The fish was moist, flaky and slightly seasoned. A dish I'd definitely recommend for those wishing to forgo a burger or sandwich for lunch. I don't even like swordfish but the blackened swordfish special completely changed my mind. They have different specials every day and I don't think you can really go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything was top notch, from the private set up with our reading, to the round table they sat the 7 of us at. The service was out of this world and Caroline made sure everything was done perfect. The most important thing is that my sister very much enjoyed everything. And being that this is a family owned business, according to Jim, I was proud to celebrate my family with them. Really tasted like a tall glass of Prosecco mixed with seltzer. The cod was a nice cut of fish but very bland. It was served baked and topped with crabmeat and a lemon butter sauce with sides of mashed potatoes and veggies. Even after adding salt and pepper I found myself wishing I'd ordered an extra side of sauce as it was the most flavorful thing on the plate.
