Love this place . The ambience is everything . Their lattes are the best ! Must try it. Great service

Seasonal Special "Sticks", makes us feel like we are in Stowe, VT. Very good.

We have been excited for this place to open, as we visit Spring Lake around four times a year. The ambiance is so nice and the food is very good. The coffee is very tasty and we visited multiple days. The service was very good too.

    $16 salad

Ok. I hate to give local places bad reviews but this is well-earned. Food was below average. Crazy expensive. Nothing special on menu. Got a salad $16 - bunch of lettuce. Avoid.

    Coffee & a treat !

$22 for a chicken salad sandwich and a can of soda. Outrageous! Go to Joe's Deli by the train station or across the street to Baileys!

Plenty of sandwiches on the menu, drinks, chips, cold cuts, ready to make pasta.... what more is there to ask. And a limited frills experience too. We ordered the Princetonian & Casey between the two of us. Also got a bag of mango habanero chips & freshly squeezed orange juice. When you pay, you get a pager to let you know when your food is ready. Because it's the summer, expect a little wait, but not terribly long. There's plenty of seating outside if you don't want to sit indoors. There's just a couple of tables near the front door. I'm not the biggest fan of wraps (my girl is), but the Casey was pretty good. The breaded eggplant makes it good. It does come apart pretty easily so be slightly warned. The Princetonian was pretty good. Just keep in mind it's not a hot sub, but the veggies are all fresh. The mushrooms were super good. At $11 for the wrap & sandwich each, that's not a bad deal.

The ordering process was simple, and the food was ready quickly. I had a chicken salad on a garlic bagel ($8.99?) as well as trying six mini donuts ($7.50?). The chicken salad also came with a potato salad, coleslaw, or a pickle. I opted for a pickle that was decent. The chicken salad was the highlight of the sandwich. It was all white meat with an ideal helping of mayonnaise and other seasoning. The garlic bagel was alright, nice texture, but a little small. It was nice to see the amount of chicken salad present. The donuts I tried are below. All the donuts were light. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - This was alright. It seemed to be more of a chocolate flavor rather than cookie dough. There was not a great balance here. Strawberry Shortcake - This was a vanilla donut with buttercream icing and a strawberry. I thought the buttercream icing would be too sweet, but that was not the case at all. It was delicate and complimented the lone strawberry piece nicely. Apple Crumb Cake - This was an apple crunch donut with rolled sugar and topped with apple compete, homemade graham cracker pie crust and drizzled with vanilla frosting. This was easily the best one. The warm apple complete and the homemade graham cracker crust made for an unbelievable combination. The sugar did not hurt either. Oreo Crunch - This was essentially just Oreo pieces with vanilla icing. It was not bad. I thought there were too many Oreo crumbles and pieces. The donut layer was hardly tasted. Maple Bacon Waffle - This was a vanilla donut in a maple glaze with a mini waffle and bacon pieces. I am not a huge fan of bacon on a donut, but this one of the better ones I tried. The bacon went well with the waffle and maple glaze. My only issue was the waffle. It was a little stale, but I imagine because it just lays on the donut as it was not made to order. Jelly - This was a traditional jelly donut with sugar. This was good. The jelly was thick and enough was present where every bite had a taste of jelly. The jelly I believe was of the raspberry variety. Will I go back? Yes.

I usually sit outside and the vibe is exactly what I'm looking for- bright, quiet-ish brunch mornings away from the chaos and tornados that are my kids. The inside of the restaurant is very cute. Restrooms are clean. Service is always great- the staff never forget about you regardless of how busy it gets. I wasn't thinking about it and was going to waste half my latte today but the waitress asked if I wanted a to-go cup for it, which I found to be thoughtful and considerate of her to offer. Today I had to make sure to stop and thank the owner (George) for how special this place is. I wish I could come here everyday- yes, partly to escape my kids but mostly for the food, the service, and everything else this little gem of a place offers.

We saw the Honey Berry and decided to give it a try. Great choice! We shared the Brioche French Toast and the Mediterranean Omelette. The French Toast was exquisite! It was light and fluffy with a delicious taste. The Mediterranean Omelette has fresh spinach, tomato, scallions and feta cheese. It was a very good Omelette, the feta cheese was a great change from the cheddar you typically get, and it was full of veggie! Honey Berry was as good as the Marigold! Now we have two breakfast spots in Spring Lake!

We were disappointed we did not get center cut fillet mignons. If you purchase fillets at Drew's ask to make sure they are center cut or they won't be worth the $67 price point. Nice place and seemed like people but 1 star for not giving us center cut. Drew's was not trustworthy in looking out for the consumer experience. These were for a birthday dinner so very disappointing. Have you ever wondered why a steak can sometimes be cut with a fork, requiring almost no effort to enjoy, while others demand a bit of a workout for your jaw? The secret often lies in a specific section of the beef tenderloin known as the center cut. When you sit down at a high-end steakhouse or prepare a luxury meal at home, the term "filet mignon" is frequently used, but the "center cut" is the true gold standard within that category. It is the portion of the meat that professional chefs prize above all others for its symmetry, its lean profile, and its legendary, buttery texture. Anything pieced together with a string is not center cut.
