Grilled oysters and grilled octopus as starter

Amazing everything was good no complaints service was great food was great. Drinks was good

Tuna Tartar

We came here for dinner and really enjoyed our meal, although we wish it was in a better location. We started with the oysters which were good as well as the fried burrata. We ended up just eating the burrata and not the breading since it was too heavy. I also got the tuna tartare for my main dish and it was very good. The service was also great.

Lobster bisque- delicious

My second visit in a year. I sat at the bar, this is a warm cozy restaurant with a friendly professional staff. Great selection of ice cold draft beer served in pint plus glasses. The Switcback Ale $9 was perfect with the complimentary Dive Oyster house homemade chips served in a cute paper bag. The half dozen baked clams were delicious on a bed of Arugula. Right amount of toasty garlic butter breadcrumbs. Tender fresh clams ($22) I wasn't overly hungry so the lobster bisque ($14) hit the spot. A beautiful bowl with Starbucks type design in the creamy top. Lobster pieces in the soup were tender, but I could have enjoyed some slightly larger pieces. Flavor and consistency were excellent. The stunning bartender offered a taste of the reds by the glass- Super Tuscan, Cabernet, Malbec etc, but there are choices of brands. Nevertheless, the Cabernet at $15 per glass was bold and perfect. I saw the Dive Chicken and Veal go by, both looked delicious.

Seafood Risotto

The food tasted very nice and was served in generous portions, considering the price. The waiters were attentive and gave the proper amount of care for each patron, and they filled our water periodically when they say it was getting empty. The decor and music of the restaurant was very fitting and gave a nice dinner time vibe. Would recommend to try the seafood risotto if you make the choice to come.

Soft shell crab special

Delicious food and great staff! Came for a dinner with my family and we were truly wowed and can't wait to get back and make our way through more menu items! We started with the mussels and crab cake for appetizers. Everything was super fresh and full of flavor. The crab cake came with a tasty summer corn salad. For entrees we had the salmon, risotto and the soft shell crab special all were great! The risotto was super rich and creamy topped with fresh fish. The salmon was cooked well with super crispy skin. Not pictured were the completely empty plates. The staff was super attentive. Checking in refilling glasses and bringing fresh drinks. Couldn't have had a better dinner and can't wait to go back!

This fish & steak restaurant is located on Pleasantville Road in the space formerly occupied by Chatterbox 54 (not to be confused with Chatterbox which is still open in nearby Pleasantville - yes Pleasantville Road is in Briarcliff, go figure). Owned by former management at Flames and family, the space is small but upscale and offers a diverse menu from Oysters to pasta to steak. The wine list is seriously overpriced and the menu operates like a steakhouse with "sides" available to order for sharing. Some menu items cone with a sides of veggies and/or potato so choose wisely! Our West coast oysters were delicious and briny, and our group of 6 ordered lots of different dishes. Service was excellent throughout. My Dive Veal, topped with crabmeat and a cognac sauce was tender and delicious, if a tad oily. Dessert sampler was delicious and a nice treat from the owner. Reservations are a must on weekends as the place was full, including bar seats. We would definitely return.

The ambiance was lovely. The blue LED lighting makes a trendy vibe. Sat at the bar for a drink before dinner. Lychee martini came with a color changing sphere inside the glass. Kinda cool. I was expectativa a "dive bar" vibe but it's a classy place. Sat in the dining area for dinner. The owner was very friendly and offered us any table we wanted. All the staff were dressed in traditional server attire of black pants, white shirt & black bow tie. The bread rolls seemed to be purchased and not made in house and came with an olive tapenade. We had the shishito peppers as an appetizer and they were bland and way too oily. I got the lobster roll that had way too much dressing and the side of Brussels were again coated in oil with a touch of sweetness. The spinach linguine was tasty but the tuna was terrible.

To say this restaurant's location and exterior is unassuming is very much an understatement…read more Inside, it is beautiful and has a wonderful ambiance. It was most unusual that our party of four all ordered the same. We started with a special app - Fried Shrimp & Calamari. Soo Delish! We followed with the signature dish, Cod Fish & Chips. I have had this entree in, I'd estimate, 50 restaurants, including several in England where I think it originated. NONE even come close to here! Oh My - the two big, thick pieces of lightly battered fresh cod fried to perfection! Flaky, moist and delectable. It just doesn't get any better! Wow! The fresh, hand-cut thick fries were again fried to perfection. Golden crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. I don't know what their secret frying technique is or the type of oil they use but the flavor is light and delicious. Even their homemade coleslaw tastes like they just made it - so fresh with a little tang - Mmm! We ended with a very unique lemon flan, even though we all said we couldn't eat another thing. Overall, portions are generous (we took home some left overs!), service staff were friendly and attentive, and the Owner & Head Chef, Elmer came out to check on us and tell us some of his culinary encounters with blue fin tuna. Fascinating! A most enjoyable meal and experience. If you've never been, What the heck are you waiting for!

They decided to serve one piece of fish that wasn't a full fillet or crumbles of fish or in like my case half a fish cut in half that was fried hole. and roll their eyes when someone told them what was going on, I decided against it cause I really don't want somebody rolling their eyes. That means they're gonna probably spit in my food. Next disgusting completely disgusting they should be ashamed of themselves. I counted not even 12 fries on that plate for 55 $55 for two fish and chips and a drink which is $25 per fish and chip. That was highway. Robbery. Don't bother to attend this business. They don't care about their consumers I went to their actual store and they were disgusting as well. I gave them two stars now I'm telling you not even that star is worth it the extra one I should say.

A great chicken scarpiello spot for scarpiello fans - theirs comes with lots of pasta, generous bites of chicken and vinegar peppers. (No sausage - but not necessary - it was great!) My sons enjoyed their burgers and the lobster mac & cheese - rich and delicious. Desserts are terrific and don't miss the Mexican coffee (21 & up since it has Kahlua). Our waitress Chanelle was a doll, lovely and took great care of my big brood and me. Also - it's a wonderful place to watch a game. The World Cup watching is in full force here! (Go USA!)

It was empty when we came in but filled up quickly; it's not a secret around here. Waiter was in training and did a good job, however all the staff that had been helping started disappearing when it filled up so ended up flagging someone down at the end. Place is very industrial looking but kind of cool inside. I got the 105 burger, which comes with melted Brie, bacon jam and truffle aioli. It was pretty damned good. If you're looking to scratch a burger itch, this is for you. Not a huge Brie person or a bacon jam person, but it worked here. My wife got the braised zucchini which was unusual (kind of a cooked down veggie medley); she was a fan of it. My son liked his sliders too, and it's nice that they come with a dessert; prices were totally normal unlike the crazy person below who complained. Drinks were on the light side but otherwise ok; beer selection was ok too. Probably want to try other places nearby before returning since I'm not in this area much, however this is a solid option. Worked well for what we needed and took reservations, so a good fit overall.

The rice in the paella was absolutely delicious and there was a good assortment of seafood. My only criticism if any was that it was a little bit oily as we worked our way down to the bottom of the dish. We ate plenty each and had plenty to take home. We then decided to try the desserts. I had the bread pudding or Tres Luce (spelling?) and she had the flan. Both were delicious but unfortunately, towards the bottom of each, we discovered that they had just recently been frozen. They hadn't quite thawed out at the bottom! The service was excellent - warm and inviting. I wish I could've given an extra star, but between the frozen deserts decide and the oily paella I couldn't.

And though the decor and space is really nice, the lack of people doesn't make for a fun and/or lively atmosphere which I find really important for any restaurant experience.

We ordered a spread to share: calamari, chicken vegetable soup, Caesar salad, and chicken parmesan. Overall, the food was even better than expected, and it turned out to be a ton of food. The meal started with a great complimentary bread basket featuring good breadsticks and olive oil with seasoned dipping oil. The calamari was a huge hit with my son, though we had to pick out the jalapeños, and it strangely came with sweet chili sauce instead of marinara. The chicken vegetable soup was packed with more veggies than broth, which my son loved. My friend really enjoyed the chicken parm, which came with a side of spaghetti that my son also devoured. I had the Caesar salad with dressing on the side--the lettuce was a little wilted, but it was fine. Honestly, this is the most my son has ever eaten at a restaurant! Good food, great service, and we'd definitely come back.
