Didn't get much instruction other than to come at 8:15am and bring medical/vax history, but person on the phone was very polite and nice! Salon was clean and cute! I opted for the full bathing service with a lion cut. Price came out to $120 not including tip, which is very fair for the quality of work done. I got a call about 2.5 hours later to come pick up Pancakes and was so happy to see that my bby didn't look too stressed and was absolutely adorable! Upon closer inspection, I noticed that they were very detailed and thorough. Back door cleaned up nicely, paw pad hairs trimmed (which a lot of other places tend to skimp on), ears cleaned well and face framing was perfect! Also, I regularly trim Pancakes' claws at home so those were good to go, but they even took the time to file the tips to a super smooth point! Love the attention to details!! Overall, my kitty smells and feels so clean, and looks amazing! Highly recommend the cat grooming service here and will definitely be returning!

After the appointment, we had a concern about some skin irritation near a sensitive area. I reached out to the team, and I really appreciated how professionally they handled it. They listened, took responsibility, and refunded the grooming fee without making the process difficult. That kind of accountability means a lot. No business is perfect, but how they respond when something goes wrong says a lot about their integrity. I appreciate their customer service and the way they worked with us to resolve the situation.

I stumbled upon this place after visiting family. Normally we take our dog to Pet Supplies Plus…read morebecause we enjoy washing our dog ourselves. But since our dog had a butt mishap (aka we tried to trim his butt at home) we thought he needed some professional help. We called this place and got an appointment the next day. If you are new they require rabies documentation for your first visit. During the phone call, they just ask general questions on your dog's name, weight, your info, and times you can come in. In addition, they are very upfront with their fees. We told them our dog weight/breed so the receptionist gave us a range so we knew what to expect. I believe they give a range because until they see the dog, they won't know what extra things might need to be done. The day of the visit, we felt very welcomed and seeing all the dogs in the back and in the front waiting area gave our mind ease. Our dog is quite shy and a scaredy cat (except at the dog park, go figure lol). Upon checking in, one of the groomers came out saw his butt and knew he needed to be saved from a haircut got wrong. Although shy, as soon as we let him behind the gate with the groomer, he was quite willing to follow them...but very slow. They gave him a little butt trim and a very good wash that including nail trimming which took roughly 3-4 hours. When picked up he smelled so good, looked extremely happy and calm, and had the cutest bandana on him. The price we paid was less than what we were quoted on which was awesome. But this is probably because he didn't need much of a cut. We definitely plan to use this place in the future as all staff was very kind, all the dogs we saw in the establishment (including ours) were quite calm/happy/excited. The price is reasonable and I like that you can get quoted where they give you a range from the cheapest it could be to the most expensive.

Danielle is friendly and reliable and most of all - she does a great job. We always go with a short cut on our Maltese for ease of maintenance and Danielle's cuts are very consistent. Our dog always looks the same, which is a big positive in my book. Other groomers have delivered inconsistent looks when we simply wanted the same haircut. The convenience of the mobile service is hard to beat too. It's a little more expensive than service at a brick and mortar building, but it's worth it in my opinion. You won't regret going with this business for your furry friend's grooming needs. Highly recommended. ***In the post-grooming photo of my pup, he'd had a recent vet procedure that resulted in a stitch in his forehead and a partially shaved right leg. Typically, I just bathe him and he lucks out on trims from from my vet's office. But his fraggles hard rocked it out, creating a mangled knot of hair just behind his ears. This was beyond my ability, and a reminder that it was probably time for his first grooming. As picky and paranoid as I am about who cares for my dog, I scoured the internet for a place that sounded trusted, warm, not too far away and not at all pretentious. What I found, was the most pleasing experience with Park, Bark & Scrub! From the moment I filled out their request for an appointment, I was impressed by how prompt they were to respond and how friendly the digital interactions remained. They were patient with receiving my paper work (just make sure you have it all in before the appointment) and just very communicative in general. When the day came for my appointment, I was pleased to meet Ian who greeted me on the corner where he parked. I felt so comfortable with him immediately. He was so professional, sweet, and confident - I trusted him with my dog almost immediately. I walked him through my dog's needs, but he also asked follow up questions just to be more specific. I really appreciated that! I then said goodbye to my dog, and waited for a follow-up call in about an hour. Just a little over an hour later, my dog was ready for pick up. The van opened and there he was, fresh, fluffy, trimmed and all of those furry fabulous things. I thanked Ian, paid via credit card and was on my way, with my dog's tail wagging. Although I know he probably wasn't loving every part of the experience (not knowing where I went, having weird sounds around him, being prodded) he definitely left still fond of Ian. While I may not be someone that will take my dog to the groomer on the regular, when I do I will definitely book here. Just make sure you book at least a month in advance. Otherwise, you may not luck out with an appointment!

My dog is my fur baby, so taking him to a groomer I trust is really important to me. The employees are professional (on the phone and in person), they send a text reminder before your scheduled appointment, and they've always done a wonderful job cutting my dog's hair (haircuts complete with a colorful bandana). I especially love and appreciate how they have a gated area for dogs to wait in until their owners come pick them up (instead of crating them).
