More attention seemed to be paid to outfits and socializing than to the fact that tables were waiting absurd amounts of time for food. No check-ins, no real apologies, no sense that anyone cared that service had completely fallen apart. Tag team tables so you'd get someone else than you start with. Food is also subpar. This was mismanagement and indifference on a slow night. Waiting 90+ minutes for a basic meal with disengaged service is completely unacceptable.
