Cobb salad

Went to D'Vine with a friend for a quick bite and a bottle of wine. Fortunately, we found an available table and were promptly seated by a pleasant hostess. Our waitress was also pleasant and friendly. I ordered the pasta with andouille sausage and it had a nice kick, very tasty with a generous portion. My friend ordered a Cobb salad which he enjoyed. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was priced with the typical price markup as most restaurants, approximately 3 times the retail price. I discovered that they have a wine tasting on Fridays and will see what that's like one of these Fridays. Ambience is casual. Overall, a decent experience.

We had ANOTHER WONDERFUL evening at Dvine! All the food was delicious, as always, and we had Excellent service from Izzy!! This place Never disappoints!!

We decided to hit the d'vine for lunch yesterday, we were greeted by a delightful young lady , who told us to take a table where we were comfortable, we choose a outdoor table , We started with the variety bruschetta, , I had a beer ipa which hit the spot wife had a glass of house Chardonnay,, we also ordered the calamari which was done with a Asian style sweet and sour type sauce also delicious, our server was on the spot ....

Filet Mignon served on mashed potatoes and asparagus.

I was craving a particular item on their menu and when I got there, I was saddened to see that it wasn't being offered. I overheard someone on the staff say that they were sold out, so it was temporarily removed from the menu. I opted to try their Filet Mignon served over mashed potatoes and asparagus. Wow. The filet was exceptional. It was prepared exactly as I ordered it - medium rare. It was so tender, juicy and delicious! I'm a huge fan of their mashed potatoes and the asparagus was excellent. My drink of choice this evening was their red House Sangria, which was very good. The staff here always amazes me with how warm and friendly they are. The bartenders are excellent and a lot of fun! I'd definitely come here more often if I lived closer!

I came here with my dad on a Saturday night for dinner. We were seated outside with some live music and heat lamps. Great ambiance. My dad and mom had come here in various occasions before and had really enjoyed their food. My dad and I ordered a few of the small plates/appetizers to share and ended up a bit disappointed . We got the 3 different types of bruschetta: egg salad, smoked salmon, and caprese. The egg salad was decent but didn't have too much flavor. The smoked salmon had a bit of an off taste to it and while the caprese was decent it could've used some more salt. The bread was a little soggier than I would have expected for bruschetta. The tuna tartar was alright. The tuna tasted fresh but this bread was also soggy and hidden underneath an artichoke relish. Flavors didn't really work for us. It was a bit hard to eat. Lastly the calamari was not your typical fried calamari but instead was soaked in a teriyaki sauce. Way too salty. The hot peppers were good and the calamari was chewy but overall, it was too salty to enjoy. My parents had gone before and really enjoyed their food so I would give it another shot but not with these small plates unfortunately.

The menu at D'Vine Bistro & Wine Bar in Mesa, Arizona has Fried Chicken, described as fried chicken breast. 1. In my world, fried chicken breast means on-the-bone. The serving at D'is actually commonly called Chicken Fried Chicken. 2. The price is $29.00, ridiculous for Chicken Fried Chicken, I commonly get it elsewhere for around $18.00. 3. Extra side of gravy $3.00, come on folks! 4. The serving was generous, hot, well prepared, and excellent quality all around, I must say. Service was very friendly and efficient. I expected fried chicken (on-the-bone) breast. 5. You need to re-state your menu to speak the truth.

We really enjoyed the food. I didn't ask, but it tasted like the fettuccini was made in house. If I can suggest, get the fettuccini with the Cajun Alfredo sauce. It had a nice little kick and definitely spruced up a traditional Alfredo sauce. We went on a Friday evening and next time I would definitely sit out on the patio as they had live music that started at 6:30pm. I would go back. They also had a really reasonable happy hour menu with great prices on glasses of house wine.

This is my go to spot in NE Mesa for date night. True 5 stars. Live music every night but not abrasive ever, it's comforting and relaxing good quality music. The food is fantastic. My favorite and the favorite of MANY regulars is the fried chicken dinner. Three large pounded buttermilk fried chicken breasts. Two can easily split or you can save half for lunch the next day. Crunchy outside, tender and juicy inside. The mashed potatoes come with a white gravy that is UNBELIEVABLE (order extra most regulars do). For small plates, I recommend the hummus plate, Cauliflower Bites or street tacos. Tuesdays they have free wine tasting, and Thursdays they have pizza or bruschetta and a bottle of wine for $25. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and if you come multiple times they will remember you. I eat here 2-3 times a month. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The onion is still crunchy and they are never greasy. This time I shared the Steak & Cheese sandwich as well. Wow! That is huge and delicious! No way I could eat a full one on my own. The meat was so tender with American cheese, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. My only adjustment would be lighter on the peppers and a little more mushrooms. The place is clean and friendly. Don't let the Mesa strip mall keep you away. After eating, check out the produce market across the street for some great deals!

First things first, it was hot in the restaurant, potentially the A/C was not working as well as it should have been or something, but it was not super comfortable. The service was good, I didn't get her name, a younger woman waited on me and she was very kind and did the best she could. The food came out super slow, I ordered empanadas to start, the waitress said they burned the first order (I appreciated that didn't just serve me overdone empanadas lol) once they finally arrived they were just unfortunately bland, and just kind of lacked authenticity. When she finally brought out my main dish, she even apologized for the wait and said "I had to go yell at them". For a main entree I ordered the French dip with onion rings, another reviewer mentioned they were the best they had had. The meat was kind of tough and dry (which is odd for a French Dip, and everything just lacked flavor. Even the au jus really had no kind of salt or much flavor to it. I really hoped after seeing how everyone else rated this place that I had found that little hole in the wall spot putting out killer food that we all long for, sadly this wasn't it.

We came in with our family and three kids and sat on the patio since we were a larger group. After eating, our kids were sitting in chairs near our table, chatting and moving around a bit. They weren't being loud or disruptive, but a nearby a couple clearly seemed upset. The woman was shaking her head and saying to the waitress "this isn't okay to be doing while people are eating", pointing toward our kids. Once I realized this, I immediately called my kids back over and had them sit with us, and I even let her know that if something was bothering her, she could've told us and I would have addressed it right away. The couple chose to ignore us and left shortly after. The manager then came out and reassured us that Lucky Lou's is a family-friendly restaurant and that our kids were absolutely fine. That meant a lot to us and really showed how supportive and understanding the staff is. I also hope one day that couple realizes how hard it is to keep a 4-, 6-, and 8-year-old sitting at a table for more than 30 minutes without shoving an iPad in front of them. On top of that, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I honestly had the best burger and tater tots of my life. We'll definitely be back--thank you for creating such a kid-friendly and enjoyable place for families!

Even as a child in 1958 I can remember the delicious prime rib, baked potatoes, salad, served with horseradish. A tall glass of brewed iced tea and to finish off this masterpiece, your friends or your family. What a night. Don't dress up. It's casual dining. The service is wonderful. I always wonder how they get the glorious food to the right table. They are always helpful and friendly. I have never had a server that looks around at other tables while taking my order. Go a fill your tummy with deliciousness.

It's more than a classic grill- however If you're looking for that classic American grill, old-time…read moresports restaurant feel -- the kind of place where you can relax, unwind, and actually enjoy your meal -- this spot is it. From the moment you walk in, the customer service stands out. The people working there are always welcoming and inviting. You're greeted like a regular, even if it's your first time. That kind of warmth makes all the difference, especially after a long day out with the family. It's the perfect place to head after spending time at Pecan Lake Entertainment or Fat Cats. Instead of battling crowds and higher prices, you can come here, sit down comfortably, and enjoy a great meal at a much more reasonable price. Whether it's a family night out or a casual date night, it just fits. The food? Consistently good. We started with two bowls of clam chowder. They were decent -- I'm not sure if the to-go order affected the texture or temperature a bit -- but still enjoyable. Not the star of the night, but solid. The wings are always good, perfectly satisfying for a sports grill vibe. The pierogies were delicious and comforting. The Thai chicken salad was fresh and flavorful. But the standouts this visit were definitely the French dip -- absolutely amazing, tender and packed with flavor -- and the blackened chicken breast served with rice pilaf and broccoli almondine. Every bite of that plate was fantastic. Well seasoned, well cooked, and generous portions. They also have amazing weekly dinner specials, which makes it easy to keep coming back without breaking the budget. I'm already planning to come back for the Friday fish fry and to try the prime rib -- I've heard great things. This has become one of our go-to spots. It's reliable, comfortable, reasonably priced, and welcoming every single time. If you're in the area and want great food without the higher price tag of Pecan Lake or Fat Cats, definitely keep this place in mind. It's a perfect, easy win for a relaxed night out.
