The lady who did my face was very kind and considerate. Since I have sensitive skin, she gave me a peel with 20% and she would ask me very often how I'm feeling and whether the peel was . The "peel" doesn't hurt. It's more like a thin cream applied on your face that tingles like if you put lemon juice on your face. It didn't (and shouldn't) burn. And since mine was 20%, it wouldn't leave my face peeling, but would make it smooth instead. Whole process only took about 10-15mins. Would come back here again!

During the peel, there was a light tingling sensation but nothing burning. The staff who helped me was there the whole time asking me how the peel felt to make sure everything was ok. Unlike some other places I've been to, it was nice that they didn't try to upsell me anything during the treatment. Overall a very pleasant experience.

You get to choose the length and it goes up to 16 mm if I remember right. You have to pay the $5 tax on the coupon after your appointment, they don't ask you to give a tip but I did because they were great and I felt I should tip them because the value of the service was originally $160 but I got it for $35. Tips: Don't open your eyes right away after its done or your eyes may sting, they'll tell you to leave it close for 10-15 mins to allow the clue to dry. It is applied one lash at a time for those wondering and on your eyelash and not your skin.

I have to say this is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in…read moreto get a refill done on my nails. The lady that did them for me basically butchered my nails. I have jagged edges on the side of my nails (see photo). She filed them horribly. She even gave me attitude when I winced from pain when she cut me a few times with the machine. She said that they do air brushing for French tips before I started the whole torturous refill but when it came time to do it she tried to use nail polish instead. When I questioned her she asked a co-worker to tell me in Mandarin that they don't do air brush for French tips. I ended up getting one solid colour painted on my nails because she didn't know how to do my French tips properly via nail polish. Best part is that she kept on making cracks at me in mandarin. I pretended that I didn't understand what she and her co-workers were talking about. If I do for whatever reason go back to this place...I am definitely not going to that woman.

I then asked why again bc i had told them not to push her cuticles, or any of those fancy stuff but just to put purple, the lady who did my daughters nails goes "she wanted design" at this point i freaked out and said OF COS SHE WANTS DESIGN SHES 3, how about asking me first? So i told then i refuse to pay more than $5 for my daughter and of cos they started talking and laughing in chinese. I told them to take the "design" off and i dont care if she cries, they said no continued talking in chinese and laughing and told me "they dont usually do services for free but be u r upset."
