John was very friendly and you can tell has a genuine passion for what he does, and it shows in how he treats his staff. The restaurant is clean, free of dust, trash, and they have music playing. The sandwich bread comes from up Fresno I believe. I had to ask because of how soft the sourdough bread is. They bake the bread to ensure it is fresh and soft. I also opted in for macaroni salad which was surprisingly delicious. The macaroni was firm and the dressing and overall dish was nice and cold. I appreciate a good sandwich that isn't salty, and this Rattler was a perfect balance of bread down to the lettuce and sauce. Surprised this is my first time seeing this place. This is my new "Sandwich Spot" whenever I'm in the area. Thanks!

Even the pickles on the burger tasted fresh. We recommend the double burger or double cheeseburger. It comes with a brioche bun, secret sauce, and lettuce. Customize it how you want with ketchup, mustard, et cetra. The mixed fries came out piping hot with a mixture of seasoned curly fries, sweet potato fries, and fries with skin. I loved the green tea. The pomegranate tea is sweeter but says no sugar. You can't go wrong. We ate in their tiny dining room and fun, upbeat 1950's music was at a perfect volume. I can't wait to bring my parents; they'll love the bee bop atmosphere. The young lady at the counter was kind and enthusiastic. We had the best experience! Yes, there is a drive thru, you order at the counter, and the burger comes in a little bag, but somehow this place is just better. The decor is super cute. There is a checkered floor and vintage style signs, but the walls had a shiny tile and exposed brick that really gives this place an upgrade. It is really small inside, but there is a dog friendly patio. The menu has burgers and sandwiches, salads, and even steak. Everything is made from scratch, and it shows. Hubby and son both got burgers, which they reported were really good. Son got the crispy Brussels, and I talked then--delish! I ordered the wood grilled sirloin steak which, although smaller than the picture online shows, was sooo tender and delicious. I choose broccoli with Parmesan, and potato gratin as my sides. Can we talk about those potatos gratin? It is topped with horseradish aioli, and it is fantastic! I really, really like this place, and would live if there was once closer to my home. It's definitely a winner!

I love the energy and atmosphere and it feels very welcoming even just walking up to the door. The server was very kind and friendly and he was very easy to talk to. Everyone in the kitchen works fast too, the wait time is very ideal for a sit-down restaurant. Now for the food itself, it was amazing. We had gotten the original burger, and double sliders with a side of fries and onion rings. I'm normally not a fan of onion rings, as I am a picky eater, but the flavor and texture of the rings here was just so spot on that I can already tell nowhere else will ever compare. The fries were perfectly salted, not too much and not too little. They had a perfect crisp to them too. The sauces weren't watery either, which I appreciated always. The burger itself was literally the bomb. It had the perfect amount of everything. I typically feel some places put tomatoes on burgers and the tomatoes just get to be too overpowering and out of place, but over here, they're very complimentary with all the other flavors you taste when you take a bite. The sliders were pretty simple, but still very enjoyable especially for a small bite if you aren't feeling an entire burger. Overall, 10/10. Would definitely recommend eating here if you're looking to try something different from the typical Arizona burgers.
