Seriously How do you mess up chicken tenders? So dry and gross. Couldn't even finish them

I have been wanting to try this place for months. I had heard such great things about all of their food. I was a little disappointed when I opened my chicken sandwich to see it was just chicken tenders instead of a chicken breast or patty. It should be called a chicken tender sandwich then. The portions and variety is massive. The food unique and tasty. The staff wonderful and friendly. Sort of like a 50's diner modernized.

They package the chicken in cardboard and the chicken gets so soggy. I ordered ranch and another side for an extra dollar and they are both basically epmty. Save your money. Not worth it. read more

I Door Dashed this , got it ridiculously fast (under 30 mins) and loved it . Came online to see negative reviews . People are so quick to leave them after one bad service but so difficult for them to leave positive reviews when things are good. The BBQ sauce was soupy but aromatic and tasty. The chicken sandwich was an absolute delight. The coleslaw and pickles meshed perfectly with the Nashville hot spicy chicken. Zero complaints. Will be back. Cajun fries also delicious. read more

Ordered to go and drove about 15 minutes home with it. Wowwwww. I was soooo satisfied by the end of it. I asked for the tenders well done and they were great! The fries tasted good. I'd recommend. My only critique is that the sandwich could use a sauce of some sort as it was kinda dry but overall taste was still good. Ok this stuff is delicious. I had a client order and it smelled so dang good I decided to order it myself. We had a grub hub or something gift cards we wanted to use and so we used that. It was soooooo goood and that was after it being delivered. It warms up good. We got the Nash's hot chicken 10 piece combo for the both of us and no regrets. Mac n cheese is. I can't imagine how good it is when you get it fresh dine in!! Ugh def need to make that happen. I have literally been dreaming of this chicken. The fries were the best part. We ordered the 10 piece Nashville hot combo. Fries were good (cold by the time they were delivered, but we did Uber eats.) Mac and cheese was really good, a little thick? Not super creamy. The problem was the chicken tenders, they were dipped in a hot oil and really tasted like old oil. First of all... wtf is this??? That's not a tender. I ordered a 3 piece combo not 2 1/4... second the food was extremely soggy and cold. I did get it delivered so that could be part of it but considering it was one of the fastest deliveries I've had, I doubt that had much to do with it. I ordered chicken tenders through Uber Eats. The hot tenders were awful. I tool one bite and knew I would not eat the rest. So much hot crust, I couldn't taste any chicken. I tasted sugar first, then oily heat that burned, not a good burn. On the plus side I liked the mac and cheese, very creamy. I needed it to put out the fire in my mouth and on my lips. First off, they need to upgrade their soda machine. They have sodas that I have never heard of! We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, Mac & cheese, french fries, and corn on the cob. The sandwiches were decent, we had to ask for more buffalo sauce tho to make it a lil better andddd the sandwich literally fell apart. The coleslaw to bun ratio was completely off. The mac & cheese was absolutely bland even with adding salt. The corn on the cob tasted like water :( There was no butter or sweetness to it at all. I have such mixed feelings about this place. We've ordered from here on two occasions. The first was Sunday 6/20 during the suns game. The second was today 6/24 also during the suns game. The first time we ordered was phenomenal and neither of us could stop raving about it. The second time (today) was awful. We could have received a better chicken sandwich from any fast food place than what we received today. The "sandwiches" we received today weren't even a sandwich patty like we received the first time. They were two chicken tenders stuffed between a patty. Additionally, there was absolutely no sauce on the bun making it a very dry and unpalatable experience. The buns and fries were also both soggy by the time they arrived. The experience tonight we had was awful. You could have received a better sandwich from McDonald's. If it weren't for the first time we ordered from this place, I would have given one star. This place is fantastic! I got the 5 piece Nashville tenders with Cajun fries and they were delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly and paired with the ranch dressing make them the perfect hot/cool combo. I got my daughter the 3 tender combo and she's the harshest food critic of them all. She couldn't stop eating the tenders! Great food and a good price. We did door dash and got our food in less than 30min.
