Dear Yelp, Went in today and enjoyed our vanilla iced coffees. Also had a raspberry iced tea. Prices were reasonable but decor and ambiance were wonderful. Love, Nicole

Love that I can watch the sun rise and I don't have to wait until 7 or 8am to enjoy coffee and breakfast! Divi Tree Coffee opens at 6am! Enjoyed the morning vibes, Soft music, coffee aroma! Ordered caramel latte, egg & cheese sandwich on their sweet roll with side of home fries. Steady stream of customers- lots of take out orders. Witnessed staff huddle- announced getting new expresso machine! Everyone was excited :) Love all the coffee quotes!

    Blueberry Fruit Crumb Bar

Incredible value. Delectable bites. Local chill spot. Divi Tree is a well oiled machine when it comes to churning out fat sandwiches, luscious baked goods and great coffee. I'm slightly addicted to the blueberry crumb bars, they are ginormous and taste homemade, a thick layer of fruit and a buttery silky crumb base make for a delicious combo. I always make sure to grab one when in the area! Also tried the iced coffee and vanilla chai, so aromatic and delicious. Bacon egg and cheese comes loaded on a bagel, no skimping on the quality or slices of bacon. The prices are really fair too! I saw a small hot cocoa on the menu for $1.85 and can't remember the last time I stepped into a coffee shop and saw a price less than $3 for anything on the menu. Definitely stop by and support this local business!

Slimy overnight oats with old sour fruit.

Food is usually decent. Parking lot is absolutely atrocious. Recently got an overnight oats with fruit cup and it was sour. The fruit was old and smelled fermented. Couldn't even eat it. How many days in advance are they preparing these things. Not planning to return there any time soon.

    Matcha

I came in on Wednesday around one in the afternoon. They promote themselves as a healthy/green establishment, which I assumed meant that they made their syrups; they don't.. I ordered a large matcha and their cold brew--both were specialties. I also ordered a BLT, egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and protein balls. The wait time took 10-15 minutes, which was a decent amount of time. The matcha was disgusting and did not taste like matcha at all. It looked almost like a green juice: the colors weren't right, nor was the taste. The cold brew tasted okay. It was a bit too sweet, but it did have cold foam on it. The food was also not the best; the BLT was good but was a bit dry, and the egg and cheese bagel was very little (compared to other establishments I've gone to in the shore). My total ended up being $38. The staff were friendly, and the floors looked dirty. Overall, I would not come back. There are plenty of other restaurants that are much better in terms of pricing and food quality.

Not a latte, asked for lukewarm warm. It was boiling hot.

The coffee was awful, the espresso shot was not good. The milk was so foamy, poorly poured and definitely not silky.

Came in on advice of a friend in re MOAM ( musicians on a mission ). Glad I did. And I became quite familiar with DTC due to the fact that I was there for four hours. This premier coffee/tea luncheonette is a welcome sight to this busy area in Point Pleasant. The Divi has been open for about six months and the service and staff are friendly and very efficient. I got to order coffee, tea, homemade scones and cookies throughout my stay. Plenty of parking and a gender-neutral restroom. Prices are reasonable.

The best sandwiches and coffee, many options available to enjoy. Limited parking as this place is so popular.

We were really impressed by the location. The Food shack is located right on the beach which is the perfect way to enjoy a lunch on a Summer day in Point Pleasant. They have lots of umbrellaed outdoor seating, and some benches in the sun, so there are options for everyone. They also have some indoor seating, and the inside is adorable. We ordered a swiss grilled cheese with tomato on top, and a BLT. Each item came with pickles and a bag of chips. Each item was priced reasonably, especially considering typical Jersey Shore pricing. My grilled cheese was great. The bread/cheese/tomato ratio was perfect. The cheese was gooey, and stayed gooey even as the sandwich cooled. The bread on the grilled cheese was crispy on the outside and still soft and warm on the inside. I didn't know what to expect from a small shack on the beach, especially with something as simple as a grilled cheese, but I really enjoyed it. The BLT also had a gread tomato/bacon/lettuce/mayo ratio and wasn't too greasy. Overall I will definitely be coming back!

Even the wait time here is pleasant. My wife and I had to wait 40 minutes for our table but didn't mind a bit as we soaked up some sunshine and listened to the smooth guitar sounds coming from the guitarist playing outside. My wife had a breakfast sandwich that she loved. We split a spinach salad and I had a tuna melt on sourdough with a side of crabby fries. My sandwich was grilled perfectly. Tuna with melted cheddar and light, crispy buttery sourdough made for a great sandwich. TFS is seasonal only so their last day is October 26 this year and we plan on visiting again before they close for the season.

Not often does a place do as well or better than the last place when it changes hands and the previous joint was a local favorite. At the Point IMHO is one of those such spots. The menu is flat out one of the best I've seen in years! So many amazing choices from savory to sweet, creative fun names for everything, outstanding choices, tons of options for every palate. They kept some of the staples from before which is a nice hat tip to tradition but you can also tell the new chef/owner wanted to have some fun with the menu and it's a hit in my book! The food is very fresh, coffee hot and delicious, and the service is as good as it always was! Tanya is the best!
