I was able to book for myself and each of my guests - also specifying the service each of us wanted individually. There's an option to select your technician but since we haven't been there, I just left it blank. I actually called 2-3 times because we're unfamiliar with what we wanted and needed some clarifications. They answered the phone each time and were so friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt great about selecting this place. We arrived a few minutes ahead and were welcomed by the staff. They set us up in our stations with our techs and let us choose our colours. I had sent reference photos in advance for the brides' selection and they actually had prepared the exact right shades for her to select from. 2 of us had shellac and the 3rd got a gel extension set. Shellac went fantastic. My technician was Kris. He's AMAZING! I let him know I have very sensitive cuticles - they tend to hurt and bleed. He was so gentle and I felt zero pain at all. First time I ever found that process to be relaxing. He also fixed my broken nail using gel, and it's like brand new! I asked for almond shape nails. Previous salons could never quite get the shape without shortening my nails a lot, but he got it done so quick and they are literally perfect. So cute, still got my length, and beautifully done. I love how he took his time to use the buffer on the edges so the scraggly bits get cleaned off. He really pays attention to the details. I got a sort of sheer pink with a magnetic topper. He applied everything so perfectly and I loved chatting with him the whole time. I am so happy with my nails. The whole experience was great. My cousins also enjoyed their services. The gel extensions takes quite a bit more time, but I can appreciate that they're trying to make sure the shape and length are perfect. We were all really happy with our nails. Our Bride to Be was ecstatic. They matched her inspiration photos perfectly! The nail salon itself is gorgeous. Very simple decor, beautiful seating, lovely wait area, etc. They just made the most of a small space and still kept it feeling very spacious inside. Huge kudos to whomever designed the layout. Within just 2-3 days, my nails began peeling and chipping, and I had to return multiple times on October 31, November 1, November 4, and November 8, 2025 for the same issue. Each visit, the nails were sanded down and reapplied, but the problem kept recurring, leaving my natural nails damaged and weak. When I shared my concerns, the manager claimed they had done "enough free repairs," as though repeatedly fixing the same failed service was a favor. Instead of acknowledging a possible issue with the product or application, he blamed my nails, twisted my words, and even used intimidating language, saying they would no longer fix them after November 8. I politely requested a refund, but was told the service was "already done." I then suggested store credit explaining that I could return once my nails healed to fairly test whether the issue was really my nails or the product but he refused that as well. To make matters worse, other customers mocked and criticized me, even though some admitted it was unusual for shellac to chip so quickly. My issue was never with the technician's skill, but with the quality of the product and the manager's unprofessional handling of the situation. While the technicians themselves are talented, the management lacks professionalism, accountability, and customer respect. No client should be dismissed or belittled for raising legitimate concerns or seeking fair treatment.

They were great! Very professional. Note - this business does accept walk-ins. Hours are 10am to 7 pm. I have sensitive cuticles and sometimes if the esthetician is too rough I end up bleeding. Not great! But Lynn was wonderful. Very careful. No wincing or issues here. And did a fantastic job. Btw it's not a French manicure ( I had the regular manicure with Bossy #219- one coat only), but it looks almost like a French, a bit more natural. Hubby raved about the pedicure on the way home. Said that Linda took really good care of filing down the calluses on his feet. He practically floated home lol. Anyway. Totally get why people love this place. Great staff and great result. Attentive, cares about what you want, and tries to get the desired look. She was all alone working by herself in the morning weekday, so call ahead and book appointments are a must! Unless you don't mind waiting, but she said she usually does not take walk ins. In the afternoon there's about 2-3 ladies joining her. Good selection of colors (bioseaweed and opi) for shellac. Solid amount of colors for non shellac too. Nail art, waxing and other services available too. I only got a shellac manicure (real nails). Next time I'll come for a refill and add the pedicure.
