I walked in on the fourth day which was today on a Tuesday asked them to fix my nails and they made me wait 10 minutes two fix two nails. As I finally got to sit down they gave an attitude towards me because I asked them to fix my second nail that was chipped. I paid them good on Friday and I always tip and they shouldn't have made me feel this way, guilty. I am not going to feel guilty for the job that was done poorly to my nails. I am a paying customer that should have been treated with respect and quality service. I love my nails now but the service isn't nice they don't tell you their name or ask customers how their day went... So I'm conclusion I would go back if they haven't given me an attitude and my nails wouldn't chip on the third day. Plus prices aren't that bad but they charge extra for some things that other places don't charge..

My nails look amazing and I love not having to worry about them getting ruined. They use a special technique when using the bioseaweed gel which keeps the manicure lasting forever. Would highly recommend trying it. Just a warning it is addictive. Once your nails look this good it's hard to stop lol.

They fixed the broken nails but didn't do a full manicure (pushing and clipping cuticles, cleaning, etc). I left feeling whatever about the service. The second time I went is what I'm giving a 5 star. I walked in with no appointment on a busy Sunday afternoon, but the guy working was happy to squeeze me in for a UV gel overlay service and fix a broken nail. He was helpful in picking a colour for me and was outgoing and easy to talk to. He did a really good job shaping my nails and made note that the last person who did my nails (his coworker) didn't do a good job catering my nails to my finger size. He said they made my nails look fat (lol) so he slimmed them down and now I'm super happy with my nails. Since he said they usually charge for a full set for first time overlays, he said he'll just charge me for a refill since some of my nails had gel from last time and that he didn't need to fix any of my nails except one. For a rushed service because it was busy and I just walked in with no appointment, he still did a really great job that I'm very happy with! Will definitely go back to see him specifically. Unfortunately I didn't get to catch his name but I think he's the only guy that works there.

I specifically said I wanted blue butterfly stickers to be placed on my nails and they said It would not be a problem. But as the lady started doing my nails she said they didn't have them which was confusing to me. As well as the person who was doing my pedicure was digging too deep into the nail as well as cutting the toenail poorly resulting in what is seen in the picture. Very poor service I will not be returning.
