We ordered the chef featured tour board of brisket taco, chicken mini , corn crème brûlée , fruits cup and Brussels sprouts. My favorite was corn crème brûlée! It was creamy , sweet crispy at the same time ! For cocktails I tried the Peach Mai Tai . Little too strong but tasted very good! If you don't have reservations and it's a weekend it might take a while to find a table but they have bar seating which is what we got and wasn't bad at all! read more

I went here for the first time for a friends birthday and it was kind of a mixed reaction for me. So, the wait staff was great I thought, food came out in a very timely matter, and I thought the atmosphere of the restaurant was great! The drink menu was pretty nice and there were a lot of good options from what the table got. As far as the food goes, it's good for sure. I want to make sure that clear. This restaurant is more of a small plates and sharing restaurant which is always a lot of fun, but for me the prices are just a bit high. Overall, still a place I'd come back to, but not somewhere I could come all time. First place out after being quarantined for months, my gf and I chose patio seating in the shade. 4 top tables were placed spread out per Covid guidelines and since we were the first patrons to arrive, we chose our seats and as more people arrived, they did keep us spread apart. The wait staff was very polite and kitchen was timely, bringing our meals quickly. They offered us cucumber water which was everything on a hot, humid day. It really kept us hydrated and able to enjoy being outdoors. I tried my friends bruschetta which was delicious! I liked the flavor of my tots, and my salad was good. Fit the need for a quick bite on the run but there wasn't anything that has me desiring a return visit. Thank you to Divvy for having a whole vegan sampler! It was really nice to be able to eat here with friends without having to eat a dry salad or french fries (IYKYK!) while everyone else had a multiple-course meal. I enjoyed the Savor platter which comes with 5 sample choices for $28 but honestly with my drink and dessert I was full and satisfied. If you like tapas bars, this might be a spot for you to try. This place is a modern, swanky restaurant that has touchs of flair. Great for a date night or even a small birthday gathering. Which shareables are great for these type of events and to save on in certain aspects, like pitchers of cocktails. Their Sassy Sangria was delicious. For food; We got couple orders of tacos -which come paired in twos. Shrimp, barbecue cauliflower, chicken are all great choices - shrimp was my favorite. Also the smoking fries with/or without the bacon fat had the right amount of crispy. "Divvy Water" is a thing.... Cucumber & Lemon water it's so refreshing. Easy to find, and its it's close to the Palladium. Also easy access to parking, but they do have valet if in a hurry. There is a patio for warmer days. The fireplace on the flat screen television was quite quaint! Nathan was our server, and upon arrival he appeared to be the only waiter working. No problem though, he was friendly, gracious and accommodating. He explained the menu very efficiently, and brought us each a pot of hot water for our teas. We then ordered our main dishes and they arrived timely. Nathan were very attentive and offered us plenty of water/tea refills. I had the chop salad with the Greek sauté. The salad was especially fresh and delightful, the hint of dill combined perfectly with the green goddess dressing. The Greek sauté was equally delicious! All of my co-workers were also pleased with their meals. The only negative to our experience was that the overhead lights flickered on and off frequently. It was a bit distracting. Went to divvy last night, and wow I was impressed! I have been to a tapas restaurant before, but not like this. Let me first say you can't go wrong with anything you choose on the drink menu. There is something for everyone! I got the Lemon Berry Sparkler and it left me wanting more! The food menu is set up by tour boards on the front and a la carte on the back. Because we had an allergy, we opted for a la carte, but the tour boards look like a great option when you both have similar tastes! I opted for the Chicken Minis and wow they were delicious! They are at the table about 8 minutes after we ordered(!) If you like sweet rather than savory, you must try these! The sliders come as a duo and it was the perfect size. We also got dessert and I chose the peach crumble. Though it took 20 minutes to come out, it was so good! Overall, the experience was great. Our server was kind, attentive, and personable. The only downside was parking. The closest, reasonable parking was the Veterans Way Garage and I got lost trying to find it! So make sure you map accordingly :) read more

Divvy is located in City Center, right across from the hotel where I stayed, and is EXACTLY my kind of place. They offer both inside and covered patio seating. While they are ideal for groups to share small plates, as a solo traveler, I could grab a seat at the bar and explore the menu. The menu is really eclectic, with something for everyone from Bao Buns to Tacos, Salads to Seafood. The bartender greeted me immediately upon sitting down and offered me menus and a drink. While she was busy cleaning and taking care of drinks for servers, she never let me feel neglected and was very friendly. I started with a Red Wine Flight ($16.00) and included nice size pours of four different red. There was only one I personally didn't care for, but they were all very nice. I like that they came with laminated cards that talked about the origin and properties of each wine. For my 'entrée,' I ordered one of the Chef Featured Tour Boards, a sampling of several items. I chose TASTE ($26.00) - it included Salmon Canapes, Tenderloin Filet, Corn Crème Brûlée, Quatro Puffs and Deviled Eggs. It was a perfect meal for me. The Salmon Canapes and Deviled Eggs were a delicious start, well made, and I LOVED the Wasabi in the Deviled Eggs. The Tenderloin was a nice size portion, perfectly Medium Rare, and the sauce was flavorful and a nice compliment. The Quatro Puffs - a puffed pastry with four kinds of cheese and a Green Goddess Ranch Dressing was rich and gooey. For me, the standout was the Corn Crème Brûlée the Creamed Corn was delicious with a hint of Jalapeno and the top was perfectly browned with a hard 'crack' that makes it the perfect brûlée - and it wasn't overly sweet. I also ordered two of the Hot Fried Duck Bao ($7.00 each) - and unfortunately, they might be the weakest dish for me. The bun, veggies, and sauces were excellent. I just found the breading on the duck pieces to overwhelm it a bit. It honestly could have been fried anything. I also ordered one of their Mini Morsel desserts ($5.00) to-go and opted for the Turtle Brownie. Later that night, I dove into it in my hotel room, and it was thick, rich, gooey, and flavorful. From the minute we walked in, we were very well taken care of. Our server was attentive and thorough. He took the time to explain different menu options to us and make some recommendations. Our drinks came out promptly and were great. We got the bourbon brisket tacos. **get them, just trust me** and one of the tasting tours. For those of us from the Carmel area, Divvy is one of those little places you've more than likely been to, but maybe not in awhile. And I've got to say, man, go back! The place is awesome. From the ambience, cool-chic vibe, to the experienced staff, to their unique take on one of my favorite things on the planet, Tapas styled cuisine. A couple of us stopped by Divvy a few nights back for drinks and a bite to eat. For drinks, we ordered Angel Envy, Old Fashion's (outstanding) and for our eats, we started with the Wedge Salad and Blistering Brussel Sprouts, both stunning and wonderfully tasty. Then for the main, we ordered the Tuna Tartare, Corn Creme Brulee and the Sizzlin' Shrimp, each uniquely seasoned and cooked to perfection. I must say, the star for me was the Corn Creme Brulee. I love Divvy! I've been here twice now and haven't been disappointed either time. I love that you can order a little bit of everything and share. This time I went for the rocket salad and crispy goat cheese. Both were excellent choices! The salad was delicious, with a dressing I probably could drink. They did forget the cheese on top though, unfortunately haha. The crispy goat cheese was savory and delightful. The two paired well together, one lighter and one heavier. I would absolutely order both again. I also got a sangria which was delicious and pretty with cranberries floating on top. We ended with the mini beignets, which were so fluffy. Side Note: If you're coming here then I would recommend not coming alone like I did. Dining alone didn't effect my experience but it made me miss having company, specifically my other half. The restaurant's menu states the definition of divvy as, "Divē (Verb) To divide; to distribute; share." Plus it states on the signage on the exterior and center of the menu under the name, "sip*share*savor" Now I got that off my chest let me rave about this place. I stumbled upon this establishment during personal travels that brought me to Carmel and something off their previous menu from Yelp mistakenly led me here. Even though I was disappointed after learning that the past menu item( which was made in house and no longer making) aka was no longer on the menu...like a true foodie I still took a glance at the current menu. Plus I was in the area when I stumbled upon Divvy so I didn't make a special trip( sorry if that hurts anyone's feelings but please continue reading as I rave about this place). The menu made me feel indecisive with so many tasty and delicious sounding options. Then you have these taster options which means you can try about 5 small portions of designated items off the menu for a set price(*no substitutions). After a long time of debating on what to get eventually I choose the Favorites (lunch taster)....OMG! It included; -1 brisket taco(so much deliciousness in every bite) -1 small corn cremé brulée ( I am lactose intolerant so it did upset my tummy but it was so good that I didn't regret the tummy discomfort lol) -1 mini chicken slider( the Brie and blackberry bbq sauce was A+) -1 small bowl of blistered Brussels sprouts( dipped this delicious side dish in the corn cremé brulée to consume and clean the bowl of any trace of the brulée) -1 small bowl of fruit(I eat this last as my dessert(grapes, apples, blueberries, and strawberries) The staff were very helpful and friendly even though at first I was indecisive and the were patient. Plus at the end I did over stay my welcome by sitting for probably at least 30min after finishing my meal and paying for my meal. I sat sipping on my flavored water without once had the feeling of being rushed. They even asked if I needed more water but I kindly declined to allow them to sit future customers. I told my other half that we need to make a trip to Carmel, IN and this is one of the places we have to eat at during that visit. COME HERE HUNGRY. I can't believe I've lived in Carmel for this long now and this is my first time coming here. Hands down, food was amazing. The meat was juicy and everything we ate had a lot of flavor. I'm a huge salt and pepper girl and I didn't need it AT ALL. We sat outside and it was pleasantly warmer than inside. Our service was fast and our server was super nice and helpful with explaining everything we were eating in full detail. I love the idea of small portions with more choices! We finally got around to going to one of the devour Indy restaurants! And we chose one of our faves, Divvy! We went with the red Rioja wine half carafe. Perfect amount for 2! We went with the Savor board devour Indy special! The waiter told us it may not be enough food to share for 2, so we also got the bulgogi beef bao. I think the tour board (especially the devour Indy special with the app and dessert) would've been enough for the 2 of us to share, but we did enjoy the bao anyways! We've had the savor board before, the steak is amazing, Brussels sprouts are so good with the pine nuts. I love the whipped feta, and the Brie and apple cracker is the perfect note to end on! The creme brûlée was so good! It's the perfect dessert and the end of a dinner because it's super light but satisfies that sweet tooth craving! I LOVE their heated patio. It was 55 and dreary today, and I'm so done with winter, so we sat outside on the patio for lunch:) Of the 10 or so times I've been to Divvy, it's always been for dinner. This was my first time out on the patio as well as my first lunch visit. And I'm kind of kicking myself for not doing either sooner. Woody greeted and seated us, so we got the low-down straight from the horse's mouth on their climate control. Literally every table has its own overhead heater and each is individually controlled. So all you have to do is tell your server, and they can crank the heat up or down to your liking. Pretty cool... er... hot! Who doesn't love small plates, and Divvy's are the best. Their lunch menu seems to have all the deliciousness of the dinner menu but is even more fun-sized. They feature 4 awesome Chef Tour Boards, each with 5 mini plates which all together are a good-sized lunch for one person. Two of us opted for the Savor Board with whipped feta, 3 BBQ shrimp, blistered Brussels sprouts, Porterhouse chunks, and brûléed brie. It was out of this world flavorful, and the steak was so tender. The other in our trio had another of their great combos. They offer 5 different kinds of street tacos and 5 different kinds of toasts. You can always build your own meal with anything, but for the combos "Top Tacos" and "Tasty Toasts" you can pick two of the five and then add two sides. My friend had two tacos and paired them with sweet potato fries and soup. It looked yummy. I love that they bring to the table both plain water and cucumber lemon water (my fave) and give you carmels at the end of the meal. And while we were low maintenance, I'd characterize service as great. Prices were very good for the quality and variety. I had kind of relegated Divvy to "nice dinner" out, but I will definitely be coming back for lunch again before too long. read more

Girls day lunch success at Divvy's. First, off the atmosphere here is great. It's over 18 with accompanying of a 21 year old or older to enter. This lends to a nice relaxing and quiet atmosphere. We had a great server who was prompt with our food and drink orders. For drinks we had the sassy Santeria which was fruity and refreshing. We also had the peach margarita made top shelf with blue cheese stuff olives which were delicious. Great spin on the traditional margarita. For food, we had the following: Pork belly bites: absolutely delicious and by far our favorite. We ended up ordering two orders. They are nice healthy bites served in a semi sweet glaze. Crème Brûlée corn: this was a perfect pairing and good portion to share amongst us three. The crunchy sweet brûlée topping is dynamite paired with the spicier corn filling. Fried goat cheese: this was served over a Mariana dressing of sorts. It was perfectly fried. It was pretty good. But not a must have like the previous two dishes. Lobster quesadilla: great dish. The lobster was fresh and plentiful in this quesadilla. The dipping sauce served with this is good too. We all really enjoyed this. Buffalo bites: this was not that tasty. One of our friends stays away from dairy and ordered this dish. She tasted it and didn't eat it further. So it wasn't a hit. Sizzling shrimp: this was just okay. While it was better than the buffalo bites, it wasn't as good as the lobster quesadilla, corn brûlée, or pork belly bites. So if you have to make a decision, this wouldn't be a contender.
