This outlet store has better discounts then the regular disney stores. Came here a day after Christmas bright and early and it is crowded! No surprise of course. Lots of toys marked down or on sale. Lines are extra long. My mother in law handed me a toy one of my daughters super wanted so I just paid for it. After walking towards the front door, turns out the toy my daughter wanted was suppose to be marked down to $10 for a doll. The receipt said otherwise (full price at $17). I had to hunt down an associate to ask why is it advertised as $10 but it rang up as $17. It's their job to make sure it rang up correctly. Obviously I shouldn't have to wait in that long line again to get a price adjustment. But I wasn't too happy when they asked me for an ID. Hello you just rang me up?? The associates response was she had to make sure it was MY item that I PAID for and not someone else picking up the receipt. Ok... then why would i want a price adjustement on your item that was marked on sale but rang up full price? Mad attitude over here... NOT a pleasant visit and although it was adjusted... I am NOT a happy camper. One of the many reasons why I dislike disney even more! Yelp Review 2018 Challenge 3/100 read more

The first thing you see when you walk in is a big display of Star Wars items. Then there's the avengers on the left wall, then toy story, and lots of princesses, etc. it's an outlet store so there's probably only half or one quarter of the original stores. They had done trinkets, shoes, a lot of little girl dresses, mugs, watches, etc. it's catered towards little girls mainly, but there's still a lot of items for boys and older people too.... But not that long of wait in line.. They've seemed to have a lot of customers for a Saturday, but didn't buy anything this time. Maybe next time . So many people... You'd think it was Black Friday again read more

Disney Store - Star Wars and Disney items - Outlet Stores Near Me - Commerce, California

Great clearance selection! We got lucky and looks like they just got new park shipment and 75% off! Cast members were super nice and friendly! Only down fall was I had a basket full of merch n feels like my cashier was rushing my transaction & over charged me for a hat I didn't purchase and an extra item. It happens no foul done. Just that it's out of our way to come back for the refund. They need you at the store for the transaction which is a major minus for us since we are near the park and it's a good 20-40mins away depending on traffic! Which the freeway is always crawling. Just check your receipt if your not going to be near the area. Lesson learned for me! read more

I went to the Disney store the other day and well it was great the way they are handling the Covid 19 pandemic. The customer service was great especially Alexander, until one of the associates, Sandy. Well let's just say that was not the Disney way. The attitude was so uncalled for. I had asked earlier if they were out of an item. Then as I was paying my husband, who didn't know I asked about the item asked the same question and by the time I realized what he was asking for. I tried telling him I already asked. Then the associate Sandy, gave such attitude that I heard it even though they were using their ear pieces, that's how loud she was. Stating with an attitude that I am sure shouldn't be tolerated by a Disney employee. So I did express my feelings regarding her outburst and stated that the attitude was unnecessary, since he did not know I had asked. Although it shouldn't matter if a customer would ask again, this was not good customer service at all. Regardless her attitude was completely out of line. Disneyland, Disney stores anything associated with Disney should be trained to make your day a magical day not give attitude. My experience was not magical. We have 2 sets of twins in our family and we would have liked to have 4 but to be honest to me it seemed as if she just did not want us to get more. The only reason why I say this is because once at this same store, they said they were out and after we went shopping to the other stores and came back they magically brought more out after a few hours. This would not be the first time they hold back merchandise. I gave 2 stars only because the 2 other associates were great, especially Alexander, he was so pleasant and cheerful, the way a Disney employee should be. It's Disney you should meet their expectations if your going to work for Disney! read more

This store is always friendly, neat and clean the staff is smiling and great for Disney lovers all around. Will definitely come back to visit soon read more

One of the employees named Sonia wouldn't let me in the store just to buy one thing but she was letting others in and they weren't even in line waiting to go in the store. read more

This store does not belong in an outlet mall such as the Citadel. The prices are exactly what I find in my local Disney store are a regular mall. In addition to its not being an outlet, the selection was weak, and the store was trashed. We went out of our way, on our vacation, to visit this store, located in an outlet mall. We left with nothing. Because nothing was worth spending money on. The store clerk even said it's not an outlet! So why mislead people by inserting a regular Disney store in an outlet mall? I had heard Disney didn't like Disappointing people. Disney failed. read more

I am a huge Disney fan and frequent many Disney stores but this store by far has been my favorite. Staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Anytime I need sizes they are very willing to go and help me find them. I would like to commend Kayla for her great customer service for the last visit I had. She went out of her way to find all the sizes I needed and also offered to help me order any products online and to be shipped directly to my house! I do wish the store was a bit more organized but overall great experience at this Disney store by far my favorite! read more

Service is great at this store I came with my family before the store opened and the staff, noticed my little brother who is 3 years old and asked him to use magic to turn on the light of the store and they put on this little show and they really made him happy it was really nice. After when me and my family went into the store the staff was very attentive and friendly and when we went to check out our items the cashier was very welcoming and helpful. A great example of what retail should be. read more

I have to share my wonderful experience. We live 6 hours away from this store. On our way home we decided to stop here. My son took his baby blanket into the store against my wishes. Well it was left behind and more then an hr into the drive home we discovered it was missing. I called the store when we got home and they agreed to ship it to us for free! And they added some disney coloring pages. Super great service in the store. They went above and beyond. I will always stop here from read more

Really busy when I came to visit, people rude and pushing to get there Disney bargains, not a lot of sale merchandise.

Came in here with my daughter and she fell in love! There were so many cute things that are on sale and including some of their clothes for kids. Will definitely come back here to do some Christmas shopping. read more

Really great place to buy your disney stuff. Many are same price as the regular stores, but this one has stuff from Disneyland that's marked down too as well as other items that sell for full price at the regular stores. Don't expect a whole lot of discount but it's definitely worth walking into to see what's discounted. read more

They make you buy a bag now or you have to just carry the items around the mall in your hands. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Last time to shop at The Disney Store for our family. Have been going there for years, 8 kids and now for grandchildren. No more. RIDICULOUS.....JUST PLAIN SORRY read more

I guess the stores have a new bagging system now. In order to bag your items, you have to pay 10.00 for the bag. I told the lady I did not want to pay 10.00 for a bag I do not want. So I asked her to put the items in a regular plastic bag. They had none. So basically Disney is now charging 10.00 to bag your items. So I left without purchasing the items. Never again will I walk into that store. read more

I called in the morning and asked if they can put some Puppy Dog Pals plush toys on hold for me since I couldn't go in the morning and was afraid that they would sell out. They said they would happily put them on hold. I get there only to find out an employee took my items and sold them to another customer because they were the last ones. So rude. Never shopping there again. read more

Wow first and LAST TIME that i will shop at this Disney location !never again will I Shop at this Disney store! I am a regular at local disney stores due to the fact that I have a 1 yr old daughter who loves mickey mouse, moana, ariel ect. But as soon as i walked in the ladies were staring at me the whole time could not shop comfortable im guessing its because I had a stroller with me ? Which doesnt make sense because Im pretty sure multiple people in there had strollers .I dont understand why I was being watched/targeted as If I were going to steal something .Anyways walked in walked around the store showed my baby tsum tsums she wanted a minnie nd mickey mouse one gave them to her to play with ,as we walked threw the store looking at clothes the ladies kept an eye out not sure if this store gets alot of shoplifters but it was annoying .As I grabbed a couple more items which I wanted to purchase I went to check out the lady who assisted me in the first register quickly got paged I guess and all I heard her say was "i got it" Not sure what that meant but she didnt get anything lol and as soon as I purchased ALL my items got my receipt keep in mind she didn't even wait till i left to get back on her little walky talky and say "the little princess is on her way out with her magical bag" like really ? Rude much and as I walked out a lady comes up to me and says have a great day as she looks at my daughter and trys to peep my EMPTY stroller as If i wasnt going to notice . Definitely disgusted with this store never have I ever felt this way at a DISNEY STORE ! Corporate please. read more

I got to the store kinda late around closing time and browsed with my daughters. I was looking at t shirts and a lady who seemed like she was in charge sighed and said, " can I help you with a size please? " I told her no because I'm capable of looking through the stacks myself. Then she rudely told another co worker in front of me that she wants to leave but she wanted to leave the shirts nice and neat for them tomorrow.... Wow really lady? So I'm inconveniencing you because I'm looking at them? I work retail I know what it's like and I always put the shirts back neatly. She just wanted to go home and was bothered that I was still looking. Then she said if I wanted to make a purchase I'd have to do it now because they were closing the registers.... Then she finally told me that we'd have to come back tomorrow because mickey has to go to sleep. I like the store and some of the prices so I'll be back only for that reason but the customer service here is really bad and god forbid you're there when they're about to close! They even turned the lights on and off a few times while people were still in there.... I wasn't the only one looking! The whole experience was a bit ridiculous. They could've handled it better. read more

Like everyone else around here, the cast members at this store make your visit a nightmare. I needed to go out bcs my child needed to use the restroom, my husband stayed inside, the staff guy told me that it was okey, and that I didn't need to do the line again to get in, but guess what? When I got back the staff guy was gone, and the new one didn't let me in, even though I told him many times that my husband was about to pay and needed to tell him not to buy some stuff that I have in the bag and also he waved to me, he didn't care, and even let other people get inside, but not me and my kid, (the guy wanted that my husband dropped his spot in the loooooooong check out line to go to pick me up at the door) they are very ignorant, maybe they don't have kids and don't understand that parents sometimes have to pause what they are doing to meet the needs of children. And also, I don't know what is going on with that store, but there is no phone reception... read more
