This was our first time here, as we were in the area and based on the 4-star Yelp rating, we decided to check it out. Our waitress was excellent (throughout our meal), and we quickly received menus and cold water. We ordered: Gyoza Salmon Sushi Salmon Sashimi Chicken Fried Rice Fried Chicken Wings Scallion Pancakes Glass of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Total: $69 before tip Sadly, the only dish we liked was the Gyoza. I've had much better sushi/sashimi at grocery stores, the Chicken Fried Rice was dry, the Chicken Wings were too heavily fried and we didn't like the Scallion Pancakes at all. Perhaps it was an off night? That said, their 4-star rating is a mystery to me, I'm doubtful to return. read more

The outside at night was a bit different, it was the only open place in a strip mall, but once we were inside it was very comfortable. The staff was attentive but not overbearing, the drinks were good & so was the food. We had crab rangoon, I had chicken pad see ew & he had beef pad thai. The portions were huge and it all tasted fresh. Ill definitely be back! read more

I placed an order for 18 people yesterday, for a lunch today. From placing the order, to pick up of meals and purchasing drinks for everyone, the process was effortless. Thank you to the owners and staff for making a delicious lunch happen this afternoon for a medical office. The physicians and support staff were so excited to have lunch from Thai Lemongrass! They raved about their lunch, the options, the flavors of the food! Super thankful for you all! read more

Fabulous!! The crab rangoons were some of the best I've ever had. I also really enjoyed the pad thai. Prices were great, our server was extremely polite, and the atmosphere inside is lovely--will definitely be coming back! read more

Food is never a disappointment. The owner is a sweet woman who is always so welcoming staff is very nice as well. I have eaten there once very nice low key but I do more take out than anything. Food is clean favorable and a nice size portion! read more

Food is consistently delicious and very consistent in flavor, quality and freshness. The owner is very good with preparing food if one has a food allergy. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and food is always piping hot, very fresh and high quality! The ambiance is comfortable, not stuffy, it is that of a daily lunch visit! Get there and enjoy delicious homemade Thai food. read more

Service was good, food is just fine. Really expected more flavor from a Thai place. If you're hungry, the food is okay, but not planning to stop again. read more

Listen, I don't like to bash any businesses, and this place had potential, but it has fallen off the rails. I used to love the sushi, but I got a roll that was indescribable mush with a foul fish smell and taste and couldn't bring myself to finish it. (See the pic below) What's almost worse than that is how long their service takes, even for take out. I've been told "30 minutes" for take out 3 times now and waited an hour each time, for fried rice and pad Thai... please. They've got to figure it out, for other guests, not me, I won't be returning. read more

Thai Lemongrass - One of their "sushi rolls" this is before I took a bite... - Thai Near Me - Webster, Massachusetts

Food is great, limited service. Business has struggled since Covid in that respect, but the food has always been quality.

In a world of fresh sushi, this place right here delivers! It is hidden in a world of storefronts, but don't be deterred! There are definite subtleties that separate a good and great sushi place. Thai lemongrass is a cut above. Maybe I should say a roll above! The rolls are tight, fresh, and flavorful. I also appreciate the little things that separate them from other places. They do not mince their spicy rolls like a lot of places. It is whole chunks of fish with added spice. Another component I like about them is that they offer rolls that are not frequently offered anywhere else! A rare roll. Lastly, I have to say their food agrees with me from the time I eat it until it's gone...you figure it out Hahaha Bon appetite! read more

Thai Lemongrass - A splendid mix of sushi and sashimi! - Thai Near Me - Webster, Massachusetts

The service is impeccable. The food is amazing. It's our go-to place. The curry is amazing. The sushi is amazing. The servers are so pleasant and so fast and everything is so good read more

Ok this place is decent for the area. Recently i got Larb gai but it was a little bland... needed to be amped up some. I will get something different the next time. Satay, gyoza, and negima are all decent. This is probably one of the best dining options in this town. read more

We went for dinner 1 night and I got the chicken pho, and fiance got the drunken noodles. Fiance said the noodle were ok. My pho on the other hand was sorta ick. Tasted like it was made from can of chicken broth and not not broth. I do realize this is Tai and not Vietnamese, so maybe pho here is ok for some but this pho was BLAH. the little cup o salad they give you is a nice touch, but the dressing is somewhat gross(not sure what it was, so I have it to my fiance who said it was ok). Also got an order of the fried egg rolls... All cabbage and no meat (kinda gross). The price is sorta for this type of restaurant in the area. read more

I've been there several times and absolutely love everything I've ordered! Service is great, very attentive & we never have to wait long for our food to arrive. Love the little salads they give you while waiting for your meal. read more

Love this place, my go to Thai place for this area. Is it somewhat Americanized/non-traditional? Yes. But you're really not going to do better in this area, not even in Worcester. You'd have to hit Boston to find the next better spot. And most importantly, they are unbelievably consistent. Consistently good, consistently fresh, consistently hot and consistently beyond friendly, doesn't matter what day or time. Also they are insanely cheap with huge portions, and prices have not changed noticeably in years. I have driven almost an hr round trip to go pick up their takeout for more than a decade and will continue to support this local, family owned business until they or I move. read more

Best Thai food around!!! Won't go anywhere else for Thai food. The owner and workers are so nice. They care about the customer.

Just came back. LaLa was serving some serious eats. The best: Drunken noodles, Tom yum, Tom ka, and scallion pancake I've ever had at any Thai restaurant. They also give a complimentary Japanese style salad with the ginger dressing. Many of staff have been here for years; all are kind and welcoming. Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town read more

Beautiful space inside, very deceiving from the outside of the old strip mall set off the Main Street. Very vibrant place, loved the decor. Welcomed and seated right away. Food was fresh, took a little bit to come out but it was worth the wait. First time here so we just tried a few different things. The pork fried rice was sooo good, full of tender pork and loss of veggies. Will be back to try a few more things. Don't let the old plaza fool ya, this is a diamond in the rough. read more

The best Thai within a 30 mile radius. Drunken noodles are some of the best I've had. Fresh rolls on point. Always consistent and always good. I'd say it's kind of a hidden gem but people in the area definitely know about it. read more

We eat at this nearby restaurant often, as it's the best thai food around our area. They have great curry dishes, the best pla la prik, and their hibachi plates are outstanding, especially the steak and shrimp one. They also have sushi plates, and our favorite drink of thai ice tea, plain or dirty w a shot of vodka. The place is in an old strip mall, but the food is delicous, making it worth the trip. Plenty of parking. read more

Rubbery and very dry 17$ chicken hibachi. Also. we ordered a bunch of appetizers, which were mediocre. 2 of us had to send the chicken back because it was absolutely inedible. The waitress was very rude and copped an attitude about the ordeal. Another woman cook came flying out of the bar area telling us " it's brand new chicken, are your crazy" Then she finally offered to make us new chicken and I swear to God it was the same chicken. Yeah umm no we won't be going back. There are many good Asian steakhouses in the area. I strongly suggest the owner train their staff to be more courteous to customers, especially the rude woman who took it so personally when she knew full well that chicken was nasty. read more

Two words: Penang curry. DROOL WORTHY! There are very few things in life that are this flavorful, exotic and savory. Absolutely satisfying every time and it takes my taste buds on a vacation! I usually get shrimp Penang. They do add a ton of shrimp and veggies (almost too many vegetables, my only gripe about this meal) and it's to die for. My fiancé had curry for the first time at this place and he loved it! He's not a coconut fan but didn't taste it, he says. We had also ordered crab Rangoon. The reason for the last star taken off is because they put MAYBE a half teaspoon of filling in these large wraps. So you are just eating that until you finally get to the good part. Definitely not enough. We got them twice but won't again, unfortunately. But it won't stop me from coming back for their curry. All are good! read more

Really good food the shrimp fried rice is amazing the ambience nothing special. Good service

I am currently at Thai Lemongrass. We ordered pork gyoza, Thai chicken wings, Thai rolls, crab Rangoon, chicken drunken noodles. Plus two orders to go; pad Thai & steak hibachi. We took one bite out of the Thai wing. We did not finish that wing. The Thai wings tasted like Buffalo wings so we requested that the order be returned. The management refused to refund the wings that we sent back!! Mind you we spent $107.70 on food. If a customer is not satisfied and did not eat the product (except one bite off a a half of wing) I thought that management would rectify the problem. Apparently not at this establishment read more

Little Thai restaurant with a nice ambiance that sets the mood. It's very relaxing with beautiful pictures and decorations! There is also a variety of music that plays which I think is nice. And when I say variety, I mean it haha- there's rap that seems out of place. But I like it because it has something for a lot of different people. I've only been during weekday lunch hours and have always been greeted by the same young , extremely friendly, male waiter. He is such a pleasure! He really makes sure everyone's experience is great. I think sometimes they could benefit with an additional waiter because I have seen him stressed with rush lunches- but he handles himself with grace. He alone deserves 5 stars. The menu is big!! They have a lunch menu which I stick too personally (due to the price mainly). Although nothing is outrageous to begin with. Today, I got the green curry. It comes with the house salad that has a ginger dressing!!! I am a huge fan of ginger so I absolutely love this salad. It is so refreshing and crispy, exactly what I want with a salad! The green curry arrived quickly and very hot with a side of jasmine rice! The bowl was filled with vegetables and I got tofu with my order (you can also choose a meat or fish). I love how the onions are done. I'm alway nervous that they won't be cooked thoroughly enough which tends to upset my stomach. But these were soft wit a slight crunch. The soup was very flavorful! This is my first green curry so I can't compare it to anything though. Would definitely continue to come here and I recommend it to others in the area. The service, environment, and food all deserve a try! read more

Tucked in a janky strip mall in the heart of Webster, MA is Thai Lemongrass. We arrived around 12:30 and were the only patrons inside. I ordered a coke to start. They only do cans. O-kaaaay. Took a stop in the bathroom which is fine enough but I couldn't seem to get the door to lock. Server was friendly. We ordered yellowtail sushi, which was above room temperature when I ate it. Suspicious? I don't know. The drunken noodles sans egg was delicious. I'm a huge drunken noodle fan. My thom yum soup was on the better side of the soups I've had. No tomato though. It was fast and inexpensive. That's a big plus. It really is great prices! Come check it out if you haven't. Just one of the very few reasons to come to Webster, MA. Cheers! read more

Food here and price is good. A lot of options. I do love their drink choices. The owner here is super friendly. As for what the place looks like, it is tires but for a low key restaurant, it's still good place for good food. read more

Our first experience with Thai food. Probably our last. Very nice inside and clean. We explained to our waitress that we needed help ordering as we never had Thai food before and she offered some suggestions. She asked if we liked 'hot' food and we said we preferred not and we followed her suggestions. The food came out and it was plated nicely. The soup was very good, but it stopped there for us. The appetizer were a little too crunchy/slightly over cooked, and everything was sickenly sweet. I wish she would have asked if we liked sweet food because this was more than we bargained for (was wishing we had the hot food at this point). I'm giving a generous 3 stars because I think it was partly our not liking Thai food that we didn't enjoy it. If I ever have Thai food again and have something to compare it to I'll come back and change it if I need to. read more

Not the best food I have had. Lacks flavor and the quality of the food is poor. I got soup and to say it was bland and boring is an understatement. The soup came to me deconstructed so by the time you build your own soup it's cold. I would not order here again. read more

Delicious! We were starving after a local race and wanted Asian cuisine for a recovery meal. This place is unassuming and absolutely delicious. We got crab Rangoon (crispy and generously filled), gyoza, Tom ka soup (just enough sweet and not too spicy), General Thai (2 thumbs up from the husband) and the red dragon roll. Did scrape off the roe but that's a personal preference. Service a little slow but that was completely understandable mid day on a Saturday. We didn't care as the food was so good. Everyone was so nice and you can tell they really care about their customers. Wonderful! read more
