The staff are friendly and they seem to be pretty good at making sure they do a good job (not rushed) and they give a pretty good foot massage - not half assed like some other places. The selection of polishes is great - a lot of variety with brands, in case you are particular to one. They have all the staples - OPI, CND, etc. It's a small place, so don't expect that serene spa like experience. It's relatively clean and cheap (I think my pedicure was $28, not including tip). It's been like 3 wks and it's held up remarkably well! There is some parking in front - it's located in the strip plaza in Scarborough. There is currently construction around this area so be careful to look out for the entrance into the plaza as it may be blocked off (I think you can go around to the side entrance of the plaza if that is the case)

She didn't do the shape i showed her and then she blamed me for agreeing her shape was nice which she didn't ask so I told her to fix it.. my overall experience here was OK.. it was freezing in there like no heat at all. I would recommend making an appointment to ensure you don't have to wait and that your service isn't rushed. My only complaint would be that its a bit hard to get through the phone line sometimes. I booked appointments with Hanna both times. She is friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. I was very happy with my service. I believe the price for a set of tips with biogel starts at $60 and is increased at $5 increments depending on the length. My long set was $70. (UV gel pricing is about $10 less.) For a biogel fill, I had my nails filled but filed quite short. I paid $45. Keep in mind, some of the chairs are close to the mall side and you will definitely have people walking by and hear sounds from inside the mall / food court area. This is by no means a luxury nail salon but they get the job done.
