We have been ordering from Next Step off and on for over 3 years now, and our experience has always…read morebeen excellent. We first started ordering after our second child was born and just needed readily-accessible healthy meals. The meals are very fairly priced, and the quality is always great. I'm not saying they are perfect, but no person or business is. The key is that they always make it right in the rare case where there was an issue. Also, their delivery people are always courteous and respectful - in particular Patricia has been so kind to make sure not to ring the doorbell late in case our kids are already in bed. Thank you Next Step! Keep up the good work!

I've been using this company on an off for a couple years. I started ordering from the company…read moreagain about a month ago and have noticed a few things have changed: -There seems to be more sauces I'm not really a fan of. -My fridge smells like whatever sauces or seasonings being used and I'm not a fan of that either. -The containers seem to have a lot more grease at the bottom when the food is gone than before. -The delivery person used to let you know when they were on their way to your house, now they just show up. Even though there's a delivery period of 5.5 hours listed when you order, yes...the old notice that someone was actually on their way was appreciated. -There used to be more vegetables. In one of the meals this week, there were only 6 pieces of vegetables (in the large portion). A week or two ago I complained the potatoes were burned. The company responded to my complaint. This week, there were potatoes in the green chili chicken that weren't cooked thoroughly. I didn't complain this week, because I complained the last time I ordered. But if you can't cook the potatoes without overcooking them or undercooking them, maybe you shouldn't offer them as an option. This week, I sent a message asking what the macros for the steak meal were, but I never received a response. I also included a picture of container not having a label. Their website says "Each meal varies in the number of carbs/protein/macros but are guaranteed to be healthy options. Each meal prep has labels to provided detailed description of the serving size." Aside from the errors in those sentences lol...this is the second time I've had to email the company to get the macros for the labels that weren't on the container...but this time, no one responded. I use this meal service because I used to enjoy the food, the macro labels and to make my life easier. But it doesn't seem like that's the case anymore.

We were seated right away and our server was very friendly and attentive the entire night. The chips and salsa were delicious. The salsa was really flavorful, and the chips were thin and not greasy or heavy. We tried some elote, which was yummy. A cheese and bean dip special they had which we really enjoyed. The enchiladas can be customized with different sauces. I enjoyed the spinach and cheese enchiladas and hubby got the veggie with jalapeno sauce. All of the food was very flavorful. My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

The dinner items we've picked from Eat Clean Phx are very flavorful and the perfect portion size. The sodium content is balanced and not overloaded with sauces. Lastly, the staff are friendly at their location in Scottsdale!

Awesome customer service and honestly, really good food with healthy serving sizes (or smaller ones if you're a light eater). And 9/10 meals have tasted fantastic (I like trying new things and they don't always meet my flavor preferences.)They deliver meals several times a week to make sure everything is fresh and that is super appreciated. Including all those deliveries, I think the price is very fair in comparison to the online options which deliver once a week. Next, the food selection is very good. There are several types of meats to choose from, ranging from turkey, chicken, beef, fish, and shrimp. And there's always a good amount of veggies for those looking for nutrition. I cycle through different meal options and different meat options quite regularly. Now the only negative I would give them is that their site does not list calories. So if you're in the market for healthy and want to count your calories, as far as I could find, they do not have that listed anywhere.

I had the protein pancakes with a side of sausage and they both were cooked to perfection. My husband had some s'mores french toast concoction with a side of bacon. He loved it and offered me a bite. It was way too sweet for me, but that's why I didn't order it. I spoke with the owner (Ryan or Brian) and he was friendly and warm. We ordered quite a spread, including a traditional breakfast with eggs, sausage, crispy hash browns, and biscuits with gravy, along with an eggs Benedict dish served with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and golden tater tots. We also tried two sweeter options, including French toast topped with bananas, pecans, and a generous drizzle of caramel sauce, as well as another plate of thick, golden French toast with butter and glaze. One thing that stood out was the presentation. Everything looked appetizing, with generous portions and plenty of variety between the savory and sweet dishes. The French toast in particular looked like a great option for anyone with a sweet tooth, while the Benedict offered a nice combination of vegetables, eggs, and crispy potatoes. Our server was extremely kind and patient as we scanned their menu to find the perfect dish. Explained all of our options and kept our drinks topped off. The atmosphere is lively and casual, with a spacious covered patio that makes it a nice place to enjoy breakfast outside when the Arizona weather cooperates. It was clearly a popular spot during our visit, with plenty of people enjoying brunch. Overall, Over Easy has a nice balance of classic breakfast favorites and more creative dishes. A good option for a weekend brunch, especially when you're dining with a group that wants a little bit of everything.
