This place just warms my heart. They keep little items to purchase from small businesses. It's one of the best cups of coffee around. During the winter I got this marshmallow latte I may not remember the name but I remember how good it tasted! They also have some delicious sweets and occasionally some GF goodies too (stored in the same display case as gluten containing foods). I did come here once asking for one of their GF banana muffins and without noticing the cashier handed me a muffin and the second I bit into it I knew it had gluten in it. Not sure if he just misheard me but I was able to get it switched out after telling them what happened. Thankfully my allergy is not severe. Whether you're looking for a notebook, a trinket or a latte, I can guarantee this place will not disappoint. Cute setup, but designed for grab and go although there is some seating there. Staff is fun and lively. I loved the energy they have. -Car Mac I landed on this item because the name intrigued me. It's their take on Carmel macchiato w/ macadamia nut milk. And priced appropriately which I really appreciate. We just did a quick stop here getting a mocha coffee, hot chocolate, and a brownie, and all of them were quite good. In and out with very fair prices. A plant oasis that happens to also be a coffee shop. This place is filled with plants from every nook and cranny it has to offer. Along with all the plants they sell a bunch of other little items local places/people have made. I ordered the coco matcha and it was splendidly piping hot. It felt so warming as I drank it on this cold day. This place has pastries and toast items available to eat. I would say don't plan on trying to work or eat here. First time here after wanting to make it this way. Turns out it was way closer to me than I thought. We found parking a few streets over. The street parking was pretty busy because it was a Sunday. Upon entering Batch the place has a very boho, earthy vibe with jewelry and little things to buy along the side. It was hard to find where on the board types of milks were, they were slightly obscured by the pastry shelf. We asked for two different types of nondairy milk which they were out of shockingly and it was pretty early in the morning. I ended up getting the cinnamon bun iced latte with oat milk and the non dairy cold foam and it was fantastic. Can't wait to come back here and try something different. read more

What a great place! Lots of drink options to choose from (I got the Run-A-Muck -- cold brew with bourbon-barrel aged maple and oat milk, yum) and their pastries are delicious and unique. Among the options when I stopped in on a Saturday morning were a Fruity Pebbles Rice Krispy Treat, homemade Pop Tarts, blueberry coffee cake, and orange coconut chocolate chip cake, but there were a whole bunch more. I love that they sell locally made items like earrings, rings, handbags, and air plant holders, and the staff was so friendly. There are a few community tables outside, but otherwise, there's just one round table inside the shop and a bench along the inside wall, so get there early if you want to stay for a while. I stopped in on a Saturday morning around 9:15, and by 9:30, there was a line going out the door that didn't let up for the hour I was there. read more

I wrote the first review the first day I went there. I have been back so, so many times! We go at least once or twice a week. Back in the summer I was going like four times a week but that needed to stop due to my budget. The atmosphere is so calming and inviting. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. The staff even knows I am vegan/gluten free and stoped me from ordering a drink that contained dairy. Another time I ordered a wrap and the girl asked me if I wanted gluten free because I forgot to tell her! They have one vegan/gluten free dessert bar called the Good Morning Bar (I think). I have had that twice. It's very sweet but good if you want something to snack on. I love how they have other options besides caffeine/coffee drinks since I have to limit caffeine. I love their non-coffee drinks! I love that I can make any drink a "steamer" made without coffee. They have seasonal drinks as well which I love! They sell local artists artwork and photography as well as other items like hair clips and bracelets. They also see air plants and even hand bags and totes. I have seen this type of stuff since the summer so it's more of year round. For the season I have seen artisan maple syrup which looks amazing! They have their fridge packed with waters and other drinks plus they have vegan friendly overnight oats. The bathroom is always clean as well. Definitely a cafe to visit! Super cute coffee shop! They have everything for your tastebuds--caffeinated, non caffeinated, smoothies, salads, toasts, and baked goods! We sat outside in this courtyard area which would have been cute but there was construction going on. I ordered a purist latte with a shot of espresso and I liked that it wasn't overwhelming with turmeric yet you could still taste a hint of whatever spices they used. Came in recently for a cup of coffee and a pastry. It's just completely chaotic. Long line. Messed up the order and very terse at the counter. I'm local, so just a real bummer. It was better two years ago. Need to go back to a focus on customer service!! And I don't think two espresso machines is adequate to handle both in store orders and phone orders. I am THRILLED with this amazing cafe! I've lived in manasquan my entire life and this adorable place is a welcome relief for organic, delicious, nutritious coffee, drinks and snacks! I love their lattes with a variety of plant mylk options and adpatogenic herbs and wonderful spices, the moon mylk latte is my favorite right now- full of flavor, well blended spices, the perfect amount of espresso. I also tried the golden glow smoothie and it was phenomenal! I'm a biig smoothie lover and I rarely get one out thats better than I make myself but batch did not disappoint! I can't wait to keep coming here and trying new drinks :) i do wish they had more of their vegan options that are also gluten free but i have no complaints read more
