color variety: regular nail polish isn't as vast as their gel option but still a nice variety of colors. They also do nail art which is a plus because not many places do nail art using little ornaments. Service: quick, and smooth there was no long wait once my friend and I have arrived.Jason did my nails and I loved the result. I wish the staff members would talk more, but it's fine in my personal opinion. When Jason did my nails he payed close attention to the shaping of the nails, and buffing. Oh and lotion smelt great, with the mini hand massage to finish off the manicure. Would recommend to friends and family and would come back again! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I travelled to the location across from Vaughan Mills from Brampton, because I knew they would have the nail art I wanted. I booked an appointment for 2:30pm didn't get serviced until 3pm. As the gentleman ( Jason) was doing my nails, I showed him the design i desired and he instructed me that someone else would have to do them. As I waited again for 10mins. Someone else came to service me, and as I inquired about the nail jewels they had, the nail tech made a point to tell me " I need to make a decision, because her 4o'clock just arrived" so I packed up all the jewels and told her no I don't want anything! Completely shocked and disrespected, if my appointment time was honored at 2:30 there would be no overlap on appointments. For the nail tech to rush me as if I wasn't the one waiting around, was totally unprofessional, after all I'm paying my money for the service! With that being said I'll support y own local business rather than venturing else to be disrespected read more

This place is ridiculous. There's only 2 good artists there (Gavin and Jason). Whatever you do, don't get your nails done by Yumi. My nails look awful. I was there a week ago and one of my nails was curving downward. Then that nail broke 2 days later. So I went back to get it fixed and she redid the one nail. And made it a completely different shape, and it is extremely longer than the rest, and also a different colour than the rest. She made me pick the colour and I was struggling to find the same one she had used on my other nails. Once I found one that I thought matched I asked her opinion and she said ya its the same. She obviously just wanted to get rid of me and didn't care. When I noticed it was a slightly darker pink I asked if she could repaint it with less coats and she looked extremely annoyed and redid it. Once I saw that the nail looked awful I just wanted to get out of there as I had already complained so many times. Honestly just don't go there if you care about your nails. They charge extra if your nails are a tiny bit "long" whatever they consider to be long read more
