Divine Thai is about 15 minutes away, and with a Yelp 4.5 star rating, we decided to give it a try. It is located in a small town and has a free parking lot adjacent to the restaurant. The decor is pleasant and fairly bright with two large windows up front. The front booths are very nice, with large tables and a "main street" view, but the benches are wood, and would benefit from a seat cushion of any type. We were greeted and seated promptly, and immediately provided with menus. My co-diner wanted a glass of white wine and was told there was only one type of cold white wine available. So, she agreed to try it and we ordered our appetizers. * Fried Pork Dumplings - 7 Pieces $5.50 * Shrimp Shumai - 7 Pieces $5.50 The appetizers arrived quickly and were served with two sauces. Both the dumplings and the ginger sauce were delicious. The shumai was good, though we have had better. A pretty good beginning to our dinner, and we moved on to entrees. We ordered: * Pad Woonsen with Duck (glass noodles with egg bean sprouts, carrots, etc.) - $13.95 * Divine Fried Rice (Rice with chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, carrots, etc.) - $9.95 We thought the Divine Fried Rice dish was the better of the two, though the broccoli had an unappealing taste and the chicken was dry and overcooked. The Pad Woonsen was very disappointing, as the dish was on the dry side, and the duck was very dry and overcooked. We flagged down the waiter and asked for a side of the ginger sauce which helped mitigate the dryness. Overall, we'd give this dinner a three-star rating, and would be willing to try it again, but wouldn't go out of our way to do so.

Pad Thai

Placed an order for shrimp and chicken pad Thai and the shrimp mango fried rice, there was barely any shrimp and chicken, but loaded with carrots and onions, very disappointed, placed went downhill fast

chewy pork , not sure if i'd come back.

Good Thai food, great service and reasonable prices. I like going here for their lunch specials occasionally.

The former is very tasty and tender, the latter has been too tough and dry on the last few orders. Steamed is the way to go! I enjoyed the Wonton Noodle Soup with rice noodles, I think you can substitute other noodles. The Wonton's are excellent, light and tasty. I liked the noodles too. A great choice for a cold, New England night. (Tip - this is not the same dish as their regular Wonton Soup.) The Yaowarat Fried Rice is a perennial favorite of ours, we order this dish every time. It's one of my favorite fried rice dishes. Bottom line, a great dinner tonight. Where are the new pictures you ask... Sorry fellow Yelpers, I must have been very hangry!!

The appetizers were just okay, and the curry puffs were dry. The pad thai was surprisingly good definitely on the sweeter side. The staff weren't the friendliest during our visit.

From the decor to the music to the staff and food / drink presentation, it's all perfect. I have supported Brown Rice for a while, and am overdue for a review of their new location. The drink menu is creative and extensive, and drinks were beautifully presented. The food menu is almost too much to pick from. We ordered the crispy spring rolls and crispy chicken lemongrass, both delicious. It's one of those places where you look around and envy what everyone else is eating and want to try it all! The servers, hostess, & bartenders were smiling and laughing and enjoying what they do. Upbeat fun music was playing in the background, and patrons were equally enjoying themselves. If you haven't tried Brown Rice 2, you must go!

I work down the street and have been coming here for years. Honestly can't believe why it's taken me so long to write this review. I've had a variety of dishes on the menu from pad Thai, curries, anything you can think of. It all tastes amazing. The prices here are impeccable as well. Where else can you find full dishes for dinner that comes with rice for only $15? Their Thai tea and limeade are also impressive. Vohns staff also are very kind, accommodating, and offer prompt service. I've never met the manager but I've seen him interact well with other guests. This is definitely a must try restaurant!

Menu are now QR code but you can ask for a paper menu if you needed. Got some new things to try as well as some old favorite: - Laos sausage - get it with sticky rice. There's spicy and non-spicy. Both tastes great - they got a noodle version that's a thick udon like similar to banh canh in Vietnam which is great. - asparagus in snow and fried vegetables are also a great treat. But I prefer the asparagus as the fried veggies feel more oily. - duck curry was also really good, we ask for banh mi to eat with curry and was accommodated - nem nuong was also an epic dish, with tons of veggies to eat along Service is ok, they try their best. I asked for Thai ice tea without the cream - because I just want tea and they were not able to make it, it's very sweet
