First time and it will not be my last. I have found my forever nail place and technician Haylee…read more The atmosphere is so welcoming and I love how the owners socialize with everyone. Haylee was awesome. Nails and toe nails are smooth and flawless. Haylee was a pleasure to visit with. Haylee also does nail art and I can't wait to give her a design and see her work her magic as she did her own nails and her designs were amazing. At the Nail Box I never felt that they were rushing and they were taking their time with each client. So happy I found this gem.

I booked a full set of acrylics with regular polish for 2 of my daughters, and I booked a deluxe pedicure. Once there, i upgraded my pedicure to a seashell pedicure for the paraffin wax and extra 3 minutes of massage. The soaking water was lukewarm/almost cold, definitely not relaxing. The massage shouldn't be called a massage at all. She slid her hands and seashells up and down my legs without applying any pressure whatsoever. No foot massage, which I definitely could've used because I am on my feet constantly throughout the day. She even stopped her "massage" about a minute before the 13 minute timer was up. The polish on my toenails is horrible. There is polish on my skin, lumps, and the color is way too far away from my cuticles, making it look crazy. My toenails are cut extremely short to where it's painful, and they are all uneven. I will not be wearing sandals until they grow out and I can get back into my usual salon to fix them. For the first set of acrylics with regular polish, i was charged for a set of gel x nails. Obviously I didn't book that nor want that. The nails ended up being absolutely atrocious and do not look professionally done in the slightest. They are lumpy, have many jagged, unsmooth edges, and there are multiple spots where there is no polish, or the glitter does not cover the base color. The second set was booked as the same, but i was charged for an acrylic set with gel polish. These are the best looking nails out of the bunch, but there are still a few jagged edges and a completely different glitter was used than in the inspiration photo that my daughter showed her tech. Both my girls left extremely disappointed as this was their first set of "fake nails" for back to school, but they are sweet and didn't want to complain or upset their nail techs. I would've mentioned being charged for things I didn't book when checking out, but the only thing I was shown was the total, and the receipt didn't get delivered to my phone until we were already almost home, and we live close to an hour away.

Wow -- this place is the real deal! If you're tired of the…read moresame overcrowded, cookie-cutter mega-nail salons all over Edmond and north OKC, do yourself a favor and go to Le Nourish Head Spa & Nail Care. I stumbled upon this charming boutique salon after one too many disappointing experiences, and I haven't looked back. The difference is night and day. Instead of sub-par cleanliness, broken massage chairs, and rushed service, Le Nourish feels like a cozy, beautifully appointed retreat. The pedicure chairs are large, plush, and actually comfortable (they look like overstuffed, quilted clouds in a soft beige -- nothing like the usual salon lineup). The entire space is neat, calm, and never feels overcrowded. But the true standout is their head spa experience. I've raved about it so much to friends, neighbors, and my husband that I finally bought him a gift certificate. I kept telling him, "Just trust me -- it's not weird, you're going to melt." While I was getting my nails and pedicure done, he tried it... and walked out looking like a new man. He gave it a solid "way better than 10/10." The guy actually turned off the usual mental chatter (work, to-do lists, kids, grandkids -- the whole circus). Now he's telling all his buddies about it, too! And here's the best part: you get a full 45-minute head spa starting at just $65. It's genuinely relaxing and worth every penny. They also offer facials, massages, and plenty of add-ons, all at prices that are very competitive with the big salons. I'm actually long overdue for my next fill and pedicure, and I'm already planning my next head spa appointment, too. Le Nourish is a true hidden gem -- unique, high-quality, and women-owned. If you're in the Edmond area (they're on 2nd Street, just east of Broadway), stop making excuses and book an appointment. You'll thank me later. Highly, highly recommend!
