Great service and friendly atmosphere. I'm a repeat customer and have always had excellent quality manicures & pedicures.

Not only did both my niece and my daughters nails look HORRIBLE, but we had to go somewhere else to get them fixed the next day because the "owner" made my girls (who are 14 & 15 years old) feel so uncomfortable they were almost in tears but he repeatedly asked them very personal questions, for example what school they go to, when they refused to answer him, he continued to "guess" what school they go to while making EXTREMELY inappropriate comments about how "beautiful" they are amongst other things, all the while of them being sexually harassed, they had some woman cutting their fingers over and over, doesn't say sorry but instead tells them to "just look at the tv and ignore it" their nails looked like a 5 yr old could have done a better job but they also repeatedly said to my daughter "do you not think!?" While she was trying to follow instructions on where to put her hands and whatnot. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy especially if you have young girls with you. I feel like I should report these people after spending $250 in their salon and being so unhappy with not only the services but the over all experience, just not sure who to report to... extremely inappropriate, uncomfortable and unprofessional. I called in for a fill of pink/white only to find out that my current tips were falling apart and needed to come off. Peter removed the old and then carefully shaped my nails so he could layer pink/white powder on top, keeping my own nail. I have never been asked if that would be something I'd consider. Uhhhh yes! Why use a tip if it's not needed?? He did a fabulous job of keeping the nail square and wide just like I want it. Also not too thick and not too thin. I am hard on my nails so it has to be the right balance. I have another appt tomorrow for a pink refill only. We will see how that turns out, but I'm expecting it to be perfect! I got the impression Peter will and can do whatever you, the customer, wants. It is not about his opinion, it's about the customer's opinion. This place is right next door to the place i work and i have been hesitant about trying it but i had a little extra time between clients so I decided why not go get a pedicure next door. I Was greeting right away by the owner which was great. I was immediately sat in the pedicure chair and put to soak. Nobody gave me a menu to look at so i could upgrade or turned on my massage chair. Another lady walked in after me was sat, handed a menu, basket of polish color samples, a pillow and had her chair turned on all without asking for any of those things. I ended up getting the scrub pedicure with paraffin wax. The pedicure was very mediocre and half assed. I've had way better pedicures at other salons, for a lower price. The hot towel they used on my legs smelled horrible, like dirty feet. The towel was also soaked in what smelled and looked like downey fabric softener, guessing to try to mask the smell, which did not work at all. The place is called a spa but is nothing near that. I personally have been to cosmetology school so i know what all the sanitary standards are suppose to be. I felt absolutely disgusted the whole time i was there. Not sure if it was the polish or what, but my gel manicure lasted like 8 days without chipping and the guy put on 4 coats. But he also cut my finger when trimming cuticles. read more

Love this place and the people who work there. They always greet you as an old friend, even if you haven't been for months. The friendliness and relaxed nature is only surpassed by the work they do. My feet and hands always look great, polish doesn't chip prematurely, and the pedi massage is fantastic. Dont forget to get your eye brows done while your there! read more

I have been going here for a little over a year but last week was the worst. The last couple of times I have had to wait for a long time. This time I wanted a mani, pedi and eyebrows done before I left on vacation. 21/2 hours later I walked out with only a mani and a pedi,. the first day a nail chipped and by the 3rd day it looked like I never had a pedi. 6 days into it my toes have no color left on them. I will be finding a new place to go. read more

This was my second time visiting this salon and I will not be back for services again! They definitely try hard to up sale you but, my major problem was the customer service. The staff is rude and FULL of insults. Two young girls came in for services and one dropped and broke a bottle of nail polish. She went to her nail tech visibly shaken by what she had done and the nail tech was rude to her. Obviously, he was taking advantage of the fact that the two young ladies were there without adult supervision. They asked about designs and the tech said, "You have to pay extra for any design there not free you know." The girl said that she understood and then he went in again about how she had already broke a $20 bottle of polish. Her sister tried to defend her by saying it wasn't the gel polish that she broke. The nail tech then replied, "You don't know what you are talking about you work here now? You don't work here." He was talking to these young girls like they were the scum of the earth. I turned to the young girl and said, "did you break the polish on purpose." She said, "No." I said, "OK." Then the tech turned to me and said that it did not matter whether it was on purpose or not. She broke it and I need to talk to his hand. I asked him for his name. He said, "Why?" By now I am outdone. I asked for the owner and he said he was the owner. Hopefully, he was lying because I find it hard to believe that someone that ignorant could run any establishment. Then he went on to tell me his name was King David and that I needed to SHUT UP talking to him. I told him that he was disrespectful and totally unprofessional. I then turned to my own nail tech and asked who the owner was and she said, "I speak no English." Oh she spoke english fairly well up until this incident. He began to laugh. I was so upset when I went to pay. Yes, I paid because he didn't do my services and I plan on filing a formal complaint. Whoever, I was speaking to while cashing out said to just ignore him. I said, "Ignore him? You all let your workers talk to customers like this?" Outdone! The only reason he was talking to those teens in that manner was because they did not have an adult advocate and he has been allowed to engage with customers in this insulting manner before. I will not spend another dime there and I suggest you do the same. read more

My daughter and I went for a pedicure. Tracy did not do a very good job. She failed to do as I asked, felt like I was being rushed, used wrong colors and when I brought this to her attention she was very rude. Because my daughter was there I waited until I came home and called her again. I was extremely nice and again she was rude to me and finally hung up on me. I have had the worst business experience ever. The salon did a great job on my nail and my friends. Though their communication skill are horrible, the customer service so-so and how they accommodate their customers is horrible. The salon selects certain people to have discounted pricing, they forgot to charge a service to my bill and I felt like they made it out to be my fault. My friend needed to go back to the salon to get one of her nails fixed because it got messed up. When I sat and waited for her the man that did my nails said I did not pay. I said yes I did. He goes on to say I didn't. I said yes I did. I paid 124.00. They then checked their register. They then say that they made the mistake. I gave each technician a NICE tip because I just like to give nice tips. The manager and the technicians after all the commotion even then--- were really rude and in my face. They made me out to be a bad person. This all happened because of poor communication on their behalf and to be honest it's a bit hard to understand them. Well after the rude people, the technician getting in my face for a problem that they created, being charged more than over people... to say the least I WILL NOT BE BACK. I will take the nice tips I give, friends and my business to another salon that deserves my money. read more
