The truck was running so I knew somebody was there...and there was. The owner - Mr. Jose Tires himself. He just opened and he was still moving things around inside, so the doors were locked. And I know...the truck was still running. Mr. Jose immediately opened the doors after I knocked and took care of business. He didn't have the correct tire, so he called his other shop (Calumet Ave.) and had them bring one ASAP. Impressive. $15.00 and 25 minutes later I was out the door. I waited for 45 mins for them to look at the tire and they came back to tell me they could do the repair but it would be another 3 hour wait. They should be more clear with people when they give them a wait time and let them know that an additional wait time may be needed after they assess the issue. I was outraged with how unprofessional they were and how much time was wasted. So I made an appointment to return because I did not have another 3 hours to wait or a ride to leave my car there. The customer service and communication at this location is very unsatisfactory!

Then an appointment was made for a return a few days later to replace 1 possibility 2 more of the tires. Due to a great cost the car was returned a few days later for the replacement of the other (2) tires. Upon arrival, Ms Ortiz, a manager accepted the car after I explained that tire situation. After about an hour & 1/2 the vehicle was now ready for check out. An Assistant Manager , Lala called out to close out the purchase. I have to say this location is in need of much better service to the customer. NO I mean NO manager, Supervisor or Cashier should ever be talking on the phone to a customer, be eating food(donuts), accept a walk in customer information while still on the phone. This behavior is totally unacceptable & a disrespect to both the customer on the phone & the customer standing before the Manager. It appears that much more training is needed here. Also, the cell phone was picked up & used while the customer was standing & patiently waiting. This was serious multitasking yet not at all appropriate or fair to the customers. Hopefully, these matters will be addressed & appropriate customer service will be provided as soon as possible. The environment was clean

I called around and a lot of places were about to close at 7 pm. Then I saw that Tire Master was open until Midnight. I called and the person picked up right away. He said he could help. I went there and he said that he could replace my tire in five minutes. I didn't believe him at first. We picked out a tire, and he gave me a quote. Within five minutes, the tire was replaced. Yesterday my son went to enquire about the cost on putting back brakes on his car. My son had…read morealready purchased the rotors, brake pads and shoes. He was quoted $90.00. The next day we go up there and the price went up to $150.00. We agreed and also purchased 4 used tires at $75.00 each. We were fine with that price also. We left for an hour and when we returned they told us that a caliper on the left rear was leaking and needed to be replaced. They quoted us $150.00 for part and $120 for the labor. I went next door to Auto Zone and found the caliper for $101.00 and receive $45.00 when you return the core. I take them the caliper and about 45 minutes later they tell me that a miscommunication took place and I need both rear calipers replaced at $150.00 for the part and $120.00 for labor. I get upset because at this point I feel like they are taking advantage of me because they should not have had any miscommunication about what I needed and then charge me labor of $120 per side when labor should have been $120 for both sides combined. Now when any other mechanic quotes you a price for the part, it's per piece but when they quote labor it's for the whole job. To charge $240.00 for labor when plus the $150 per caliper they wanted to charge us was straight taking advantage of us. Now if they would have said that they would do both for $175.00 that's how you do it for customers but they clearly said that they can't negotiate on labor. We were told that we can have it done in 20 minutes but 20 minutes costs $240.00. That's not including the $150.00 per caliper. They are next to two auto stores and had to know we would check the prices and in each case they was charging $50.00 more than the stores per caliper. When someone does brakes on your car it is customary to bleed the brakes, add brake fluid and we are just making about the brakes. They did nothing. I told them to put the old calipers on and I'll have them replaced by someone else. When my son drove the car to the front the entire system was grinding and the brakes still didn't work. The brake pedal was down to the floor. When we took it to another shop. They took pictures showing that they didn't even put the calipers back on correctly and left everything loose to cause more damage to the brakes. This was done maliciously and we have the pictures and mechanics. Another this that I noticed is that when I scanned the barcode with my phone for a review another shop name came up other than Tire Masters. That other name had reviews that were less favorable by their customers. It was almost as if they were hiding something. I would never recommend that you use this place as they take advantage of their customers. They have the potential to do great work if you are willing to allow yourself to be taken advantage of. The reason my reviews have over a million views is because I tell the truth and try to save others from being taken advantage of. I also will be posting this review on many platforms for maximum visibility. You've read my review now the choice is yours to make. They really do give mechanics a bad name.

I said I had a flat tire needing repair . He then said to pull my car up to the garage and he would fix it. Who would have opened their shop after they were closed to fix a tire. Al DID !!! He mentioned he has been retired but that his son runs the shop now. What a beautiful soul this man has. It was incredibly kind of him to help me . 10 stars for this lovely man.
