This auto shop actually made me cry! I was on a 1,200 mile trip with my kids in the car, and towing a Uhaul. Approaching Provo, I had three lights appear on my dash and decided to get my car checked out before continuing on. I spent all morning trying to find a car place in Provo to help me. All other auto shops said that I would need to take off the full Uhaul before they would look at my car(which I don't know how to do). I pulled in to DJ's and the man inside the shop told me that he could help me(WISH I KNEW HIS NAME!!). He told me they would check out my car and would take the Uhaul off themselves if they needed to. I mentioned to the him that my kids were in a hotel trying to get on remote school and were having a hard time with Wifi. Without telling me, he called around and found a library for my kids to do school from. He then offered me a loaner car to get my kids there! This actually made me cry. After a stressful day of travel, I could not believe the kindness from a complete stranger in an auto shop! I have never in my life seen customer service like this. I was so grateful for the offer and even more grateful when they told me that all I needed was an oil change! Which they did quickly and without removing my Uhaul. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, and was able to continue on with the rest of my drive. Wonderful experience. read more

These guys are solid. While shopping for a car, I called around to a ton of places to see if they would do a car inspection to make sure the cars I was considering were good. Everywhere was charging about 50 dollars to do it. These guys were more than willing to make time for me and on neither occasion did they charge me a penny. Their evaluations were spot on, and they saved me a ton of money from almost buying a lemon. -on the second car, two guys spent about 40 minutes making sure the car was in good buying condition. Sure these guys could just be trying to get on the good side of a new car owner. But heck! Good for them!! It saved me a lot of money and of course any obligation would be of my own making.. I would probably add that they are brutally honest about the flaws of a car.. You need to be ready to walk away from a car you might just think is perfect. I like these guys! read more

I was impressed with the services provided at DJ Auto. We first met Dave and the team three years ago when our previous car broke down. When we were hunting for a new car, we were able to use our AAA membership and get honest feedback for the cars we were interested to purchase. Even though the news was bad (the car was done) they provided advice for buying a new car and offered to inspect (for free) any car I was thinking about buying. Had a problem with a noise shield coming loose while traveling. Caught staff right at closing and they fixed the issue right away so we could continue our trip. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Extremely helpful. Had an o2 sensor go out in February and DJ Auto replaced it. Check engine light came on in September and sure enough the o2 sensor was bad again. Without hesitation they said they will cover it under warranty. I have never had a shop actually be honest with me regarding warranty work. Good job guys! read more
