He read the description of the Vicious Biscuit, "Jalapeño biscuit, creamy pimiento cheese, cauliflower doused in hot honey" and said, "That sounds horrible. But this is exactly what YOU would get." Yep. And it was SO good: creative, sweet, spicy, cheesy... basically everything I love. He ordered The Acosta- it was AMAZING. But the best part? Our server, Anabelle, gasped when we ordered because those are two of her favorites! She was so sweet and genuinely excited about the food that I felt like we'd found a kindred foodie spirit. I also prefer my wings to be a little deep fried to add a crunch but for the size and cost, these aren't bad. Cornbread was the only let down. Less corn more like a cake batter. With bbq, a lot comes down to how you like it. I can't fault the quality, presentation or price. It just comes down to if you like the style or not.
