We had dropped off his tire around 11 A.M, not hearing anything for the next 5 hours from either of the two men working at the shop. We called around 4:40 P.M only to find out they were JUST going to work on my fiancé's tire, and less than ten minutes later they called my finance back, letting him know he was "missing his spline." We informed my fiancé's brother, who was paying for this (he even told the younger guy there that he wasn't paying at pickup. That someone else would be paying). He was confused, and we all went to pick up his tire. We had already found it weird neither one of the two guys working could explain shit to us. They couldn't explain over the phone or in person. The only thing they had said to my fiancé's brother was "if the wheel is like that, then the other part that connects to it should be damage as well too" (Drive Shaft) but when we had removed the wheel, we checked EVERYTHING, and it was not SHAVED DOWN the way they told us. We took the wheel at 11 A.M in good condition. Nothing was wrong. The normal wear and tear we have seen. But when we got back to the wheel, the "spline" in question was shaved off and damage. These guys half assed a job because they were irresponsible and lost track of time. They fucked up a part of the wheel needed. They mentioned buying the part from them or eBay. Don't come to this establishment. They won't own up to their mistakes. They find ways to scam and make a paycheck. And if you leave a bad review they might call you and try to guilt-trip you to take it down. Trust me. They got time to call and throw a tantrum for shit service they give. But they won't fix your bikes. They'll only mess them up instead of doing their job. As shown in the photos the Drive Shaft is perfectly fine and the other part of it is mess up (Hub Clutch) which they fucked it up.

They didn't avoid questions and knew the products they were selling in the store. Their display outside is what caught my eye. I was nearby enjoying a National Historical Site, and saw the Go Karts as I drove by. I thought "So much fun." What a great place to have in the community . They have protective wear to use your Toys responsibly, and they have a Tool Department and Repair department as well. I did not make a purchase. But I do believe if I asked them , the performance and repair questions, they would have been helpful. They took pride in their store and their work. That's awesome. Very unique find! Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships. This particular dealership is one I recommend stopping at. They have a huge showroom, one of the largest of the 22 on the trip. They also have vintage Harley Davidsons all throughout their showroom as well. I loved all of their Evil Kenevil displays in the show room. The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land and sent me to the poker chips. This was one of the more unique dealerships I stopped in and I recommend picking up a chip here.

Read the following for more info: A couple months ago, I brought my brand new car to Dan at Chi-South Customs 25885 S Ridgeland Ave #4, Monee, IL 60449 to paint an Italian stripe on the front, fix one scratch on front drivers fender, and color match the silver trim around side windows and a couple other spots on car. Three weeks later I picked up my car and paid in full. The next day I called Dan since I saw several issues with the vehicle. We went over every part of what he did wrong on my car. He gave me $2000. back. Could still see scratch on fender, the stripe is wavy, bled into the black, a scratch out of the white by emblem that he didn't even take off to paint. Painted all silver trim on car with out taking it off and didn't prep correctly. Passenger side $2000 in damage, head light has a 3 in. scratch. Front grill that wasn't painted has a 2in. scratch and over spray on it. All rubber around windows has paint on it. Red, white, and green over spray on sunroof. Over spray on other parts of car and windows. Damaged the front clip and hood with out fixing lines and wet sanded and buffed only parts of it. Buffing compound in a lot of spots he didn't clean. Now I have over $10,000 in damage I have to put out now to get it fixed. Dan said his insurance won't take care of it and he has no money. I told him to at least make payments and no response. Sorry to say he's not a man of his word.
