Since last summer I've been seeing Cindy and she's fantastic. By far this girl puts on nail polish straighter then any manicurist I've seen! I got a no-chip mani a week and half ago and my nails still look like I just got them done. She's very neat and precise and def. pays attention to detail. So you get all your nails to look identical in length and how they're squared (or rounded) and you can bet your nail polish will look like a hand models out of a magazine. I'm impressed! Cleans the nail area real well also. It's sad that this is so rare to find when you get your nails done though! read more

I tried this salon being referred by a friend. I got a no chip mani and it chipped the next day! I went back and they fixed it but I had to go back again. A no chip should last 2 weeks but 4 nails are chipped and it has only been a week. I will not go back. It takes a lot for me to scrape together funds to afford this simple pleasure and for it to not be quality is very upsetting. I am very very very disappointed. read more

After coming here since they opened I can honestly say I will never give them my business again. Very poor customer service. I had an argument with the technician that was doing my pedi. I felt disrespected and made to look like a fool. I went to talk to the owner about what happened and was told that she didn't care what the argument was about. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I would NEVER say this to my customers. All could have been handled a lot differently but unfortunately was not. Very much a shame because there are a lot of great technicians working here. I have seen and heard customer's treated poorly but never thought it would happen to me. This place is horrible. My mom came to visit me from out of state and thought it would be a great idea to treat her to a pedicure. We were barely greeted upon arrival and told to pick a color and we were directed to go sit in a pedicure chair. We were looking forward to a relaxing time to get our toes done and get some pampering. Wow, were we in for a surprise....it took a total of 15 minutes to complete the pedicure, including the soak. Needless to say we felt like a herd of cattle, "get em in get me out." It really felt like the game show minute to win it as it seemed as though the nail techs were in a race to see who got done first. In the end my mom won as the tech. Had actually cut her toe when trimming her toenail. No apology, no I'm sorry, no nothing. How disappointing...it didn't end there. The customer service was terrible as well. We were getting ready to settle the tab and were trying to pay for our services. My mom asked the total bill as she was paying for her and I and wanted to get the total for two of us, it was difficult to understand them and because it was two different techs. We wanted to make sure that each of them were taken care of. Abruptly the manager was extremely rude and gave us the total and said, "that's what they are trying to tell you." I am just so disappointed in the rudeness and horrible customer service. Needless to say we will never be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had my nails done by Jenny today. She was incredibly polite and made nice conversation. The salon was super clean and had a constant flow of customers. They were obviously return customers because they always said hello to people by name as they came through the door. My nails look fantastic and I plan on being a repeat customer. Jenny needs to fire this one dude I don't even know his name but he be looking all sloppy not like the other guys who are always primped And super gentle. I literally just left the torture chamber. He was so rough and hurt me! I don't like causing a scene and startling the other customers bc your feet and hands areeee sensitive! Super rude on phone whole time. Not even making this up he dropped the tools ON THE FLOOR! and left them there while on phone then picked th Up and went to use them on my feet again!!! I love Jenny she's wonderful and have always gone to her but she always booked up. I think ill have to look for another place which sucks bc I thought finally!! A place I can stick to. I didn't even get Color on my toes!! Bc last time he painted them so fast it looked like they were Painted in the dark. I even got the no chip and it peeled off in a Week bc he didn't properly put on the first base coats. Then I told him I didn't want color bc I had came in a week before and it came off and he Gave me attitude and was like let me see the receipt! Ok who keeps receipts for a week and they have my stamp card bc I had filled it. I told him I'd show him on my statement bc he didn't believe me. I was a regular customer there. But as time past the owner kept getting more bad attitude and even more rude. Every time I went there I felt like it bothered her with my presence. Imagine that I even got gift certificates for my christmas gift and I never finished using the whole amount. I went to Diva nails about a little over a month ago and my nails are so damaged from the gel they put on them, I asked for shellac no chip and they put on gel which damaged my nails causing them to be so weak and sore. be careful of the product they use on your nail. if you are looking for no chip shellac, you will not get it there. then they made me pay to take of what I never ask for . so disappointed . never again. read more

I got a pedi and it was $20 (w/ coupon, I think it's $22 regular) and you definitely get your money's worth. I had a good experience but I didn't like the girl giving me the pedicure. She was rude and not pleasant, but other than that the pedicure went well. You sit in a massage chair while they do your feet. Good experience overall though. read more

The RUDEST group of nail techs I have ever encountered. I called to make an appointment with a specific and the lady was yelling "tell me!!!" in regards to which tech I wanted because I was unsure of the name and exactly what time was available. I have also heard the ladies there scream and be rude to clients. I called back to speak to the manager "Jenny" and she was the one who was yelling. I expressed how unprofessional she was to speak to a client like that over the phone. She proceeded to scream at me that she was right and if I wanted professionalism to go to Mario Tricoci. I just want to start of by saying I have given this place plenty of chances and I am officially done. The service is always so rude. There is not one time that I go in there and Jenny is not yelling at someone (employee or customer)... The nail techs are so rude. If I am paying for something I expect it to be well done and if I have concerns about it I do not want dirty looks when I ask something be changed or filed down a little more. I got a simple manicure this past time and it is by far the worst manicure I have ever gotten. She did not cover my entire nail with the clear polish therefor there is marks on the edges of my nails where you can clearly see the difference of clear polish and the color polish. Not to mention as she was doing my manicure she kept looking at my arms to the point she made a face and told me I should try waxing my arms.
