I totally loved this place. I've seen it on social media a few times and have wanted to check it out. We were in the area for the art festival and popped in because there were a few available seats. I tried the champion sauv blanc and thought it was tasty. They had really good prices and a few food options that I'll try on my next trip. Highly recommend this place

Great food, awesome wine, fantastic modern atmosphere, excellent presentation of everything and good service. I really loved the way the wine was presented with the big aerator! (see the photo). All of the food that we tried were small plates like tapas, very interesting and fresh, it's a fun place to be. Highly recommended date night spot!

Love this Downtown Mesa spot. Serving amazing food, great customer service and an upscale, casual ambiance. Indoor and outdoor seating. I enjoyed the patio on this particular day. It was beautiful outside. That BAE panini sandwich is a must try along with the French toast. They have one of the most delicious, sweet moscatos I'm hooked now from brunch. It's already been a favorite for dinner.

Excellent food, great service and nice ambiance. First time here I definitely recommend this place. Wasn't too crowded. My company was nice too.

Rebel Wine Lounge is a cute little spot and I enjoyed both the wine and food! My boyfriend and I wanted to just hang out for a bit with some snacks and a drink before going to a later event, and this was perfect. I ordered a glass of the J De Villebois, Val De Loire Sauvignon Blanc. First, they let me try a bit before ordering, which I appreciated. I like more fruit forward and tart white wines, so this was a good pick! They have a small menu but it's reasonable for a wine bar, and I think they have a nice assortment of shareables / snacks. We ordered the meatballs and prosciutto fig flatbread. I liked that there was a generous side of crostini to go with the meatballs (as opposed to one piece of bread or nothing other than the meatballs), but the meatballs themselves were a little bland. I really enjoyed the flatbread! I'm a big fan of the prosciutto / fig / arugula combo in general, and I thought this had the right ratios. The crust was a medium thickness, and it was crispy on the outside while still soft on the inside. I also liked the ambiance! It was aesthetic and intimate but still casual and relaxed, and most tables were filled but it didn't feel overly crowded or loud. I would definitely come back here with my boyfriend or with some girl friends for a happy hour.

Love this Mesa winery. They have great flights and the inside is very cute and cozy. Great date spot!

We went to a little girls brunch date - we spent $100 on this and potatoes and 4 drinks. There service was slow, not all items were available for brunch all we wanted was the artichoke dip. Would not choose just bc of pricing - place is adorable.

I was in the area and saw this place and decided to check this place out and what a treat it was! I loved the decor and the customer service was amazing. I ordered the Prosecco Brut with the Stuffed Peppadews. I really enjoyed everything and plan to drop in again very soon to try something else.

Stopped in with a friend for some happy hour wine and bites, I was glad I made a reservation since it was pretty busy at 6 on a Friday. Happy hour is until 7 during the week and has some good deals including $10 off a bottle of wine. This was probably the best deal for us so we tried out a French Sauvignon blanc. The wine was decent and chilled over ice in a plastic bucket. The food options were ok but took a while to come out. There was a small error on my grilled cheese which they corrected but by that time the soup was lukewarm. The interior design is nice but otherwise a pretty casual environment. It gets to be a bit loud inside and at one point they were playing quite clubby music with loud bass which was not my favorite. In my opinion this would be a great spot for a drink during happy hour and then I'd rather get dinner elsewhere; downtown Mesa has some other great food options.

Chupacabra was open, was a three-minute drive, and had excellent reviews. So my decision was made. I parked on the street for free a minute away on foot. Ambiance (3.5/5): Pretty much your typical beer bar. Relatively small inside, but they also have a patio out front with picnic style seating. Casual. My type of bar. My only complaint? I hate picnic style seating because it doesn't give you back support. Which made me want to avoid the patio. Service (5/5): Super friendly service. The guy working the bar did a great job. I ordered one beer and called it a night. A seamless experience from beginning to end. They also have complimentary water in a water cooler, which is always a nice ou Food (N/A): I read they have food trucks, but I didn't see any when I visited. I had dinner prior anyway. Drinks (4.5/5): I love trying new beers and Chupacabra has an excellent selection. They have a rotating screen above the bar. Some interesting brews, ranging from local craft brews to quality European beers. This is not the type of place that has your typical assortment of mediocre beers. You'll find a lot better here. Overall, a cool spot in downtown Mesa. I'd definitely return the next time I'm in the neighborhood!

This is actually a food truck, which is parked on the side of the Tipsy Catcus, which is a really cool brewery I also checked out while I was waiting for my order. This is a really chill brewery, and not a huge spot. Maybe 8 to 10 high top tables with bar seating, and a mostly open floor plan. They have a small patio too, with what looks like about another tables but because I visited at night, nobody was outside. They also seem to be extremely dog friendly as they had one table with a really chill cocker spaniel completely laid out on his side in the middle of the floor. I'm not sure how many taps they had in total, but definitely more than 40 I would say. I'm not a big beer drinker, so I ordered a cider. The cider I was served was on tap and really tasty. And it definitely hit the spot of terms of price point. One thing to note, while I was talking to the owner/manager of the tipsy cactus (shout to him because he was really cool), he told me that Friday night and Saturday nights are usually popping so I wouldn't expect to be first in line on any of those nights. It also looks like they rotate food trucks on different nights, so don't assume that the cheesesteak truck is going to be here every night. I would check the tipsy cactus website, or Instagram page to be sure. I'll definitely be looking forward to checking this place out again in the future, especially if I'm hitting one of the food trucks parked outside.

It wasn't a major issue. It just created a long gap which gave us the option to decide to go elsewhere. We also noticed the beer we ordered was flat and we eventually let the new bartender know.
