The staff are friendly and they seem to be pretty good at making sure they do a good job (not rushed) and they give a pretty good foot massage - not half assed like some other places. They have all the staples - OPI, CND, etc. It's a small place, so don't expect that serene spa like experience. It's relatively clean and cheap (I think my pedicure was $28, not including tip). It's been like 3 wks and it's held up remarkably well! There is some parking in front - it's located in the strip plaza in Scarborough. The pedi: basic...she used a file to remove rough areas...my biggest problem is rough heels and sides of my feet so I asked if she can spend some.more time on those areas. I say this because their larger competitor (starts with a "C") has discriminatory language printed on their sales receipts, suggesting their patrons engage in criminal behaviour. While the quality lacefronts are a bit on the expensive side, they are still worth the cost to buy Canadian instead of shopping with a U.S. retailer (and having to pay tax, high shipping costs and customs fees). He then stated to me he cannot take back the product because it is not seal and he said people open these product and put all kinds of stuff in them. He proceeded and open the product it was dripping on the counter and on the receipt he then attempted to charge me $2+ for it stating that he can not sell the product again. To make a long story short as a customer I trusted him to buy his product unseal and he the manager did not trust and respect me enough to listen to me, because I did not agree with what he was implying. He became very angry and threw the product towards me in rude volatile manner and stated take your product I dont like your attitude. Bad customer service I will not recommend anyone to buy their beauty products at this store.
