This place is just amazing and I am so glad I found them. I trust Darby to take care of my precious angora. Boarding is also affordable plus your rabbit gets a nice big pen to himself as well as salads twice a day. They also do shave downs for angoras and do a much better job than any vet without having to put your rabbit under and for a fraction of the price. read more

I highly recommend Divine's Pet Care!!! They are the best all around!!! We take our Dwarf Lion Head Kali for monthly grooming and also for boarding when we are away. When boarding, I love that each bunny gets their own private area furnished with wooden castles and boats, lots of hay and the salad time. Our bunny loves it! They are very knowledgeable about everything from A - Z regarding bunnies. Most recently Kali was sick and I mentioned the vet visit and the owner Darby was able to provide me better guidance and solutions than the vet! If Kali ever gets sick again, I will call her first! I learn something new every visit. They are very compassionate and care for the customers bunny as if it is their own. These lovely ladies will take care of your bunny as if it were their own. Our Hershey had a blast there, the playpens for boarding are huge and with lots of toys to keep the bunnies busy. I was recommended to Divine's Pet Care by a different Pet sitting company who provided me her number. I called, not knowing it was her personal cell phone number. She answered and after I asked about her services, she answered in the most rude and nasty way to never call this number and hung up the phone. I have never seen such horrible customer service. Haven't even used this service but from that phone call I will never do business with them. AWFUL. EDIT: Business owner continues to state I am a very argumentative person but there was no argument on my behalf when I kindly explained my situation and immediately she replied "DO NOT EVER CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN. IT IS VERY RUDE OF YOU TO DISRUPT MY PRIVACY" and hung up the phone. It was an honest mistake. The Pet service I usually deal with gave me Darby's number and there was no need to be so rude on the phone, especially with a miscommunication as this and a first time customer trying to speak to a staff member about their services. I can't imagine such a rude, nasty person to ever take care of any kind of animal, especially my pet. read more

We boarded our bunny snow for a week at Divine's. He had a wonderful time there! He had a spacious play area to explore, and tons of toys. The lovely ladies really took good care of him and he was reluctant to go home, lol. We usually asked our friend to stop by and feed/check him every day why we are gone for a few days. This is a much better option for him to also have some fun. The location is very convenient too especially if you are taking flights from IAD. The only pity is, my bunny and I really love their wooden castle/boat house but couldn't find it online. ;p Anyway, high recommend for bunny parents. read more

I took my 2 rescued rabbits (Cloudy and Lily) as well as my neighbors rabbit (Thumper) and I could not believe how amazing this place was. The locale is clean, smells delightful and the front office is so inviting. The store have many cute animal gadgets to look at. When we arrive Shannon immediately attended to us and one by one took the rabbits to get them settled. All three were kepted separated in a bunny play land. Seriously I would be happy to stay there. Darby, the owner came in and was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about her animals. You can really tell these ladies love their clients animals. When I returned to pick up the fur kids they were great at explaining what they had done and gave me some extra information and health tidbits that I was very thankful for. They sold rabbits stuff like bedding and pellets. Needless to say that I will be boarding my rabbits there next month as I know they will be happy. I have to try the dog grooming still. But based on the reviews I think it will be marvelous. read more

The owner has a high-knowledge on rabbit care and boarding. She provided a color-coded list of fruits and vegetables for my rabbit's diet to keep him healthy. In addition to recommending vets that will take care of Bunny. On top of all of that, she helped me identify my rabbit's gender. DO NOT GO HERE. I've know the owner for many years and thought I could trust her. I dropped my dog off at her salon and was called 10 minutes later being notified that she injured my dogs foot and needed to take her to the vet. At the vet we found that my dog had a broken foot from the groomer. She said she would help with the vet bills but after we left the vet she went back on her word. I am out nearly $500 from this. Do not go here, better off going to a big brand name store where if something goes wrong they are able to financially right their wrong. read more

We've used Divine's Pet Care for boarding our pet bunnies for several years. Every experience has been overwhelmingly positive. My bunnies have the best time on "vacation" at Divine's, with huge spaces full of things to play with, jump on, crawl under, and look at. The owner, Darby, is an expert on bunny care, and she keeps a close eye on my senior bunnies for any signs of trouble. A few months ago, when my bunnies were there, Darby noticed my girl bunny was not acting quite herself. She didn't appear injured or sick, but just didn't seem 100%. Darby thought it might be the pellets I'd been feeding her, so she tried several types of pellets on her and found one she absolutely gobbled down. Two months later, my bunny is still gobbling those new pellets down, and she's doing fantastic. Darby is the BEST when it comes to rabbits, and I've used several other bunny sitters over the past 15 years. Hands down, Divine's offers the best environment and service, and for a great price too! read more

This review is LONG overdue. I have been using Divine's for well over a year now, and I couldn't be happier. It is so hard to find sitters who know and can handle rabbits and they are fantastic. When I was away and one of my rabbits became ill, Divine's took Cinnamon to my vet and saw that she was well cared for. Indeed, my vet reassured me that my guys were in great hands in their care. When I go away, I feel secure knowing my guys are in such great hands. And the grooming? I hardly recognize my buff bunnies when they've been thoroughly groomed. A glamour rabbit couple, they are! : ) Also, Divine's knowledge of rabbits is extensive and the experience counts for a lot when it comes to handling these guys. Superior! Divine's has done daycare, grooming, and boarding for my dogs as well as my bunnies (Yes, really!). My animals love Divine's so much they know when we pull into the parking lot! The facility spotless, and the people are amazing! They know dogs, cats, bunnies, and many other animals. My Border Collie plays fetch, and they play with her all day long! The bunnies are in a completely seperate part of the facility, and love their daycare days...they know when they see their crates it's time to go to Divine's! Divine's grooms the bunnies by doing a "blowout" which blows cool air on their fur to get all the dander off, and there's a lot of it! The blowouts have helped with shedding, and it's so much healthier for the bunnies- I totally recommend it to everyone with bunnies! read more

We boarded our bunny here early March. We have searched high and low for a bunny boarding place that doesn't put your bun in a small fish tank or cage all day. We have our bun free roam with our 2 big dogs at home. Divine's is the best bunny boarding I've ever come across. Darby, the owner, has set up ample space sectioned off just for your bun. She truly cares for your pet and treats them like they are her own. I've never been happier to find someone like her to care for my bun. I felt at ease leaving him there and knew that he would get the best care. She sent us some photos of our bun during our vacation and we were afraid that he wouldn't want to come home after seeing how happy he was! My husband and I have upcoming trips this summer and plan to have our bun come back to Divine's. We will actually board our 2 dogs there as well (last time they were at my mom's). In preparation for upcoming trips, we had been searching for bunny boarding in our area when we stumbled upon Divine's Pet Care and booked a meet & great to check things out. This bunny only boarding facility is family owned and operated and it's clear they care about their guest bunnies! Each bunny has a clean, private, secured space for plenty of binkies and relaxation, toys, endless hay, bountiful salads twice a day, and lots of treats and love. Even though they are about 45 minutes from us, the price couldn't be beat for the quality boarding so we booked a week for a last minute trip to try them out before a bigger trip we are soon to be taking. Divine's has been totally accommodating as we have been stuck out of town trying to get home (unforeseen weather), adding a full day to our bun's stay. They were easy to reach and assured us it was no hassle for the extra night. Absolutely will be booking with Divine's again! read more
