I previously took my vehicle to Express Auto Repair in East Chicago, IN. This by far was one of the worst mistakes of my life. They were to replace my catalysts converter. I bought the part myself which was over $400.00 dollars. They replaced it but could not get the down pipe to fit. So in turn they tried to weld it together. I complained about the way it was driving on several occasions. After the 3rd time of taking it back, I did not feel comfortable taking it back anymore because it was not getting any better. They did not compensate me in anyway for this error which cost me more money. I took my car to Prestege and they were very professional. They explained to me everything that needed to be done step by step and showed me the job that they performed before and after. I loved the atmosphere and they had me up and running in not time. I highly recommend them because not only are they very knowledgeable of their skill, they prices are very reasonable. Took my vehicle in to get my alternator replaced. There were a lot of vehicles they were working on today, but Jose told me not to leave as they would knock my vehicle out first. It's a commercial vehicle, and they knew I needed it back right away. They were a little more expensive than my usual guy, but the evening before they told me I would have it repaired by today. My regular guy, could not make that commitment. It was worth paying a few bucks more, especially since I didn't have to get a ride to return to pick the vehicle up. Took my car in to get all bearings and seals replaced on rear axle after two trys because something with rear end was wrong took it home after one trip starts leaking axle fluid go somewhere else and they show me all old seals and bearings falling apart on my rear axle was something you cant check over without taking rear end apart had prestige auto fix few things on my car before but there was always be something loose or missing you literally have to do double check that shops work so do yourself a favor stay away read more
