This is a cute little spot that we found today. Service was great, everyone was friendly. We started with a juice and a matcha latte, both very good. For our breakfast I got the mushroom scramble. It came with home fries. It was good, i feel like it was missing something (maybe a sauce or something) otherwise very good and fresh. The potatoes were delicous. My husband got the steak bowl. The steak was cooked perfectly and it was very good. He enjoyed it very much. We also shared the pumpkin pancakes, which were perfect. It had real pumpkin puree in it and is exactly how a pumpkin pancake should taste and be.

I came here two days in a row and I'm so glad that I did! Able to try another part of this wonderfully creative, organic, local menu! The location is a little hidden... in a commercial office space that I've never really seen for an eatery.. but.. the space inside is really open, minimal, but with a farmhouse chic feel. Very friendly, attentive servers... shout out to Jamie! I have tried the pumpkin spice latte made with their own homemade syrup and espresso.. the coffee was really quality. Mushroom egg scramble served on top of a bed of arugula. It was delicious, but could've used a bit more seasoning. The next visit, I tried the eggplant toast served on sourdough bread and topped with tomato and goat cheese. It was tasty. I love that the eggplant was turned into a paste.. I added some balsamic glaze and it was on the money. What I love most about this place is that it gives healthy options without sacrificing taste.. love the juice, smoothie, and shot bar!

    Eggs Benny with potatoes

Happy we stumbled upon this place! A. Wry convenient location for those who are headed down the shore. I was surprised at how inexpensive the food was given everything is organic. I think they can do a better job with the interior. It's currently very bland, poor table set up and too bright inside. It could use a more rustic look to go with the organic foods. I got the eggs Benny and they were yummy, I just found the meat to be a bit unappetizing but I may have just gotten a bad cut with too much fat in it.

    French Dip with fries.

This type of restaurant isn't normally in my wheelhouse, but we were guests and it was the hosts choice. That said, the staff was friendly, the space inviting but spare, and spotless-including the bathroom. My French Dip was quite good (maybe the most 'unhealthy' thing on the menu, lol) and the seasoned fries were terrific. Nice carafe of water, but plastic cups and no ice? This should be upgraded. Overall a pleasant experience, and I'd try it again for breakfast-some items look great on the menu.

Locally sourced, organic food in a chill atmosphere with kind staff! My mom and I stumbled upon LUK while in the area and were in need of lunch. The interior is minimalist and modern with natural wood/tree trunk tables and succulents planted on to the wall. The vibe is a little coffee shop where you can stay all day on your laptop mixed with a casual sit down, table service eatery. They offer coffees, teas, juices and smoothies along with their homemade breads on one side and then have various seating options on the other side (as well as outside) the interior. They offer specials along with their typical menu. Yummy appetizers, salads, sandwiches and more are sure to please for breakfast, brunch or lunch. My mom and I shared the most beautiful and fresh hummus platter I've ever seen. It was more than enough for 4 people to share as an appetizer or for 2 people to share for a meal. The hummus was fresh and very tasty. It has slightly more texture than I prefer but the flavor was excellent. My mom got a berry salad which she enjoyed. The dressing was unique- a balsamic with mustardy flavor. I had the acorn squash salad with apple cider vinaigrette. It was delish! I'm not a huge fan of apple cider vinegar but on this salad it worked so well. I wish the outside skin of the acorn squash would have been removed as I needed to use my fingers to peel it off. Our server was very friendly and attentive without hovering. For the appetizer, 2 salads and 2 drinks the total came to around $45- not bad for such fresh food!

Turkish omelette with mozzarella roasted red pepper and kimchi home fries

The food was absolutely fantastic the 3 egg omelette is big they must be using ostrich eggs because it was huge the kimchi fries were definitely worth the trip everything here is homemade from the jam to the ketchup and our server Grace very very nice the whole entire staff was very pleasant great ambience great chill spot worth every single penny and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to everyone

AWESOME!!!! I have severe food allergies and their entire staff is so considerate and careful. Best experience I have ever had. The food is awesome. The staff is awesome and its dog friendly too!!

The Poached Special and Coconut Green Tea
    Kristen M.

Outstanding decor inside and even better food. The Poached Special was perfect. The egg was exquisitely cooked and the flavors of the sprouts, cheese, Ezekiel bread and avocado were divine.

This was my second time here unfortunately what I ordered was not satisfying, I had ahi tuna salad with ranch dressing , it was tasteless, the ranch dressing seemed watered down and barely filled the takeout cup it was in , the box that it was in was filled with liquid like the salad mix was washed and thrown into the box . The only upside was the staff was were very friendly

    Mushroom scramble
    Chad V.

Great vibe with the decor. The menu has a very nice selection between breakfast and lunch. I had a difficult time deciding between a number of things but opted for the Mushroom Scramble on the specials menu. It was quite good and the home fries were delicious as well. The next trip with be for the French Dip...unless something on the specials menu distracts me again.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and even unsafe. When we first walked in, my toddler picked up a teddy bear from the window display that was within her reach. Before I could return it, the woman behind the counter sharply told us to put it back. If décor is placed at child level, a kinder approach would go a long way. The bigger issue came when I asked for a simple cup of water for my kids. Despite spending nearly $50 on pizza, I was told they don't offer water and directed to buy bottled water. After back and forth (and my son in tears), someone reluctantly filled his bottle, but only with a rude attitude that made me feel like I was asking for something out of line. To make matters worse, while I was speaking with the staff, my son leaned on a plastic mobile fence-like partition on wheels, which tipped over and injured his foot. His foot swelled immediately, and not once did anyone on staff check if he was okay. Later, my husband asked for a pizza box and again was met with attitude instead of help. I don't consider my family high maintenance, nor were any of my requests egregious. I've never once encountered such attitude from a local business -- especially in a family-friendly town like Asbury Park. The pizza itself was fine, but the service, lack of hospitality, and unsafe setup in the restaurant made this an awful experience for our family. Pizza should be a family-friendly outing -- Crust & Crumble made it anything but. We will not be returning.

So just to be safe, I did make a reservation right when the restaurant opened. Seems to say I played it a bit too safe, I was the only one i there for the first 20-min.! In any case, then dining area was very bright and open, and I was seated near the window, which I enjoyed. I tried three foods, appetizer-entree-dessert, here's the breakdown: 1) Appetizer: Pan Roasted Achiote Octopus ($22) which has Shaved Pickled Carrots & Onions, Chermoula. For 1 person, this was quite substantial and a delicious start to the meal. The octopus wasn't tough, it was cooked perfectly, with a nice char-grilled flavour. Paired up with the accoutrements, it was a 10/10 way to begin my meal! 2) Entree: Grass-Fed Beef-Roasted Marrow Burger ($26) which has Raclette Cheese, Caramelized Onion-Tomato Jam, Fresh Baked Gluten Free Brioche Bun, & Beef Tallow Fries. Why 4-stars? Because of this item. The day I arrived the restaurant was trying their new "Baked Gluten-Free Brioche" on me, apparently I was one of the first --- the bread was dry AF, lol! I loved the burger --- the marrow taste, the raclette cheese --- I sing their praises, but wrong day to test out the "test bread"! It ended up on a Yelp Review. Hopefully the bread-recipe has been improved on after this review. PS: The onion-tomato jam perfectly pairs with the richness of the marrow burger. 3) Lastly, I ordered for dessert the bread pudding. They don't put their desserts on the menu, but if you ask the server they will let you know what the restaurant has for the day. I believe it's seasonal as well. It was average at best, good ---- but didn't stand-out. Overall, I'd totally recommend a stop-by if you're in the area! It's always awesome visiting these sites features on DDD, and tasting for yourself the hype behind their food!

Availability and inclusion: I'm vegetarian and gluten free. There's several varieties of corn empanada, labeled GF. Several of those were vegetarian. Price: the ones I had were under $5 each. While empanada are small, you get to sample a lunch worthy amount for $10. Quality: I liked them so much, I went for seconds on the papa con queso! The sauces were all really enjoyable and matched the different empanadas well. The oat latte was good, and hot! Titi's interior is colorful and eclectic like your crazy aunt's living room...it is homey, with a few booth seating options and a standing table. the space gives off a very casual fun vibe that isn't messy but also isn't overly neat...very chill...when you need to pause the craziness of NYC and eat some comforting calories. been here a few times, i can say this is a great addition to the neighborhood's food options. many of the empanada options are served in a baked puff pastry wrapping--like the chopped cheese empanada filled with seasoned ground beef and cooper's sharp American. ordered one of these because who doesn't like a good bodega-made chopped cheese? the empanada is filled to the brim with savory beef and melt cheese in a buttery flaky shell. it comes together nicely as meaty eat and evokes the classic bodega sandwich (Titi's also serves a traditional chopped cheese sandwich on a long roll hot off the grill if you want a much heftier serving of calories. my favorite empanada was the "papa con queso" corn empanada (one of the vegetarian options)--a soft potato and melted cheese filling enclosed in a golden brown corn empanada. the potato + cheese is such a great comfort food and very satisfying...the empanada is crispy on the outside and makes for a great combo with the potato cheesiness. the "Domino" corn empanada is another good vegetarian empanada--savory black beans (not mushy) in melted cheese in a crispy corn empanada...a satisfying bite that isn't superheavy. tried a "Pollo" corn empanada is seasoned moist chicken in a crispy soft shell. also had a drip coffee here--it was okay to good, but the focus is the food. the empanadas take about 6-10 minutes to heat up or fry...which i appreciate as the food comes hot outta the fryer or oven. don't sleep on the sauces: the green sauce was my favorite as it is a cilantro-based (plus other herbs) mayo dipping sauce. the service is very friendly even when they are busy. the staff is helpful and can make suggestions if you're unsure on what to get. definitely worth a stop for a snack or meal: 1-2 empanadas is a good snack option, while 3-4 makes for an enjoyable meal that allows for ordering a variety of flavors. oh, and there are a couple of vegan options for the non-carnivores.
