Very first time being here. This place is a great Little custom wine beer place. I had a Guinness delicious as always, but they have some very unique craft beers up on the list. They got a whole bunch of wines up on the list. They do have food here the food I got was the meat lovers pizza it's an old-school cooked brick oven pizza nice thin crust beautiful taste everything about it was delicious. The staff was great. They made sure they kept up on your beverages. Make sure you were full. The ambience in the place was great. They had the TVs gone for the hockey Stanley Cup going on. They had live music there at the time. It wasn't too loud. It was perfect volume to where you could still chitchat without having to yell. Overall, all in all good good time good place I recommend checking it out if you're in Gilbert.

Over the last few years I've visited this establishment a couple of times, and always had a pleasant experience. My friend invited me out this evening for a drink to catch up, and so grateful they were open on Memorial Day. The gentleman at the bar was incredibly friendly and provided amazing service though I know it was later in the evening. Love the atmosphere of the establishment and the comfort to relax with loved ones to sip and converse. I'll definitely return and recommend as a cozy place to grab a drink!

The staff was super nice and very on top of helping us! They were knowledgeable on their beer and wine selections. If you are looking for a place with some good sours they definitely had them! It was a little more quiet atmosphere when we went. We got to enjoy playing some board games. I do have to say the food was a little lack luster. We had ordered a panini and it was partly burnt (we were pretty hungry and didn't bother the server with this). We also ordered a pizza and that was undercooked (pretty doughy) We did let the server know about the pizza and they made us a new one. However, that one was still a little under cooked. We ended up taking that home and just cooking it in the oven. The flavor was good but not anything to go crazy over. I would absolutely recommend them for their drinks and service! I however, wouldn't recommend their food.

This place is a cute and cozy wine and beer bar. I am not a bar person but went in to meet a friend to catch up a little and had an enjoyable experience. The ambiance is dark and quaint, perfect for a casual hang out or a cozy date. Service is super friendly, menus are big menu boards all over walls. Simple and cute.

Stopped in last night for a couple of beers, after being out of the valley about 18 months. Same as I was accustom to.... busy enough but not packed. The two lovely owners around and then behind the bar. Their delightful staff being attentive and knowledgeable. Divided Vine will never disappoint and always hit the mark!! I've been hanging out at The Divided Vine a few times a week, while my kids are at math tutoring in the same plaza. From my first visit, I knew this was a very special place. They have one wall with the beer menu and the opposite wall has their wine, mead, port and sake. They regularly introduce new selections and they ALWAYS have something yummy, no matter your preference. Beyond being an awesome spot to find a new favorite, it's also a very chill vibe and the staff are phenomenal! When (not if) you go, you'll probably run into Clayton and Jeff, the owners, as well as Rico and Luke, two of my favorite bartenders. You'll mix with newbies and regulars and it feels like a place I can call, 'my bar'. I seriously love it here! If you come in the afternoon, you might catch me 'officing' with my laptop and favorite seasonal beer. Hope to see you soon! Definitely worth checking out! Cheers!

Stopped after dinner for drinks w/friends. Servers/bartenders were attentive, friendly, informative. They have a HUGE selection of local beers, wines, meads and ciders. Cans available too. Food, live music, great relaxed patron vibe. It's a great neighborhood spot w/something for everyone.

Love this place. The owners and environment is very accommodating. The wines are delicious and I always appreciate the owners/servers advising me on wine options. My only complaint or more like request is more light fare food options/appetizers. Customer service is beyond amazing. read more

Seriously, a gem of a spot! I have worked around the corner from here for yearrrrrs and had no clue this was so close. Wine and beer on happy hour until 7pm lured me in the door, but the excellent service and friendly guys behind the bar will keep me coming back. They had a food truck on site out back serving up fresh pizza and I saw some others bring food in to have with their beverages. We tried a bottle of organic red wine, and the happy hour price was $18. I can't recall the last time I had a bottle of wine for under $30, let alone organic. I will be back to try out some of that extensive beer list in the near future! read more

Pretty Impressive The beer selection is top notch, not to mention the cash and carry selection in the fridge. The bartenders are very experienced, knowledgeable and above all friendly. #14 Hanger 24 - Lime Gose is legit, by recommendation alone tried it and probably had one more than I should have it was so good. The atmosphere is quaint, casual and intimate, very comfortable. I haven't had a chance to try the food yet, but I will be back to give it a go, and get some more #14 (nom nom). Im excited to return, no doubt there's a dozen more beers I need to try. read more

This place is great! I just moved to Arizona and came across it after searching for a place on Yelp. It hasn't been open very long, but the bartenders are great and will offer advice on their large selection of craft beer and wine. I would highly recommend stopping by for a beer (offer 3 different sizes) or a glass of wine. Don't be afraid to ask for suggestions on what you should try. We will definitely be back and plan on stopping by regularly. read more

This is, hands-down, my favorite neighborhood place. The beer and wine selection is phenomenal, the vibe is fun and the owners/bartenders are the best. My husband and I have been here so many times now that they know us. This is one of those occasions where I hesitate to share this glowing review because I want the place all to myself. Really fun place.the guy behind the bar stayed with us until we found the perfect wine and beer. Found an old vine Zinfandel that was amazing. My husband found an oatmeal stout that was just perfect. Try it out when you are in the area. read more

Nice atmosphere. We were welcomed at the door by the house dog. The waitress was friendly and efficient and was happy to bring us as many tasters as we asked her for. I settled for a blueberry beer made right here in AZ and a Moscatto. Both nicely chilled. I ordered the spinach pie and was pleasantly surprised by its delicious flavors. Keep in mind the pies are very, very small. The popcorn promised an explosion of flavors, with an exotic combination of ingredients, but it was just plain spicy popcorn. And it was not crispy. All in all, a good experience. I would like a larger variety of beers and wines and larger pies, but we may come back. Kids are welcome - there were a few there and one must love dogs, as he is friendly and sweet, but will sit in your lap if he can. read more

First visit tonight. LOVED IT. Simple bar with a limited food menu that really highlights the amazing selection of beers and wines. Our party tried many (don't judge!) selections from both menus and enjoyed them all. I had a Riesling and the blueberry cider. Both were home runs! The blueberry cider was like a liquid pie. Next time, I'm definitely looking for the peanut butter stout--my friend had it was is was awesome, like a peanut butter cup melted in glass. The barkeeps take good care of you but are never intrusive. My husband and I have bemoaned the lack of a good neighborhood bar since we moved to the area; Divided Vine fills that void splendidly! read more

Beer on the left, wine on the right. Menu is a bit overwhelming, probably 30 options of beer on the wall, color coded by type. Very friendly staff, nice place to go to grab a beer solo or meet up with someone. Good music playing and not to loud which is always nice! read more

This place is a real gem, a few miles east of downtown Gilbert. It was a great choice to meet someone for a glass of wine or a great beer. Many great selections - not the same list you see at a typical bar! It was just quiet enough to sit and talk and the staff was friendly and not pushy. I would definitely keep it on my list of places to meet someone for a drink - whatever your choice may be (from quality beers to good wine selections). read more

We had a great time at Divided Vine last night! Emily and Clayton are awesome and very welcoming. They both chatted with us and made us feel like we could stay for hours (which we did;) many great beers on tap and a few of my favorites in the to go fridge - which they gladly served me as well. The hand pies are very good, on the small side... but satisfying. There are a couple TVs as well that had sports playing. And I hear they are working on getting some outside seating soon. I can definitely see us making this our date spot. Close to home is a perk too read more

It has been awhile since our last visit here.... life stuff. Walking in and you are immediately remembered and treated like family. Clayton and company run a great establishment here. You get to try amazing craft beers that are ever changing and their wine selections are just as good. Plus generous happy hours and free WiFi and the best company in town. If I had an open door living room this would be it. Thank you Clayton for giving us a place to feel comfortable and try new things. Two years of good friends and memories at this place. We were celebrating my wife's promotion and arrived at 7:30pm. A bartender walked passed us and served another couple in the bar stools next to us . We waited another 10 minutes and the entire staff disappeared. We ended up leaving without be asked for anything. Very disappointing for a first time patron. read more

A nice little bar with a surprising number of beer and wine on tap. It's a bit out of the way for me as there are a few more similar options much closer to me, but on my first visit I met Rico, the bartender. This dude was so nice and so friendly I wanted to go back, and I brought more friends with me the second time around. It's rare for a single employee to give an entire place a comfortable and welcoming aura all while keeping everyone's glasses full on a busy Sunday afternoon. We have been coming here for years and the owners have been so awesome! However, we came tonight...a Sunday night... and were told we could not stay because we had our 9 year old with us. I totally understand sitting at "the bar" however, it was empty so we picked a seat in the corner, not at the bar. Also , no sign that states kids under a certain age is not allowed past a certain time. Honestly, just really disappointed in management call tonight. The staff was great and super sweet and let us have a drink "outside" so we paid for drinks "yes our choice" but to sit outside like an animal...again to all the critics who will say something stupid and negative as I stated our choice, we compromised with the very sweet staff to sit outside even though it was hot and still support local ....but since we as a family came here as a close for our Sunday night honestly felt very disappointed and not welcome in here. I suggested sitting outside to make sure that was OK to enjoy our drink. read more

Ran across this place. Very nice and clean. One side of the inside wall has a list of the beers on tap, 36 of them the opposite wall has the list of wine, 36 also. Has some interesting snacks, including maple garlic popcorn. Few game, I'm sure you could bring in games to play. I would definitely come back. read more

Loved the atmosphere & music so much! I was so happy to see that they offered beer, wine, ciders & a Prosecco...wish they had a sparkling Brut tho! The food was very bland but the popcorn was yummy. Overall a really nice place to have a drink & enjoy good company! read more

Not a huge area but plenty of seating and you can sit outside when the weather is nice. The have a great selection of draft and canned beers, all of which are their own brews. Each one has a great description of the flavor as well. You can get some samples, too! The bartenders are great and super helpful so don't worry if you have questions. My favorite beer here is the Blap Blap! It's so good, fruity, and a easy drink. They have something for everyone type of beer drinker here and you get to support local business. Win, win! Definitely give 12 West a try soon!

Much to our dismay, the restaurant was closed to focus on catering. Luckily, though, It reopens for pop-ups. This morning I saw an Instagram post announcing that there would be a brunch pop up today, so we got up and got ready to go. It really is tucked away in the corner of plaza and goodbye Safeway. Inside is a small dining room with a bar, and through the rolling doors is a patio with outdoor seating. You can see the kitchen through the plexiglass divider, and there is bar seating along the divider so you can watch the cooking. There's a great, colorful mural on one wall and some fun lighting fixtures and art. Today's pop up was packed when we arrived. We grabbed the last two chairs which were on the bar overlooking the kitchen. The menu had seven choices. Of course we ordered two different things so we could share, but we skipped cocktails. We ordered: *Steak chilaquiles Christmas style (both red and green chile) served with a side of beans and talked with an egg *Green chili pork hash served with a side of beans talked with an egg Both were delicious! We both ordered scrambled eggs, and I'm pretty sure it was more than an egg. I'm not sure how they cook those eggs but they were the best ever. The pinto beans had green chili in it and was so good. I'm from New Mexico, and these tasted like the beans that you rarely find outside of New Mexico. The steak on my chilaquiles was really good - - thin sliced and tender. I was able to easily cut it with just a butter knife. The pork in the hash was so yummy. What are scrumptious brunch! It was nice to sit overlooking the kitchen, as it was quite a show to watch the chef. I was amazed at how over easy eggs were tossed and caught in the pan without the yolks breaking. Heck, I can't even flip eggs with a spatula without breaking the yolk! Anytime I've overlooked a chef cooking, I'm totally in awe of their amazing skills, and this was no different. I really recommend Tucked Away, just as I did when it was a regular restaurant. Follow them on Instagram to be alerted to pop ups. You won't regret it!

I like anything fruity and/or sour, so when I saw the sour gummy candy drink, I knew I had to try a sample. Not surprisingly, it wasn't as amazing as I expected. I then tried a sample of this honey pear cider, and it was a little better than the sour gummy candy drink. My mom ordered a 5 oz of the other flavor we were eyeing: the key lime pie cider. That was the best cider we had tried. The mead flavors all looked intriguing, but I just didn't feel right spending $11 on a drink that I didn't even know if I'd like (since you can't sample meads). If I was feeling more adventurous, I would have gotten the pb&j mead, but I opted for a prickly pear and vodka lemonade. I watched the bartender make it and he poured quite a hefty amount of vodka in the glass. I wasn't complaining one bit (my mom was scared though lol). Upon tasting it, it wasn't the best mixed drink ever, but it was strong and went down easy. Plus, it was a better price than these $16 cocktails you see at all restaurants nowadays. My dad got the moose drool brown ale and I hated it whereas he liked it. It was a nice, clean place with just the perfect temperature air conditioning, and the happy hour time range is honestly amazing if you're like us and prefer to go out early and be home for the rest of the night. Also, sick merch. It was giving Game of Thrones (hence the dragon name haha).

We had such an amazing night at Divided Vine! The service was absolutely top-notch--staff were incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to make sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. We started with a bottle of the Catalina Sounds Sauvignon Blanc--crisp and refreshing. For food, we ordered the garlic chicken pizza and WOW, it was so good I'm kicking myself for not taking a picture. Seriously, don't miss it. The staff was great about letting us taste different wines. I tried the Love You Bunches Rosé/Pinot Noir blend, but it wasn't quite my thing. I asked for a Pinot Noir that was more like dessert, and the bartender nailed it with the La Fou Pinot Noir. It was rich, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. We came out for the live music and were blown away by Josh Blitx and Charlie Rehder--they were the absolute highlight of the night!
